Main issue is no AC. Wifi only in lobby and even there barely working. Room was pretty small and there is not much in it but for us it was not a problem. Breakfast is included but is really basic compared to other places we stayed in. Overall… if we knew there was no AC and how hot it would be we would choose different hotel.

Horrible, dirty, smelly, old hotel. Don't even think about coming here!

The hotel is not three stars. From Power 2. The location is not bad. Breakfast is disgusting coffee and croissant. There is no Internet in the room. Just near the reception. Furniture — has seen a lot in my life, it seems. It's broken in some places. Springs stick out of the mattress. The shutters are broken. Cleanliness is so-so.

I give this hotel 1 star as I can’t leave 0. I just can confirm the reviews from the other people. This hotel is old, dirty and smelly with rude receptionist. In the bathroom almost everything is broken. On arrival we was told to come back after 5 pm as they can’t give us a room earlier. Wifi si only in the restaurant, which is offering only hot drinks and croissants in the morning. When we sit there in the evening, the receptionist told us to leave. He was very offensive. As our flight home was early in the morning the same person refuse to give us the breakfast (promised in the beginning). We had this hotel booked as part of package holiday and I saw the reviews too late. I will definitely choose other place for my next stay in Rome!

This was our first trip to Rome. The city itself is wonderful. This was called Hotel three star, I have no idea why it is called this. Perhaps it was in the 1970's. The hallways were dark and like something from a horror movie. The room was small and uninviting. It was like going back in time. The furniture is old and badly needing updated. The beds were like 2 tombstones shoved together. Very uncomfortable and one pillow which offered no support. We had a tiny television which was like something from the 80's, only 3 channels worked. The bathroom has seen better days, both the showe doors fell off. I went to reception to mention this, I felt I had interrupted him watching TV and he took no notice. He was happy chatting up the ladies who were in the room at the same time though. Towels were threadbare and rough. Only able to have one warm shower in the morning as the hot water ran out. The Wi-Fi only works if you stand outside or inside the bathroom. The breakfast room is small and cramped, the food on offer was average at best. As we were leaving we decided to peek under the covers to look at the mattress. They were filthy and the stain can only be desribed as a bowel movement that has not been cleaned for years. If you have any standards you will not stay here.

Rude staff in bar, Cleanliness could be so much better. The Breakfast room in a rush hour was really unacceptable. Tables full of trays and and the staff were clearly inadequate. The lady there was really nervous because of the hurry, you should think it twice if you would like something to take from the bar. You have to clean your own table if you want to eat something for breakfast or just wait for about half an hour and plus and get someone to clean up. The rooms without a small fridge. The hotel is very close to the metro station and this is good, but it's not enough. You should try harder.

They do not have wear foot after bath. Internet very bad. In the room can not find any internet. Only reception is good internet. Bracfast only coffe and kurasan. Near the termini.

The hotel is centrally located, from Termini Station 10 min. On foot, from the Metro Kristo Praetorio 2 min. On foot, in front of the shop with great prices, in the room toilet and shower with hot water, mattresses comfortable, linen white.

Plohenkij Hotel, dangerous area, old all, not always there is hot water, next evenings the prostitutes sing. But great location, absolutely everything within walking distance.

Bad experience, no heat on February but ouside is snowing, room is oldish, many aspects are bad. Personal attitude is nice.

Excellent location Metro to 50 meters, Termini station to one stop, hospital also. Supermarket just outside and tavern right away.

Close to termini, helpful syaffs, but not clean enough and not warm in winter, AC not works well. Just if you wanna stay one night is okey cause of cheap price.

Lovely little restaurant with amazing pizzas and desserts, would highly recommend! Staff were also very nice and welcoming!

It is a good place if you want to save on hotels as it is relatively cheap, it is very basic, austere breakfast, at night the area is not very nice, by day no problem. There is a subway stop on the corner and it is 7 blocks from the main train station.

Of three stars only the name. Dirty, untreated and with breakfast chosen by them without buffet.

Great experience. Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable rooms and strategic location. The staff is very nice. The only flaw is the Wi-Fi that not from signs of life on the upper floors.

Very good location, very close to Termini. Although the building is old it has Wi-Fi with good connection. Our room was clean and the deal with the staff was always good.
Nearby there are some restaurants that are worth it.
Breakfast included industrial pastries and jams with coffee, water or juice to serve oneself.

For overnight stay and sightseeing enough…

Central Hotel but cleanliness of the rooms zero Wi-Fi non existent lift slows small! Breakfast (do not decide what to take bring them)! Just very nice the rest zero not to come back! 3 star Hotel But where are the stelleeeeee.

Don't waste your time or money! We've been travelling through Italy and have stayed in a number of places with varying price tags. We expected this to benothing more than clean and simple, but it couldn't even live up to that. After being "greeted" by the hostile reception staff we were waved in the direction of our room. The reception and room stifled us with their overpowering smell of cheap air freshener and bleach. The room was filthy and nothing at all like what was depicted on the website. It was the type of setting where you wouldn't be surprised to see cheap hookers and drug dealers plying their wares in the corner or crime scene tape across the doors. We left within 5 minutes and found another hotel about a block away. This isn't event fit to be promoted as student accommodation. Disappointing and a waste of money.

No ventilation of any kind, is enclosed, operate several hotels in the same building, does not have Wi-Fi, breakfast is type buffet, but Ko pferece variety, if well located and the sector is nice, has a good supermarket in front. I think for this price you can access a better room service.

The only bad thing during our stay-the hotel! The rooms are not clean, the bed is old and concave, and you can literally feel the strings. The bathroom — even more terrible! The two doors of the shower cabin were broken, exclusively dirty and there was even a mold in the soap holder (not to mention that there wasn't one on the first day). And the food… I'm not sure if I can even call it food. The breakfast is included but you should definitely skip it!

Rooms are clean but they need lots of work in term of refurbishment, I don't know how they got 3 star though, I am only giving 3 stars on basis on staff is really helpful. Location is good. Only 4 min away from termni station and 18min from colessom.

Clean room, very friendly staff, I had a great stay, very close by the Termini station, Hassan was very kind. I recommend staying overnight in this hotel.

It lacks some minimum comforts as a safe. It is in a very good area of Rome, near the main terminal of Roma Termini.

The staff is very unwelcoming, the door of the room semi-broken, when I pointed out that the shower leaked water and that the bathroom had flooded no one intervened. The beds are uncomfortable and old, the free Wi-Fi is not usable as it does not get the line in the room. Breakfast was not ready for 7 and when it was it was nothing short of bad. So I will not go there anymore and do not recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. Little interest in solving the problems of the guests. I honestly have to say it has a good location, but otherwise I would not recommend going to anyone to this hotel.

Being a cheap hotel, we didn't expect much, just good location and good service. Still, I do not recommend this hotel at all, as neither the treatment was good, in cases like running out of water for three days and not give solution, or forget personal valuables after an immediate notice and not receive response. Find another one!

Convenient because located near the Termini station.
To be a 3 star it was also elegant. There was nothing missing. All the necessary services have been met.

Hot water comes sporadically from the pipe. Either you're lucky or you have to shower cold. And there are no reasonable duvets. We had a sheet with a rug on it. Questioned when the last was cleaned.

Rooms are OK, breakfast is too easy for a three star hotel.

Only place if u want to crash at night. Recommended for friend and low budget travelling groups.

This hotel is absolutely awful! We feel the Hoste and Hurricane rescue should be taken here. Rooms disgusting, dirty walls, curtains and Rails fall down. Bed is not really a bed but cots. Bathroom was very dirty, shower head was full of scale. After the doors unlocked can still open, anyone can easily walk in the streets! We were so frightened.

Very small the room, hard to find it, breakfast very worst, bread with jam and 1 croissant and coffe, the lingerie veryworst, TV not working! it s good because the location it s not far away from the termini station!

Terrible hotel. Old furniture, Old plumbing, the view from the window was on the wall, next to the corridor and the bar grew up with no TV, to get out came when I returned to the room on the last night in the next room was a steal!

Strange to say the least, the room to sleep, what is expected of Rome… The air conditioning worked, the bathroom with screws in the box, as to get vaccinated for tetanus before… it should Be noted that we charge 4€/day/person for a "tax" of the city, that if, in cash, to not be aware, the Internet works at times in the room, but if you have an emergency, you leave the bar even when it is closed, a point in its favor. The breakfast we felt was quite sufficient, especially for not having to look around and start the morning soon. The hotel is a category sure worse as specified and used for student groups at this price as we are.
Some rooms were not produced sufficient quality, especially those on the ground floor are bad (damage, musty smell, uncertain, because in addition to patio with ladders). The breakfast was an imposition: close, ugly basement room, only Panini, as unfit for human consumption, no cereals, hardly any selection. We are used to in Rome even better.

I want to share my opinion about this hotel. Hotel is certainly bad pulls on their 3 stars, but I must say, that depends on вваших expectations and what you are used to. This hotel only to sleep, because they spend more time there does not pull completely, the rooms are quite dilapidated, with times of plaster falling off.
