Great location, very clean and comfortable.

Excellent value for money.

Breakfast is very bad, only cafe toasts, very poor and not good at all!

Don't be fooled by the pictures on Expedia. The apartment is completely different and there were several broken items in each room as well as poor lighting (in the kitchen/dining room there was a chandelier but only 2 small bulbs were working and most of the light switches just didn't work). The door handle on the upstairs bathroom comes off and same in the bedroom. Also the shower in one bathroom did not have a wall mount, making showering difficult. Staff were friendly.

Great reception service. The receptionist was friendly and informative and professional. The rooms/apartment are large, spacious, and clean. However, the shower heads in both bathrooms seemed to be broken, which made it inconvenient to shower. But the location is great and easy to find.

Wonderful location and a really nice apartment. We were lucky to get a whole recently renovated house for ourselves (about 50 m away from the reception building) and I hope they will keep it in a similar state for a long time. Unlike in other hotels, you are allowed to invite friends or family, there is no deposit charged and the check-out is based on trust. You either leave the keys at the reception or keep them in case you want to store your luggage. It is not a classic hotel so the reception is mostly empty, this is why you do things on your own — perfect for people who do not require any assistance. Highly recommended!

Four of us stayed here in may this year in a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment. It was just the perfect location and perfect place to be in venice. Loved everything about it, great value for money, great communication and would love to come back one day to beautiful venice.
