Clean, efficient, great A/C, friendly, modern. The only problem is that we all found the beds to be very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cheap, thin, unforgiving mattress. Not enough of a problem to spoil the stay, but enough to give 4 stars instead of 5.

Stayed here for three nights to visit Rome. An inexpensive good hotel near the metro and the city centre. The room has a kitchenette, I recommend.

Average quality hotel located in strategic central area on Viale Colombo with various services in the area including a mile and a half eataly. Discreet rooms without demanding great things. Reality with about 110 rooms spread over 11 floors.
With a pinch of extra effort on housekeeping could have a higher rating.

500 metres from the underground stop and 3 metro stops from the Colosseum. Manicured apartments. Internal parking.

Residence clean, the studio where I stayed is quite large and not stuffy, equipped with crockery. Possibility of internal parking. Nice Staff Moderate prices.

Good residence "from commuter". A little more attention in maintenance would not spoil. Igniene and service OK!

Located 800 meters from the train station Metró della Garbatella, this residence really satisfied me. Clean, friendly staff and ready to meet the needs of customers, modern style, I recommend it without reservations to anyone who wants to visit Rome. In 5 minutes by Metro you arrive at the Colosseum. Great!

No sleeping… In addition to carts for cleaning pushed at full speed already at 8am… in the adjoining room to our C was a sex brothel tonight started Alke hours 22 lasted until 3 p. M. 10 this morning where my patience ended I punched the door screaming. It sucks. It was not a normal couple but a real mess. Such a structure where you can host Anke families with children should select or at least take care not to give rooms divided only by a common door of interiors to people who use it for brothels. It was not a normal couple who occupied the room communicating with the N 5… and you know it well. That sucks.

Cozy Residence, equipped with kitchen facilities, friendly staff, excellent Wi-Fi coverage. Only the rooms are not spotless.

This place is really good! I'm a tourist and I like it very much! Near to the city, near to the mrt station. The most important is the room is big and clean as well as the receptionist is really friendly! Enjoy to stayed here. Worth for money!

Don't let the front of the building fool you! Situated not far from some nice cafes and restaurants, this hotel is hidden away from the main road nearby. It has very nice staff and the room was clean and modern.

I stayed a few days, to work in conjunction with other coworkers. Our judgment is more than favorable, a Residence/Hotel modern and functional with an important value. Clean comfy room, very friendly and efficient and the train to the airport in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

A long experience in this Residence (home renovations) but definitely beautiful and satisfying. A modern and functional hotel and a staff (led by Optimus Maximus Moretti) who has pampered and treated for the duration of your stay. The Junior Suite is a convenient and spacious, highly recommended for families like ours.

I was at the Residence for a weekend in early may, I was with my family. I have to sing the praises of a very well run organization, the room was equipped with double bath-air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen (We cooked for lunch). The very comfortable mattresses, probably changed recently. The area also offers several advantages (Euroma 2, Eataly, Ostiense Station, metro and bus very close). Affordable rate.

Travel often for work and this structure is one of my favorites, thanks to the budget which offer a quality service. Several advantages and no neo from experience. I have been informed that the bar/restaurant is under construction which will probably be another string to their bow.

Good distribution of the apartment and combination with buses, but away from the Center.

Very very good, I would say very good. Hyper functional location and prices most virtuous. Spacious room with two bathrooms, flooring and kitchen. The Center very close, just a few minutes. What makes the difference in places like these is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and they did. The late check out free was a nice gesture. See you soon!

A must see for me, because business engagements in Rome. I'm never disappointed, spacious rooms and is close to the bus stop and Metro B. Wi-fi always quick, both in the room and in the lobby. Congratulations to Mr. Moretti, always commendable in its work.

Extremely good in every single aspect. Cleaning service very good, comfortable room and all the guys down the Reception just adorable. Close to the centre of the city, this Residence is worth of your money. I've been here in late November.

It was a great experience. A Hotel/Residence notable for its clean, comfortable room (608) and the location very close to the heart of the city. But with the high prices of hotels in the Centre! The staff very knowledgable and present my compliments to Miss. Arianna who gave all possible information about restaurants, public transport, etc. A welcoming atmosphere, for sure will be back as guests in early summer. Ask for room 608, tastes great.

I'm no stranger to this place, i've been here a couple of times and everytime i'm pleased and happy of the rooms and the service. This time i've been in the 801 and it's a pretty good room, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and everything. I will come back here, that's for sure!

Found close to the Congress Palace and the heart of Rome City Centre. We were very comfortable, modern and very well maintained. Every request was met for free (cot, ticket printing, extra towels, shower gel). Greetings to dear Massimo Moretti and his colleagues. See you next year!

I have to compliment the staff, they were really nice and special. Mr. Moretti changed promptly after a mix up with room type booked. Really excellent value for money. This room has everything you need, including microwave and sky tv. Bus and metro are close and allow you to move easily. I will be back.

Hey Guys, this place was absolutely great. I liked the room, that was clean and comfortable. Very quite as well. The prices are low, for a city lke Rome. The middle of the city is way close, the subway takes you there in few minutes. Thanks a lot to the staff for the help and informations, especially Mr. Moretti. If you go there look for him, just a sweet guy.

Located in a quiet area of Rome but with excellent connections to the Center, I was assigned a room comfortable and clean, with full kitchen and wi fi. Remarkable value for money, especially in this expensive city like Rome. Pleasant stay, I will stay here again.

Very good room in a quiet square, not too far from the middle of the city. The train to the Airport is also very close, as well as the great Eatitaly. Cool guys at the Reception, they helped me all the way.
