Fantastic location, amenities and staff. Had. A wonderful stay.

Unique experience to spend 2 nights in a 150 years old environment but with usual modern comfort.

We absolutely loved our room with a canal view and the morning sun greeting our windows in this beautiful, historic structure, situated just a stone throw away from both piazza San Marco and the Sant'Angelo ferry stop. Excellent breakfast, super professional staff, romantic atmosphere, coziness and clieanliness. Bravi!

CONGRATULATIONS! ️ Really, congratulations to 360 °! The structure is crazy, from the entrance you can feel the quality of the place. In suite 705 everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the marble bathroom to the "double" Jacuzzi with a deck chair on the side. The 72-inch TV with Netflix included and the huge bedroom close this perfect picture.
But perhaps the most important aspect was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. By email I received exhaustive answers, once I arrived I was welcomed in a professional and very polite way by Mr. Filippo who turned out to be an exquisite person.
Thank you for this long weekend, I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I checked in to the Palazzo Paruta and stayed for two nights. Initially when we arrived the air conditioning was not working and the room temperature was too high. Staff were more than helpful in helping us relocate to another room. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel as the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

My partner & I stayed at this hotel in May 19. We did lots of research on locations, hotels etc & were not disappointed with this hotel. It was beautiful, excellent location where the area was quiet but walking distance to all the popular sights in Venice. We chose a junior suite with canal view. The room was beautiful, breakfast was excellent, staff very helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

The Palazzo Paruta is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It has charm and old school elegance, yet does not lack in amenities. There is marble bathrooms and chandeliers in the bedroom. The breakfasts are amazing as is the staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Venice, Italy.

Love this hotel, the charm, the courtyard. The Service was excellent the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The economy room had a Venetian style, was small but clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is an older looking hotel but it is very nice and has a lot of character. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and the coffee is delicious. The room was very comfortable with multiple air conditioners and we had a nice patio balcony to drink and relax in the evening on. They're amenities were nice and I was very pleased with the overall stay here.

Excellent central location with a short walk to Rialto and San Marco. The provided breakfast is a good mix of Italian and European staples, plus some delicious items I didn't expect. The plumbing is not great in the higher floors, and the top floor has some low ceilings. Overall a good value with polite staff.

Friendly staff, great courtyard plaza & awesome complimentary buffet breakfast. Depending on which room and which floor you pick it can be a very small suite with lower celings. Our bed was a bit harder than what we are used to.

Big beautiful room in one of the rooms in their satellite properties. Great small balcony overlooking one of the squares. Very private and extremely convenient. Great place to stage your visit to Venice.

Divine, for a stay in love, the breakfast room is worthy of a small palate, thing it is, the only downside is the humidity in the rooms, CERTE it is Venice but should think to heat more the rooms reason more for y'go has two hihi.

We stayed at the hotel Palazzo appeared 3 nights we were delighted. The hotel is very well located. The spacious and very clean room with seen on the canal pity that the weather was rainy. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this hotel.

Nice little typical hotel, very very well located (less than 10min walk to St. Mark's Square, next to La Fenice), but benefits below what I expect considering the price of the room. The room itself is very pretty and typical, but for example the "View on the canal" is very limited (it's not worth paying more to take it), we had a room stuck to the kitchen and to the breakfast room and we heard about it and C Looking the employees from our room from the early morning, which is not pleasant for a 4 *. We had taken a junior suite which in the end was less pretty than the one shown in the photos (the blue photo, ours was the green room, without table and chairs as in the pictures of the site for example). Plus the breakfast is good, but I also expected better for this price. However the employees are very nice and small care, nothing to complain they were very very friendly. In fact it is necessary to realise that this is a 4 * in Venice, the price is justified by the city itself and the location of the hotel…

Absolutely fantastic. Situated off of the busy areas but within extremely easy distance of all tourist attractions and canal stops. Hôtel staff all very polite and professional during our stay. Breakfast was good quality and our room (junior suite with canal view) was exceptionally clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed in the apartments, which where down the street from the main hotel. It's a fantastic residence for the price you pay. The apartment I stayed in had a full kitchen, washer and dryer for your laundry, and two beds in two separate rooms to accommodate a total of four people. One bathroom. As far as location is concerned, the hotel is off on the other side of Venice, away from the areas near the train station, but it's not too bad of a trip. Might not be fun if you didn't pack light though.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Stayed in one of the deluxe suites, and have to stay a real gem of a real Venetian room with Murano chandelier and very classy room, service is exceptional. Only compliant rooms can be a bit get a touch cold. I would recommend to stay at least the last couple of nights in this romantic city.

From the internet it looks like what is absolutely not… 4 stars very disappointing and definitely excessive price.

Room 104 is small but efficient and quiet. Decent breakfast and a few minutes walk to a shopping and eateries.

Location is perfect for us. Customer service is the best. I had the best breakfast here, specially the coffee! And the host at breakfast is awesome! Best overall and will go back again at the same place.

Hotel staff very friendly, good breakfast buffet. A lot of reserves, instead, to the room, seems to be set in an annexe, both for the position, the size and the humidity, perhaps it is more suitable for storage or as a wine cellar. In the bathroom the tub/shower (recessed in the floor) is not absolutely practical for people not so young or athletic. We were offered the stay — 2 days — by our children, but the images they had received via the internet surely have distorted the choice and the price paid.

Lovely hotel and service. A true Italian experience. Only negative was the bedroom being a little small. The bathroom was perfect too. Gluten free available at breakfast and they were more than happy to make is the kind of eggs we wanted instead of the buffet ones. Loved it.

This hotel grows on you. At first, my family and I didn't like the somewhat musty oder, but we were able to remedy that by opening windows and allowing light into the room. The area is quiet and not overrun with tourists, unlike the San Marco area. Great restaurants are located nearby. So, the location and good service are pluses, but the rooms are a bit of a negative.

Great location, in a few minutes you reach any place, room warm and comfortable, staff very kind, on the cleanliness of the room you can do more anyway in the standard.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in this hotel from the 7th-9th March and it is beautiful. Amazing location, we managed to see everything we wanted and it wasn't far from the hotel! The staff were so friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant on our first night which we both loved. It rained most the time we were there but the hotel supplies umbrellas which was very handy. It was my boyfriends birthday whilst there and I was able to put some wine in the room for arrival and they bought him out a cake the morning of his birthday! The room was incredible, spacious and beautiful! It was the perfect hotel for us and our first visit to Venice and I would highly recommend!

Really wonderful! Mille Grazie Pallazo Property! The rooms are very nicely decorated and pleasant. Bathroom/shower, hair dryer, TV, phone. The property Bar offers a great way to drinks and small Snacks to enjoy. Staff very nice, Breakfast delicious. Better location, there are hardly 10 minutes to the Rialto bridge and St. Mark's square (Piazza San Marco). The nearest water-bus Station is 5 minutes walk away, and San Angelo.

Great place to stay. Our rooms were messed up as we got put in a room smaller than what we were promised. Regardless the Indian night staff was very helpful and the venue was n an ideal location. Got an upgrade from superior to junior suite on our first night too which was perfect. Apart from the kitchen bashing of plates at 7am. STILL it's amazing for the room. Beautiful :).

Great location (5' of the Caporetto, 5' of the rialto, 10' of Santa maria of the Salute). Clean rooms but very dark. Staff and Nice. A little pricey for the size of the room. Very nice breakfast in great Hall of a former Palace nothing. Note a room given with a 30' delay after we did wait in the Sun without offering refreshment. A little tact.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that for an electrical fault were unable to give me the room I had booked. I felt it was just nonsense, and how do I read from other reviews here, it's an excuse that often use apparently … They sent me to another hotel 4 stars nice but nothing spectacular, unapologetically not too it offer me anything in return of annoyance. What made me angry is that I had paid for the stay at 100% in advance and non-refundable formula, so I don't see why they can claim the right to send me where and how they want it, I paid for staying at this hotel! And without even warn me in advance. Also, reading that happened to others the same thing, I know who practice this speacie of overbooking on purpose, pretty disappointing from a luxury hotel in Venice that is everything except economically.
