I am reading the negative reviews and it sounds like this is where they send people for canceled flights. It is relatively close to the airport, about 15-20 minutes by car.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The customer service during breakfast was the best! Tony and Christian took great care of me, always with a big smile and a friendly attitude.

Didn't know it was a building of a hotel in each floor but it's okay. Pretty good location.

Good value for money. Not the newest or most fancy hotel, but nicely located (a bit outside of the center) and with very friendly staff.
For the price, it's a really good option for your city trip.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, travelled with my husband and 8 month old son. Amazing location, walking distance to most sights, as for the Vatican etc.

Loved staying here dwad centre of Rome near the Trevi fountain. Central to all sights.

The hotel is not located in central Rome, but it is relatively close and situated in a very quiet area, which makes it perfect for relaxing after the busy city

Absolutely love this hotel. Ok so it’s not 5 star but it’s really friendly, clean and the staff go above and beyond. The food is excellent and the free shuttle bus to the metro is a wonderful bonus.

We stayed at Villa Ada, a splendid structure located in the greenery in the center between the sea and the mountains, very nice, well-kept and clean rooms, beautiful garden, internal parking. Mrs.

Wonderful experience definitely worth repeating. We booked a room to spend New Year's Eve in Formia and the surprise of this beautiful villa was great.

It is a lovely hotel in an amazing place surounded by nature so very peaceful. Dogs are very welcome and they have their own field with a pond especially for them. My dogs loved it!

Great Location and Relaxing Atmosphere.
The thermal pools are thoughtfully situated on a lush green knoll, providing a picturesque view of the arbored valley.

We overnighted before flying out of FCO. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially at check-in, setting us up with shuttle service.

We booked for one night as we had an early flight via Fiumicino airport next day.

Location is great, breakfast is rich, rooms are gorgeous and really clean. Marianna, the maid, is super friendly and helpful. 10/10

Couldn't have picked a better location. Very close to the Pantheon and several excellent restaurants a stones throw away.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was super clean and serviced daily. We had breakfast in our room two mornings.

The farm house is absolutely wonderful, in such a gorgeous green un polluted landscape position. The hotel is very clean. The food is absolutely genuine and delicious!
