A bit dated yet with carpeting in the hallways (and feels) the rooms are fine some go magazines however it is very central between two big roads — Marconi and Garibaldi — a few steps from Eur. Convenient parking in the evening closed with gate and controlled by cameras like the main entrance. Green around. Average prices. Pay attention to the price fluctuation during the week.

Superb hotel and employees are at small care for guests.

The hotel is well cared for; The rooms are small but clean. There was no air conditioning in the room, they said it was automatic although our room was still very hot. The staff was polite and polite. Breakfast was quite complete.

Great price but a bit of trouble with the room: an unbearable heat and no possibility to air-condition it manually. Also problems with the exhaust but once reported it was resolved. In General I recommend it because the Viale Marconi is very well connected with Metro and bus and not too out of the way from the main tourist attractions of the center of the capital.

The room was very good but it was a little bit hidden. And you have to go through a street where the Putis…

The hotel is not bad, all very new, clean and well kept, but has some things you would have to think about staying there.
Access to the hotel has to be done by road (walk about 30 meters) has no luminosity that road there are prostitutes at night (do not speak) hotel has no bathtub, only 50x50 shower tray has no air conditioning, only ventilation.

Clean, quite close to the subway, good breakfast.

Average Hotel. Well appointed bedroom, clean and the mattress was very convenient. The only thing that disappointed me slightly was the breakfast, I expected some nice croissants and puff pastry and instead I found pastries not really good. That said though the breakfast was very varied with possibility of salty and sweet, wide choice of hot and cold drinks and finally there was also a corner thought for the kids.

Convenient accommodation for car travel. Close to the metro station. Nice and spacious the rooms great breakfast.

Spacious and modern-style rooms. Generally functional, but with some occasional problem (once the window of the room did not open, another time the lock of the front door was blocked).
Convenient location if you have a car, less on foot, since most of the locals go for lunch/dinner are about a kilometer away.
Staff.

Former religious institute converted to hotel structure. If you do not have the car it is quite uncomfortable to reach. The staff does not seem to have quite clear what a four star facility is! Despite having booked with breakfast included, when I reached the buffet the room manager, without even a good morning, attacked me asking aloud what was the number of my room to verify my reservation. The bed was not a real double, but it was made up of two single mattresses that separated easily and the extra pillows were not present in the closet. The rooms are very soundproof and I listened to the neighbor's TV all night long. I slept very badly and I find no motivation for the 4 stars. The staff at the front desk was nice but not enough for a four star.

The accommodation is pretty bad but the staff are all great. Just telling you guys don't forget about the roma capitale tax.

5 minutes from the metro, its own territory, good staff.

The staff are absolutely lovely. So helpful. We were able to get our Rome Passes and bus tour tickets at reception. Gluten free breakfast was very easy to arrange. Hotel is quite noisy at night due to closeness to main road.

Nice hotel, quite modern, clean and very quiet. 5 minutes from the Metro, stop Marconi, then convenient x visit Rome. Buffet breakfast is very rich both x variety and X quantity. The staff was very helpful In my opinion only a small flaw, the shower is a little small x who is tall and big, on the other hand the bed is spatial, wide, long and comfortable! I recommend it to everyone!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The regular is the location, although with the buses and the Metro is compensated a bit. The downside is that although the whole bathroom is spacious and comfortable, the shower was in an exaggerated and cramped cabin.

My wife and I plus two friends spent a great weekend in Rome 7/12/17 and we stayed in this Hotel the staff are GREAT as soon as we got there we ALL felt relaxed and by the time we had to leave we had all promised that we were going back to ROME and staying at this hotel again. If you are looking for a Great clean happy friendly HOTEL? YOU DONT HAVE TO LOOK NO FUTHER.

Very simple Hotel. Clean and good attention, but the area where it is located is degraded a lot at night.

Quiet location and not far from the subway… Very good value for money! The reception is nice.

Hotel in a bad location. It is a 4 star but I would give it two, at most. The rooms are furnished in an essential way and with low quality furniture, are dark (i. E. Lighted very little) and the lights on the bedside tables do not have bulbs; The bathroom has no shower cubicle x which, once made, you can no longer enter Xche ' the floor stays wet for a long time.

I'll give a resume… The only thing that isn't good is the location, but is on 7 minutes walking to the subway! The receptionist are polite, antentious and really nice persons! The breakfast is good! The room is big and cozy! The bathroom is ok. But the shower space is really… Really small. That is I think the unique problem beyond the location… Loved the experience and even with those little things I really recommend!

Fantastic service. While it is located outside the city center, it is very close to the train station, and travel is very easy. Room is large, clean and modern.

Quality hotel in every way. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They will help you in any way that they can. Rooms are spacious and modern. Continental breakfast in the morning is a great plus with a wide array of choices. Metro and Buses to the city centre are within a 10 minute vicinity. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very welcoming and sympathetic staff. Great hotel with spacious rooms, a modern feel and great breakfast in the morning. Only a 10 minute walk to the local metro station and 5 minutes away from local buses. Highly recommendable.

Staff is really friendly, nice and ready to help anytime. Rooms are clean, but bathroom could be bigger (not easy to fit in a shower for adult). Wifi signal is week at room. There is a park at the hotel with chairs and tabels — these are not maintained. Hotel seems safe. Breakfast are tasty, but almost same every morning. Hotel is close to bus stop and metro station (on way to Colosseum). You can buy tickets at the hotel as well. You do not meet tourists on the streets here. Hotel is close to cross roads, but area of the hotel is really calm. On the street you can meet prostitutes there every night (this does not make a good picture).

Terrible place, is not as impressive as it looks at the entrance. Not a great customer service. Smelled of cigar when we were there. I give it a 3 rating because we got it for a good deal, but not worth the 4 star they claim to be.

Located far from the Center. Carpets in rooms and hallways. Without infamy nor praise. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Good location as it is close to a metro station (Marconi, around 300 metres) and very close to a couple of nice restaurants you can reach on foot. It is not in The city center (see map) and not good for a walk at night (looks safe but there's nothing to see around).

The hotel is older and nn held up well, upholstery dirty and full of immigrants. The staff is friendly and competent XO.

The location is not good because of the prostitution around the hotel.

The tax which in Rome is 6 euro per person per night, all welded contacts. Any other payments can be made by Pos. Multilingual staff. Mention for Mrs Tatyana and Mr. Utmost hall.

And the red for the second time to Rome, lived here. Belonging to the peri-urban eat, you can go to the nearby Sheraton for. Walking through the city, the subway is nearby, it is convenient.

To bathe and sleep.

Decent spacious rooms with lovely walk-in showers and flat screen TV (all channels in italian but italian TV consists of either cookery or live football so not all bad! ). Location is superb, around 3mins walk from Marconi metro station and situated between a school and a police station so very secure, nice area also just four stops from the colosseum and around six from termini taking 15mins or so to get into the very centre of Rome. The only con's I could find were no air con in the room but both large windows open so thats not really an issue and also city tax at 3 euro per person per night, still a lot cheaper than the shoe-boxes you get for a room in the very centre of rome, quiet and serene area and all in all a good deal that I would recommend, in addition to the free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
