The place is nice and worth the money. Supermarket is opposite, 1 min. Walk. Though, it's far from subway (15-20 minutes) walk. And owner is rude, disrespects its guests and their rights. He may use your credit card without consent to pay for the stay, while u prefer to pay in cash.
