I have stayed several times in this hotel with my family and my little dog. New and very clean rooms, I appreciated the fact that there is parquet and not the carpet. Convenient location, a short walk from the center. Breakfast from 10 and praise, with so much choice, both sweet and salty.

We only had a weekend with my family however we had a very good breakfast, breakfast from 10 and praise, comfortable and quiet rooms, also great hotel restaurant. The only negative flaw the really too small spa is for up to six people and there are only three deckchairs in the relaxation room, you should review the flow of people maybe with reservation and a maximum of one hour. Thank you all we will come back.

A Jewel in the Italian Alps Bormio. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights end of July 2018. We booked directly through their website. We do not have any negative comments about the hotel. From front desk booking in, staff were very helpful. Location and ease of access to the Stelvio and Gavia cycling routes, shops, restaurants were excellent. The hotel breakfast, lunch and evening meals superb. Room cleanliness excellent and waiter service exceptional. Lovely spa and sauna for relaxing. Would definitely recommend and we intend to return in September.

I visited Bormio for the first time earlier this year, to participate in a very challenging bicycle race. I honestly believe that part of my success in the event was due to staying at this hotel. The staff was very patient and helpful. It seemed that the entire hotel was occupied by cyclists who were coming for the same event, but the staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive at all times. My room was very clean, as was the whole building, and the hotel is quiet at night. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. In fact I double checked their web site to make sure that the breakfast really was included in the price — it was that good! The wellness spa also helped with the rigors of strenuous rides. Their garage has useful facilities for cleaning, storing, and working on bicycles. As a cyclist, I really appreciated with how all these little details added up to make for a wonderful experience overall. I really enjoyed my time in Bormio in general, and at this hotel specifically. When I go back, I would love to stay here again!

Very nice the kitchen is delicious both breakfast and dinner, staff of room very nice and nice, clean and spacious rooms, all the bathrooms in the hotel are very clean and fragrant.
Children under 14 cannot use the spa.
While the adults are at the spa the children can go to the games room, where there is billiards, table tennis, and for the little ones a tub of balls — other games.
A small tip is to insert the snack for the little ones and a bit of animation x entertain and recall families with children to the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the centre of the village and the spas.

It was a great place to eat, excellent breakfast, homemade cakes, eggs of all kinds, cheeses etc. Room with a view at 360 degrees. Strategic location. Parking in front.

We stayed for only one night at this property so we did not benefit from all the services (eg. Spa).
Pros: Courtesy of Pesonale (Excellent impression from check-in), wonderful breakfast, clean rooms, excellent location close to the historic centre of Bormio, parking.
Cons: Rooms a little ' dated, mattress of the bed loooong soft (This is a matter of taste) In the picture The view from our room.

Great chalet hotel, good breakfast buffet that my 13yo loved. Spacious, clean triple room and two large lounges to chill with friends. Nice bar too with snack menu and ample parking. If you eat in their restaurant then you get a table reserved for breakfast. Also useful is that the reception has a small supply of OTC medicines to tide you over until you can get to the pharmacy eg. Paracetamol, ibuprofen, Imodium.

It was a little bit of a Hotel. Breakfast was very good Enough of the restaurant, the Maitre (? ) of Sala… forget it. The room and the bathroom were up to par.
Very comfortable they turned out to be the shuttle services to the ski slopes and to the spas.
In conclusion good value/Prezxo.

Very elegant class Hotel! Very nice and modern rooms! Friendly and Professional staff! The restaurant always offers typical dishes of the area and has many offers for every taste!

Excellent location in Bormio, convenient for both the slopes and the spa. Rooms of a good standard, but nothing great. Good location Although small the Spa is of a good standard. I definitely found it absurd, finding ourselves in the mountains, having to pay the natural water to the table (€3, 50! ). Overall however positive experience.

Unique, residence special use for motorcyclists where there is a covered garage where to leave the vehicles. Good prices, great breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

Lovely atmosphere, great service with wonderful details and a truly brilliant breakfast. Worth every penny. And the view. What a view.

Clean hotel but not very good for sleeping. Family rooms had two separate areas. Triple room was large and comfortable. Great location and one building away from bus station. Hotel has blackout curtains missing so no way to block street lights. Very noisy when windows open in summer as glass recycling metal bin is outside that everyone uses. Pickup was at 6am and people tossing in stuff at random times. Tons of flies in our friends room on 1st floor. We didn't have flies in our 3rd floor room. Breakfast was okay. Fair selection but quality was inconsistent for cooked dishes. There are a unavoidable stairs between the elevator and some hallways which might be problematic for some guests.

Room is nice, breakfast is good … But there was a very bright light outside our room that you could not turn off AND Wi-Fi was atrocious.

The rooms were fantastic with a huge balcony. The internet connection is dodgy at best and very slow. Can't complain, it's in the mountains.

Great Staff and great cyclist facilities including storage, tools and workstand.

Staff was very nice and anticipated our needs (i. E. We were there to ride road bicycles up the Stelvio, after checking out, we could hold out luggage in the closet and upon our return we were happy to offer us the wellness center showers so we could clean up before we drove off to our next destination 4hrs away. Thank you!
