It's a clean and cool place, but it doesn't really have shared spaces, besides that everything was perfect. The only weird thing is that it was really REALLY hot in Rome and they would charge us 5€/night for the AC control. I'd come back in winter, but I should make sure they won't try to charge me for the blankets beforehand. Thank you!

A nice place to stay. Comfy beds. Welcoming staff. A little further out of Rome than we had expected but perfect location for the train station and only a 2 minute walk to the main sights of Rome itself. Overall, impressed.

Huge room for Rome. Good service but not too pestering. They clean your room and the rooms are genuinely clean.

Highly recommended. Quality/Price is perfect as you have everything you need to be able to rest after a great day in Rome. Right next to the bus and train station, and a few kilometres from the centre of Rome. Great service and very nice.

Economic and very well situated.

Located very close to Termini station and then to the subway, it is a great starting point to visit Rome. The rooms and bathrooms are cozy and clean. There is no elevator so it is not recommended for people with disabilities. The staff is very helpful and prepared. They recommended and provided information on what to visit and how to get to the most significant places including a map of the city center. The hotel overall is a good structure and suitable for those looking for convenience and not looking too much at the finishing.

I stayed in the facility for study purposes. It is a small hotel, structure and modest furnishings, close to Termini station. I am not satisfied with the cleanliness and state in which I found the room. I had booked a week before, so I was expecting a dust-free and airy room. The heating was never activated, on the other hand the temperature was comfortable.
Although I had purchased a stay with breakfast included, I was informed only in the morning that this in the winter time is not served.
Unfortunately the hotel was not even provided with water bottles.
It was quite stressful, with little precautions the room would have been much more welcoming and the stay enjoyable.

Bad Hotel. I don't understand how he can call himself that! In the room, outlets and lights not working. Second floor without elevator (and with a newborn… try to imagine). I climbed to the wall to attack the socket of the TV of which by the way I also had to do the tuning of the channels because you could not see anything. The only good thing is the staff… attentive, polite, polite and very helpful but failed to solve the problems encountered because it was late (but if I arrived in the hotel late it is my fault or hotel that anyway must check beforehand the Presence of problems? ). I would not go back for any reason in the world… and I confess that when I have to put a negative review I would prefer not to, but here is really the best.

Room was small and cozy. Reception was super kind and helpful with giving us pointers on what to do in Rome. Beds were comfy. The shared shower wasn't the cleanest but that's to be expected as it was a shared shower.

I stayed in the hostel area. I liked it. Only four beds per room. And it's not a rowdy place. You can actually sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Papa Germano. The location is convenient. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to assist in accommodating. I recommend the hotel and will stay here again.

Nice rooms, close to the train station and metro. The "queen" beds are actually two twins pushed together. The area is fairly quiet.

I stayed for one night only. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the hotel location is great as it is close to Termini and in walking distance of many museums and churches. I would not recommend the hotel for a longer stay as it does not provide a lot of comfort: the room was very small and simple. Overall it was just what I needed for my stay and I was happy about it.

It is near the Termini station. Even though the area has been cleaned up, one has the impression the evening of walking in an area not sure. The hotel is an old reused condo to unpretentious hotels (from which the price do €35 per night).
The room, very little soundproof, looked on a poorly kept cortiletto.

Great location that allows quick access to public transport, clean and comfortable room (AC included). The only drawback of our room (double) was the absence of the bidet. Price according to the standards of the Roman centre.

Good location near the train station. Stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Pretty comfortable and clean. Would be nice if there were lockers. It does have air conditioning but have to pay extra. Pretty Fast Wi-Fi.

We stayed here for 3 nights when last in Rome and it was a great place. The room was nice, the shower could have been bigger, it's absolutely tiny! The beds were however comfortable and clean. Also the security of the hotel/hostel was very good indeed, 3 keys, one for the front door, apartment door and room door, great! Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly Papa Germano, and a very friendly receptionist. Price wise, it's not bad by any means bearing in mind city prices. Location is good, however, slightly difficult to find. Would return again!

Very comfortable and quiet. The location is great and it is immaculately clean.

There was a terrible smell on the second floor which did not disappear during the all stay.

We were last weekend in Rome. Papa a class hotel/hostel is germano. We had a double room (for 25euro per person) in a "flat", in which we rooms 2 baths with 3 other us divided. The bathrooms were always super clean.
the rooms were tidy warm (it was snowing when we were there), extremely clean and nicely furnished.
There is a washbasin, towels as well as a hair dryer in the rooms.
It is actually in the evening bit noisy on the street, but not excessive. The location is perfect, from the bus stop to the airports are less than 5 minutes walking. Various city buses stop in close proximity.
breakfast for 5 euros was absolutely ok (rolls, eggs, ham, cheese, cornflakes and divere sweet stuff, coffee, milk, tea, juice, water)
the staff was super nice and gave great restaurant tips.
If I should fly to Rome again, I'll again germano in Daddy like to stay.

If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to stay, and you don´t mind to pay a slightly higher price than in normal budget hostels, this is a good choice.

It was nice and clean, the interior design was kind a dull but oh well.

Very central hostel, amazing people and good staff. Location Ok also.
