I booked the hotel for one of my colleagues that was very well welcomed, the single room was very nice and clean, a little bit small, but the hotel is to be reccomended as a stay very close to the Central Station in Rome.

Great service! Conveniently located next to the train station and little markets and store that stay open pretty late.

Hotel located in a strategic point of the city, 5 minutes from Termini station, 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom, the staff always available and will be very happy in giving advice on how to move around in the capital. Ability to leave your luggage and then retrieve them later. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot but you have to take advantage of the paid ones (one right in the immediate vicinity).

Nice little hotel not far from Termini station (about 5 minutes walk). Super clean and the staff impresses with competence and friendliness. The view from the rooftop terrace where breakfast takes place is particularly remembered. For a short trip in Rome, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet Although average has stunning views as it is located on the last floor. The worst thing I understand are the beds that cry out for the renovation of the mattresses, we have been 4 days and from the second, you notice the back pain. And the little closet space that nose if it will be for the room that we touched, but for a family of 3 it is very small.
Overall pretty good, close to everything there is to see and very good deal.

Super clean and in good condition. Everything is perfect except for an old-fashioned TV, I highly recommend the hotel Exe Domus Aurea which is well located close to the Termini station and the centre. The breakfast is very varied and complete, with a panoramic rooftop view which is fantastic.

Great base for those who decide to visit the beautiful capital. Easily accessible from Termini station, close to Piazza Repubblica. Well kept structure, professional and courteous staff. Recommended.

We stayed on honeymoon and the truth is that we were very comfortable, good treatment, very good views and well located…

Cosy room, correct breakfast there is not much choice but what is there is fine. As far as the staff deal, they don't understand Spanish very well.

Nice location, great breakfast, helpful and nice staff, the rooms are small, all in all a nice place to stay when you’re on a budget.

The staff are so helpful attentive and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was nice, as somewhere to sleep in my favourite city It done the job. The receptionist gave us a map and was helpful to circle the main attractions. I would stay here again although they charged £60 for a stay from Wednesday leaving on Friday.

The hotel is clean, well served by public transport, very close to Termini station that from there you can take both Metro A and B that many bus lines.

Excellent service, Antonio on the front desk was hilarious, Vincenzo the Hotel Director have a great kindinnes. Giuseppe and Gian Luca, great service at breakfast and Valentina at front desk is the evening was the sweetness.

Very dangerous place. Near Termini. Crazy people from Africa sleep and go to toilet just in 20 meters. One of them pursued me, and wanted to touch me.

Room was small, but well maintained and clean. Don't bother going for two "separate" beds, as this is just two mattresses on the same bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but there was little room. Hit or miss if you want to sit down. Also … slowest … elevator … ever …

The hotel is in a great location, close to Termine Station. Great price which included a great rooftop breakfast. I found the staff super polite & helpful. I had read some other reviews, & yep I agree on some things eg. A sheet no doona, kinda weird, but there were spare blankets & the heating was fine once turned up & bit of a weird smell, but opened the window for five & was fine. Really nice shower. All in all great little stay over. I would certainly book a room here again.

The rooms are clean and the staff really kind and helpful. The breakfast is ok but the bread is not really fresh and they don't have a lot of different yoghurt, there's is not a lot of choice concerning the fruit. The hotel is really well located and the air conditioning works well.

I just returned from spending 3 days in this hotel. The best, close to Termini station and that they speak Spanish. The 24-hour Spanish channel sees and hears well. Air conditioning well. And there just the positive things. Nothing cheap: €450 / three nights in a double room that I had about 8 square meters (included a bed width 180) you can imagine. The very small wooden Wardrobe (had to remove the blanket and the Nordic to put my stuff). The bathroom. Impressive. It would have about 2 square meters. With a mini shower cabin and not me I could bend to pick up the SOAP when I dropped the small thing that was. The bathroom mirror makes corner and you have no frontal view. And the bowl of the toilet (no brush) makes the functions also bidet. This room that you describe is number 4 on different floors: i. E. The 104, 204, 304, etc. Please. FLEE from it! The rest are a "tad" higher. With regard to regular breakfast. It was not very varied (the kiwis were a stone). And whoever says that 6-floor where breakfast has excellent views, must be family of the owner or worker there, the views are simply roofs of Rome. It is not if the Vatican, Colosseum or nothing at all. Only roofs.

Positive: We've been four nights at the hotel and I can say that it has left us pleasantly satisfied, by its location, cleaning, breakfast, fair, but not small room, very correct treatment in purpose, to return when I have another chance.
