So that was the last hole dirty, breakfast was in another B&B … That was something of dirty, that was the worst thing I've ever seen … Never again … I can only advise never again. You'd have to ask for towels etc … And it comes to where we came home, the door was not closed … You can't recommend anything like that any further … The whole opposite of the pictures. The ceiling was full of stains just disgusting … The only good thing was that one was central that was. And for that a singing.

Cramped and not clean… Poor service.

Worst B&B, unprofessional Service I ever encountered. Don't go there if you don't want to be treated like scum. My Girlfriend and I arrived at around 8 am after having a very long Bus Ride behind us and having a small breakfast so that we are not to early. When we finally arrived at the B&B we called the Telephone Number provided online, with no luck and then we rang the doorbell from the B&B but also with no luck at all. We tried that several times but nobody picked up the phone or even opened the door. Until we saw some people leaving the Apartment Building were the B&B is located, then we held the door open and went in. And then we tried to go up the stairs and then some Women looked at us hysterically and really bothered and she nearly screamed. "CHECK IN 1 O`CLOCK` and my gf and I felt very unwelcomed by this women. Then we realized that this is supposed to be the receptionist that left us waiting outside. We tried to explain to her that we only wanted to place our heavy luggage there until later then, but well she wasn't really interested what we as customers had to say. Actually I felt not at all like a customer. She even said to her previous customers that were staying there that we are at fault to ring the bell, but as I see it she didn't even pick up the Phone or opened the door. If we didn't come in through the door due to the other Neighbors of the building maybe we would have stood outside for much much longer.

Weak Wi-Fi, broken showerhead and the establishment offers luggage storage after checkout but doesn't follow through causing you to have to spend a day in Rome with your luggage.

My boyfriend and I were recently in Rome, and I must say that the value of the hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, location is great for getting to the Centre of Rome is by metro or on foot and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is only recommended — clean, conveniently located, inexpensive. Upon our arrival we were welcomed friendly and obliging. Achieving our quiet room on the 4th floor — with elevator —, reached to the side of the road, but had a very good window insulation so that we heard nothing from the road. After a good night's sleep we could have breakfast rested. Particularly noteworthy was the cleanliness in the room: fresh towels, crisp linen. The location was excellent. One could get on foot to the train station and other attractions, a bus stop directly at the hotel. My wife and I have four days in Rome and others. So carefree enjoyed also due to this accommodation.
