Quiet disappointed, rooms are extremely small, toilet even smaller, hard to even walk in it. Basic rooms. Air conditioning noisy. No safe, no fridge in the room and worst of all no lift in the hotel. Location is great, just minutes walk to St Mark's Square. Breakfast is average.

Easy access to all the attractions. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Old looking nice rooms. No lift but. Fair breakfast.

The rooms are very small. The hotel is not like expected. No internet in rooms. Hotel is nothing like pictures. The only advantage is the location. Very expensive for this kind of hotel.

Great hotel well placed breakfast very well.

Hotel for short stays and for those who have few pretensions. The rooms are microscopic, but with the essential, TV that in addition to the foreign channels receives only 4 Italian channels. Breakfast A plus deserves the dining room overlooking a canal, see the gondolas passing by in front while eating.

Just a complete disappointment in Venice — pay a little more for a better accommodation. I am the first to say just go with it, your not there long but this place takes the cake… tiny, tiny rooms out of date and in bad repair, mediocre breakfast and possibly the worst coffee in Italy. May be inexpensive to stay here but its not worth it.

It's the worst thing I've known in hotels. It is half-star and they claim to be 3 stars a farce. You can not communicate from the room you only do it from the entrance hall. Rooms that are a mess looked like a mousetrap more impossible girls. The cupboards are broken and I almost drop the mirror over in addition to the nails that you could drop and its hinges unscrewed. Horrible baths. The attention is fourth and have NO Book of complaints. Its frasadas broken and of poor quality. The only good thing is the breakfast. Advise not to go or hire him for takeoff show few photos and show you another perspective seemed much bigger and better quality is not so.
Please don't go.
In the window when you open it you have cables hanging and your view is to a dark courtyard.
No elevator and no way to get your bags up.

Missing map and information about the city and restaurant.
Taken high for everything but to sleep is ideal.

To improve the organization regarding breakfast as spaces and staff. Clean enough, we found a sock under the bed, bathroom to be rearranged as furnishings, worn, sliding column of the shower broken but you can use.

The location is quite convenient to see the city center by foot. The hotel is small, with a surreal room decoration, as if David Lynch himself did it (I'll give you a clue: the floor, the walls, the ceiling and of course the blankets all shared the same color and pattern). The toilet's drain smelled bad, but with the bathroom door closed the rest of the room was fine. Descent breakfast, only one girl working the buffet in the morning and she struggled (but it was not her fault). No elevator.

Friendly staff. But the room stunk of moldy drains. Bathroom was covered in mold, floor covered in black stains and electrical wires hanging out of a hole in the wall. Rooms extremely small. 3 stars or location 1 star for room. $700 for two nights. Not impressed.

Pros: — perfect location. Cons: — small room. — tiny bathroom, with water flooding while taking shower. — no air conditioning. It seems it was not working (only heating). — terrible breakfast (not even a long coffee tasted as coffee). — expensive in comparison to its price (95€/night +3, 50€ per person — city tax). It should cost no more than 40€…

The location is amazing as it's in the middle of everything. The rooms are extremy small, tight and dated — good just for sleeping. Washrooms are super tight. Some staff here are pleasant but a couple are just rude. Breakfast is nothing special — Just cold cuts, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt and croissants.

Please if you have a bit of dignity don't go to this hotel they have no elevator which make you climb three floors with three suitcases without anyone helping you with a super narrow stair shot and the surprise at the end you will find it in a room in which to open the door s Olo opens a third of it because it stumbles directly with the bed and entering surprise the shower is a phone booth of the years 60 apart from dirty, I will hang these photos to get an idea of what I have found the room has some beams in the C Beds There are some holes that can easily strain a cockroach or a small mouse I found the cabinets with three and four holes in the handles apart from broken shelves doors broken to the TV lacks the antenna input we have spent two days without Television the only chair is broken in half the views that promised us was a dark light courtyard the hotel staff indifferent room 303 The worst hotel I've been with differs and I've been to many… I feel ripped off.

Nice simple place to stay. Very convenient for Rialto bridge and St Marco square. Literally 5 min. Wi-Fi in open top lobby… but not really in 2nd floor rooms. Continental breakfast and an evening bar.

Wifi only works on the first floor. The light fixture is taped to the ceiling, illegal hazard. Front desk hostess are very abrasive and not kind. Then they make remarks when you turn away. One of them had her boyfriend hanging out in the bar area, as she was hanging out with him back there, not professional. The next morning the same girl was rude while we were checking out. The milk and yogurt at breakfast are usually warm. Dont stay here.

The only good thing is that it's central. For the rest, a dive. Dingy rooms, current jumping, no elevator, air conditioner not working, and I could go on. Highly discouraged.

Nice hotel if all you want is a room and breakfast. The rooms and reception are beautifully decorated, all very clean. The breakfast is simple and the breakfast room is small so you may have to sit in the reception to munch on your crossisnt. Just don't expect a drink at the bar in the evening from the inexperienced reception staff, they don't have a bartender… it's best to go out. The other downside was the pong of the canal coming from the bath room in our room, but I don't think this can be helped so we didn't complain, but I think they would have been happy to move us. There is also no Wi-Fi in the room so if you want to use it you have to sit in reception, where there are sofas and a TV.

The rooms are quite small and when you book you have to remember that there is no elevator (something not rare in Venice and still correctly signposted by the hotel). Breakfast a little poor, although the room is delicious, looking out as it is on the canal.
The staff is very nice and helpful and the location is excellent, just a short walk from Rialto and St. Mark's Square. Average for everything else.

Good location close to St. Mark's Square. Rococo Style. Very small room with air conditioning but not soundproof. Very small bathroom. Quite old state of the whole and especially no elevator (3 floors). High price for the benefit. Suitable for one night only.

For the high price we paid the room need a reform, old bathroom, without adequate hygiene products. Very poor breakfast for the price of the stay. I will not.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are in style but with a modern twist. Breakfast is decent and overlooking a canal, very quaint. Great location.

Good location, but the comfort level is very low: in room mold, wood lice, stone pillow, shower heads of water through cracks flies in all directions except the desired, the breakfast … What a pity… The hotel has good potential, and owners surely lead him into bankruptcy.

We stayed for 4 nights at The hotel. The room was small but comfortable, the hotel was clean and hospitable and the breakfast was good.

Room small mold in the bathroom tiny and dilapidated corners not top breakfast not d cramped in the room you have the feeling of sharing a room with your neighbors however hotel placed in city center.

Well located, is the centre point to everything I'm Venice.

Hello, I know Venice is Venice but I found many interesting reservation opportunities and when I reserved the room, with no reservations fees I got an instant confirmation, so I was very happy about it. Also the hotel, when I arrived, told me they use to work well with this site. I reccomend it and will use for further travels.
