Locanda Fiorita Hotel

Quaint hotel, small and therefore charming, very well located, perfect to walk around the historic center of Venice. The room of medium size (hab N10 outdoors) and classic style, without over-doing so. Comfortable bed, small but correct bathroom, parquet floor and breakfast (included in the room in our case) is on the terrace, which makes it very nice and romantic. Without great luxuries it is perfectly recommended to know Venice.
Pros: Location, excellent treatment, breakfast and cleanliness.
Cons: TV only in Italian (we do not usually watch TV, so in our case something unimportant) and departure time 11 am.

Absolute gem. Tucked away from the madding crowd but still within walking distance of Rialto & St Marks Sq. Room clean and well presented albeit a bit small. On hearing that we had an early train to catch, the owner bent over backwards to provide us with a breakfast tray the night, before including a jug of milk on ice. Much appreciated and we would highly recommend Locanda Fiorita.

Absolutely perfect. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. And the location was close to everything but hidden away in a courtyard away from the crowds. Would enthusiastically recommend.

Perfect location and the staff made us feel really welcome. Room was nice and all you could ever ask for. Also a nice quiet outdoor location to sit with a bottle of wine.

This hotel is ADORABLE. Our room was great, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Walking distance to both San Marco and Rialto.

Perfect location, close to St. Mark's Square. The room was small but very cozy and with everything you need. Breakfast was served in the room (the visit was in February) and is very complete. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely staff, great service and perfect location.

Great location and good staff.

It is very well located, because Venice is not very large. The hotel is very nice. The room was large, but had the bathroom outside. It is the only hotel that has bath out, others have it inside. You only have 5 or 6 rooms. The price was expensive, but I think that in Venice they hover all around. The best was certainly the breakfast that served it on the beautiful terrace that they have and it was delicious! And the Wi-Fi failed much.

Wonderful place to stay in Venice, although the first time that you are is difficult to give with the, then it is very easy to move around the city. Located in San Marco at less than 5 minutes from the bridge of the Academy. The rooms are big, although we played with private outside bathroom. Breakfasts served on a small terrace that takes in the square, a place magnificent and very nice breakfast.

A cosy hotel at 5mins from Piazza San Marco with a great value for money. Alessandra and Paolo are great host. Try it.

Beautiful and charming, great location in a quiet courtyard but close enough to busy squares and great restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.
