Cressy Hotel

Our laptop from room was stolen and cleaning lady confirmed that door was open when she arrived but did not tell to anyone. As we where away for whole day we could not report it sooner. The only solution was offered to go to police and no refund or any other support from hotel administration. Also administrator requested to pay in cash to avoid city tax instead of charging credit card for agreed amount. Shady hotel and would not recommend it.

Nice place to stay. Near to Rome Terminal and easy to move.

The bathroom was a bit peculiar, the shower was the same floor of the bathroom, the fixed artichoke, a curtain that stuck to the body… The room was large, the mattress was a bit sunken. The TV was good and well placed to visit the city which is the important thing.

A simple place near the Termini station where to stay unpretentious good the price clean and the staff and friendly. I found myself well definitely come back thank you.

Receptions very nice, check in without problems. We had the room in the eg, shared bathroom only with another room. Optimal for few days, only disturbing was an unpleasant odor that came from the holes of the wall. The area offers delicious at reasonable prices!

This is more a hostel than a hotel, so bear that in mind. It's pretty small and quiet, which is nice. I stayed in a four bed dorm. The beds were comfortable but the room was a bit cold (although wrapped in blankets to sleep it's fine). There was only one power outlet near the door so you can't charge things near your bed. Staff were nice. The bathrooms were good (especially by hostel standards! ), but hot water was lacking. I would stay here again if I came back to rome.

Located 5 flights up with a lift that only works if the door is closed and people forget to close it occasionally. Bathrooms were clean enough same with the rooms. Only one outlet in the entire room and reception closes at midnight.

Not the nicest, but it's close to the termini and the staff is very helpful. It's good if you need something cheap and don't plan on hanging around during the day.

Bathrooms, rooms and overall spaces were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to use a fridge, temperature and heating was perfect and we even had spare blankets if needed and cleaning service was very good as well. From my personal experience I would totally recommend this hostel due to the service offered, affordable price and location (which is excellent! ). Also, I forgot a belonging in the hostel and they were so kind to send it to me back to my home country. Hotel Cressy is totally a good choice!

Is well comfortable the room.

The staff here was incredibly helpful, especially the night manager Sergio. I missed the last train home because my flight was delayed, and he did everything he could to ensure I was happy and comfortable while he tried to find a solution for me. In the end he was able to book me a bed for the night, and was very kind while I waited. If you're looking for affordable accommodation right near Termini, and want caring, friendly service, then this is definitely the place to be.

Good location, affordable price according to the facilities. Recommended for young travelers, I was there when I was 30 years.

Shared bathroom clean, fairly priced, courtesy, silence. Very convenient area! :)
