The apartment is in a tenement, so nothing with hostel! It is only a few minutes away from Termini station, which is the only good thing. But quite honestly, that is not a hostel, but an apartment in a rundown tenement house. There is no kitchen. The "Reception" is a table in the hallway. The only bathroom is full of mildew and absolutely filthy.
The "single room" is either the actual office or a storeroom, as the balcony is vollgemüllt with dirty laundry and other rubbish. There are holes in the wall all over the room. The sockets are loose and beside my recliner even cables hung loose from the wall. The distribution cable was so defective that every time I put a cable into it, it sparked. When I asked the owner about it, they just had to laugh and said that would be okay.
In my "room" was a bedside table, where the documents of the owner were located inside. And not only that, there was also nasal spray and other miscellaneous things from the owner inside.
My "Bed" was a fold-out couch, which is so old that you can feel every single pole lying down.
The bathroom is small and totally filthy. Mold everywhere. The toilet seat was always full of urine. It occurred several times that someone was surprised at a meeting because the one did not complete.
My room key was ridiculous. It takes half an eternity to finally find the right angle until you can finally get up and close. Whenever I came back, my door was open.

Poor, nothing else to add.

It is difficult to register, bad room, hear every sound in the toilet, it is unpleasant. No duvet cover. From the good points close to the train station, cheap and cleaned every day.

The place is very modest. The service is very friendly but this little a day. The price is related to the service. It has a TV in the room and free Wi-Fi. Very well located for being close to the Termini Roma.

When my sister and I arrived, we couldn't find the place because there wasn't a sign outside. We were freaking out because we thought this was a scam! Finally we found a small sticker next to a beaten up door. I pressed the buzzer so that we could find out if this was the correct place and the man on the other line sounded like he just woke up. It took about 10 minutes to get him to let us up. We walked in and there's no lobby, just a guy standing at the top of the stars. Also, there wasn't a lift so we had to haul our bags all the way up. Finally we meet the guy and let him know that I had made a reservation for two. Through broken English he finally understands and lets us in. This place is a 3 room apartment with the kitchen converted into another room for this employee to sleep in. The door is so small, I couldn't walk through without taking off my backpack, and i'm a size 8. And the place is DIRTY! Dust everywhere, and MOLD! The fridge is in the hall way so that also contributes to the small amount of space. Anyways, so we get in and start to unpack and the guy follows us in our room! He has his personal items on the couch and has to clean up. Then, he claims that we didn't pay yet and calls his boss to confirm even after wE show his our e-recipt. He's walking around our room and talking on the phone. As if he wasn't already unprofessional enough! Finally we settled everything but the place was so sketch.
