We had a great stay at the 2 bedroom apartment here. The host is very friendly and helpful. You have everything you need, underground parking, heated room to keep your skis and boots and laundry room. Even though it’s not right in the center, Bormio Terme is a short walk away and there is a bus station there you can use to go to the slopes or Livigno. Higly recommended.
Generally, the stay was barbarian, the hosts did not turn on the heaters, or they said they were heating at 12-17. This is not in Italian style.
On the plus side a fairly clean bathroom, ski-room, but everywhere, we had to watch for some steps, and light wasnt working well.

We went skiing to Bormio and had dog Lagatto romagnolo. Dogs are allowed in here BUT can not stay alone in the apartment. The owner yelled at as and threatened us that she will call police if we let the dog alone. She charged us 150 Eur for dog and 80 extra for cleaning 🙃. The ski room was all the time open. Never locked. We asked to provide key and did not get it. The reception sad that they will lock it for night. But never did. The ski room is accessible from outside. So anyone can take anything.
