The room wasn't big but we slept like a god. They don't skimp on the air, and the temperature in the room was heavenly. Breakfast rich and hearty. Optimal position. Close to all the main attractions and downtown. The reception is always open. Excellent value for money. Clean room.

Close to Termini station and 2 metro stops… Republic and Castropretorio… Great value for money.

Indifference and little customer care. The building is dated with what follows. You save the cleanliness which I would call good.

The room is okay but the breakfast room is much too small and the breakfast is very numerating … The location is good only the hotel is divided into two parts. Inder center is another hotel. So if you are travelling in large Grupoen, you have no contact at all. In addition, we didn't get out of the hotel from a certain time, because the alarm system went to the end. The property is partly unkind and some bathrooms you have to share with other bitms in the hallway.

Very friendly staff.
Extraordinary location, 10 minutes from Termini and the same approximately from the Trevi Fountain.
The street in which it is located is very safe and quiet at night, there are several ministries on that street.
If you want to get to know and visit Rome and use the hotel to sleep and shower it is ideal.
Now drawbacks Although for me neither are, the Wi-Fi is paid, small rooms, small bathroom.
If I go back to Rome I repeat hotel.

If the location wasn't good as it was and the staff weren't so nice as they were, I'd give it a one star rating. Oh yeah, and you have a roof over your head.

Small hotel, average clean, in a great location. Courteous service, no problems I was there one night. The rooms are very small, but complete with fridge, safe, TV and hairdryer. Very pleasant to stay with breakfast for a short time. Not hard to find parking nearby.

Bad boy! I don't recommend it. You are charged Wi-Fi from 24 hours. And they charge twice the tax. Muyyy wrong.

It was OK very basic but somewhere to sleep.

Only giving a 1 star as there isn't an option for a zero! We stayed for 1 hour before the rancid smell made it unbearable for us to stay any longer. Tiny room which was DANGEROUS, live electric sockets hanging from wall, cracks and holes in wall, window would not shut and handle was held on with a nail, bathroom was straight out of the 80's, I can only assume that was the last time it was cleaned… I could go on. Dangerous hotel and will never go back. Complained to manager and he was not interested in helping at all. Hotel in general was VERY run down, panels hanging off walls. Decor, fixtures and fittings leave a lot to be desired, like toilet waste pipes not being fixed properly…

The room was very small and claustrophobic, with only one small window — there was almost no natural light. Very old rooms, tiles on the floor were broken. You could also always hear everyone on the floor, entering and leaving and talking. Very unpleasant! There is no free Wi-Fi and breakfast ist very crowded — you only get a croissant and some bread with jam or chocolate spread. I don't recommend it, it's very bad!

Awful smell outside the window, uncomfortable beds. Good were only breakfasts and a fact that room was clean.

No service, every thing with extra pay, no free Wi-Fi, slow clean.

Despite being very courteous staff do not recommend the property. The room was furnished in a shabby way and from the "bathroom" out smells ewwy.

Small rooms, Wi-Fi payment, cathode ray tube TV, some rooms outside the reception building, tiny dining room, people huddle up on the stairs waiting to be able to have breakfast, lift is scary climb on it, hairdryer I remembered with the age of Rome as the Elevator. The shower is so small that you can fall asleep and you don't like it, if you're not a contortor, forget about showering.

Old and small room with a window protruding into a dirty and sad inner courtyard, uncomfortable and often blocked elevator, poor breakfast in a small room where there is also included the reception is there is sometimes no space for everyone… good cleaning.

Indecent! Room not required with features presented also very dirty the carpet and strong smoke smell. The bathroom fell apart, the window of the room did not close and faced a scaffold with masons who could enter or look quietly inside! Absolutely not to be taken!

I stayed 3 nights and the place is convenient to get to the historic center of Rome both on foot and by the means and the price is good. I have been twice already and will definitely be back.

There are two entrances and that makes people confused. And there is only pay Wi-Fi inside the hotel which isnt customer friendly.

It is a Board that wants to be a hotel, if you are looking for something cheap is not bad but the care and facilities are quite bad.

This is the worst hotel i've been in my entire life, The rooms are tiny and very unconfortable, beds old and unconfortable, the breakfast they have for 'free' it's a joke, they charge you 3 euros per night at the check out without mentioning at The check in, elevator is horrible and old, it's not even a hotel it's just a whole floor with 8 rooms! And the worst is The staff, The Door man that stays at night is The most dry, rude and unprofessional person ever, he was creepy too and he gets mad at you if you arrive late to The hotel, it was a nightmare never ever book a Room in this crappy hotel.

I've stayed here before, December 2013 and I am returning in August 2015. It's a cheap and comfortable base for spending your time in Rome, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the location could hardly be better — a few minutes walk to both Piazza di Spagna and Termini Station — fantastic. While Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, it is available in many cafes & restaurants in the surrounding areas, so not to fret. I had a pleasant experience here and I hope to have another when I return in the coming days.

The environment of the hotel is the splendid via xx settembre. The hotel rooms are not all in the same building so this leads to difficulties in going to the front desk. The hotel room I stayed is very cozy and clean. The bathroom is small but clean. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Not accompany you in the room. And the reception are not as personable in the welcome you if you stay for a night. And if you have to go out early in the morning for work you lose your breakfast you have already paid, why don't you give it.

I booked a double and ended the x 12/6/2014 a single residence 84, 00 euros + spase overpaid and what we call? You have to make do. Assuming that I didn't ask for discounts or deals! Pitiful the place! Don't talk about hygiene. Never again.

Great service and good clean rooms. Staff is welcoming and polite. There is also someone at the front desk 24/7 to answer questions, which has been very helpful to us, since it was our first trip to Rome. We even got breakfast in a bag for our journey home Very good hotel at a great price.

As commented on another user, rather than a hotel seems a pension. The room, where I stayed three nights, was OK, although I spent lot of heat due to the lack of air conditioning and could not almost sleep by the noise of the street (was on the first floor, in a room that, according to the receptionist that made me check-in, was the best of the hotel). To purpose of the receptionist (who is normally at night, until the morning) was very unpleasant, rude, and certainly nothing professional, from the minute that I went to the hotel. Never welcomed me (actually not even told me "good afternoon", in any language), and sees that his Lexicon is not the word "please"; It gave me orders often and spoke in a very aggressive tone, obviously showing that he is not happy in his work. Other issues: the 8 euros who added me tax to the price that it was on the Internet do not appear on the Bill that gave me to go from the hotel. On two occasions I had to go to reception to ask the jaboncito of bath, because the cleaning lady topped not up it me (the receptionist gave me, but told me that not they advise every day — but shampoo! ). On one occasion felt cigarette smell (smoking is prohibited, said a notice on my room at least) and opening the door I saw the cleaning lady smoking out the window of a room.

One of the worst place where I have ever been. Not even an hotel.

This hotel has nothing, the first impression that gives you at the indicated address is the have reached a seedy guesthouse. Small rooms, tiny bathrooms and not to mention that you head spin of a building to another to be able to have breakfast and then returning to the room, in terms of treatment, as well there is everything depends on who you meet.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. Though this hotel was conveniently located, the hotel had two seperate entrances which was kind of annoying becuase intuitively like all travelers we carried all our luggage to the 3rd floor of the first building where the reception desk is located (w/o any luck of using the rickety elevator or any help from the bell desk as there isnt any). We were given a room in the other building so had to carry all our luggage to the othe part again without the help of any elevators/bell desk. The rooms in the other building were the smallest rooms one can think of with poor air conditioning facilities. We could not open the windows as the street was very very noisy. We must have called the reception desk at least 20 times but it was of no help. Also there is interent facilty only in the reception desk which the hotel is very miser about as they give you only 10-15 minutes access. The breakfast is surprisingly pretty good. Got upgraded to a new room in the main building the next day. The AC worked but the drains were clogged so could not take a shower. Overall a horrible experience.

Parking is not included in your rate! It is an additional 30 EUR per night.

I recommend Hotel Baltic very much! It was cleand friendly silent! Also the breakfast was very good! We stayed for a week and we were (3 persons) very satisfied! Antti Lankinen Finland.
