SPA Hotels in Lazio

Very clean and nice hotel and good host. They did serve breakfast (8-10). Good location to walk around like 10 min walk to Tevi Fountain.

We stayed here for a short break that was a gift from our children.

Lovely spot, Sergio is a very friendly and helpful host. Beautiful view of Terminillo from the room.

Fantastically beautiful village with magnifical surroundings. Sergio was a very helpful and good host with fast and easy communication.

Clean, safe, great location, excellent staff. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Stayed late June 2023 and room was very clean and comfortable with a family of 3. Air conditioning worked great as we slept very comfortably.

The location of this hotel is second to none. We could walk to most attractions from the hotel. The staff are so helpful. We ended up eating most nights in the restaurant linked to the hotel.

Residenze Argileto is a great find within close walking distance to many of Rome’s major sites and not far from the metro.

The Top floor Colosseo Guesthouse exceeded every expectation. The property was spotless, the location couldn't be more perfect, and anytime we needed anything, the team was on it almost instantly.

Absolute gem! Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Every time we are in Rome we choose a hotel at the centre, this time we preferred the stay inn we booked without breakfast, the hotel has the best position very clean very easy for everything you

Some caveat — we realized we got rooms in this building after we booked through the Hotel Condotti.

The stay couldn’t have been any better, the location is a stones throw away from the Spanish steps and local metro which takes you too and from the airport with ease.

Cozy apartment, very beautiful vintage designe, everyting was very clean, the owner was very kind and recommended us very nice restaurant near his house. ❤️

A very nice place to stay. Very updated and well decorated with fantastic interior design. The only problem (which can be a big problem) is the noise from the street and pedestrians walking.

What a great place to stay while we were in Rome. The building has been restored to apartments and they have done a wonderful job. The rooms are not big but they have everything you need.

Couldn’t recommend more! Had the most incredible trip to Rome, the hotel really sealed that. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, so friendly and comforting.

The house is located in the heart of Rome!
Our room was very clean and cozy!
We don't used the kitchen, but it was fully equipped.
The bathroom is spacious with big mirror, perfect to get ready!

Good choice if you want a good, clean, friendly place to stay without spending lots of money. Located in a lively Roman neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars, shops. And good public transport.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home.

We were a party of 3 and stayed 1 night in the penthouse before a cruise.
It had 3 or 4 bedrooms a sitting room and 1and a half bathrooms.

Beautiful old home in great location. Nice beach near by. Accessible to nearby towns by train station which is a 5 minute walk away. Service and dinner was excellent.

An excellent experience with great staff. Very helpful and a real pleasurable stay. Located on the 4th floor of a private main road entrance. Will definitely stay there again.

Very helpful staff, lovely room with ensuite bathroom and huge corner bath. Only ten minute walk from colleseum, palatine Hill etc. Very close to bus station and metro so easy to get around.

Very good host. The hotel is good with reasonable amenities. Room size is small for 3. Kitchen has coffee tea facilities. The locality of the hotel is not top rated.

Clean room, nice bed. Cozy, shared living space where you can get coffee, tea, heat water for soup, etc. Also provide snack items to go along with amazing espresso.

We stayed here in March for a few nights and we absolutely loved the place. It's located just a short walk from Termini station, but the area is nice and safe.

The hosts, Enrico and Alexandria, were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in.

Ostia is an amazing little town, and my stay was made perfect by this B&B. Where to start? … the hosts are so nice. They speak many languages, including (fluent! ) English.

I had a wonderful stay at the B&B Barocchetto Romano. The flat is in an excellent location, a few minutes by the sea and just next restaurants and coffee shops.

Beautiful room and an apartment, with a clean wc and a beautiful big garden. Very childfriendly big room and garden, great and safe for families. Very friendly and nice host. Great value for money.

Everything was great with our stay! The staff was very responsive, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and water pressure was good.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2023. Location was great, communication with staff was awesome, our room was comfortable and clean. We would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room, we had everything we needed for our stay. Mario was also very helpful. I would recommend this place 100% and I hope to come back soon!

Good place to stay in Rome in an excellent location. There are lots of great restaurants in the area, as well as places to sightsee.

Great stay very satisfying.

Great place, comfortable with all services, I spent 2 days of full relaxation, including dinner by the pool, helpful and courteous staff, highly recommended.
