Everything, absolutely everything is perfect.
They're adorable with animals.

Very nice hotel! Like other people have reviewed this hotel should be a 3star hotel at the upper range. Rooms are clean and big. Also extra big couch in the room. Looks luxurious. Recently renovated. There is 24/7 reception. Personel very friendly and helpful. Bathroom nice and with a bidet. Has a TV and airco. Shower is nice and changes temperature fast. Only 5 min walk from the famous Rialto bridge and very central. The start of the shopping street is just around the corner. Only downside is the first time it was hard to find the hotel. It is in a backalley where you have to pass the public toilet and go right where there is a cafe located. It looked like a dead end, but it wasn't. Venice was a pleasant stay thanks to this hotel :) we stayed 3 nights. They are waiting on an official review for their 3 stars. And they certainly deserve it.

Clean, well appointed, small hotel in a back alley fantastically located in Venice. Our room was directly over a small bar, but we barely heard any noise. There is a small lift which was very handy to get suitcases up to the room. Breakfast was included — a delicious basketfull of pannini, and croissants brought to your table and a lovely array of accompaniments to choose from.

Good location. Room with AC. Breakfast included, good breakfast. Good service. Small shower.

I have no idea why this place is listed as a 2-Star hotel apart from the size of the rooms. The hotel is located down a narrow back street just off a little square, seconds from Rialto Bridge and as such probably doesn’t have the luxury of providing large spaces for people to sleep in but in every other way it makes up for this (not that I see it as a problem in the first place). The staff, baggage drop, check in, concierge, cleaners, breakfast, showers, beds and Wi-Fi are exceptional. What more could you want. The rooms though maybe small are very comfortable and there is a great bar right around the corner. If we come back we will be sure to come back here.

Clean, modern and renovated hotel in a prime location right next to Rialto bridge. Good breakfast as well.

Next time I'm in Venice, I'll go back. The hotel is very good.
+ Ideal location directly at the Rialto Bridge (1 minute walk) and only ten minutes by walking to St. Mark's Square, the two most important and most central points in Venice (for shopping, sightseeing, public transport, food/restaurants and ferries or Boat docks).
+ Absolutely clean, + bathroom freshly renovated + the friendliest of us most helpful staff that you can imagine. Better than in some five star hotels (always a smile on the face, very nice greetings, are available for questions and recommendations for example restaurants. One night, a light bulb is burned out with us. We were told the next morning and until we came back in the afternoon, the bulb was replaced. Have put together a breakfast package, due to our very early departure on the last day, to name just a few of the examples)

Very nice experience in this wonderful hotel! An ideal location in Venice, excellent reception quality and very cocooning rooms where you feel very good. We even have the opportunity to go to the room in my day so the hotel is at the crossroads of the best areas of Venice. Quick!

Really nice hotel very well located (though you need to find it). Room small but clean and tidy, with big bathroom for a 2 stars hotel (really tidy as well). Staff really nice. Good breakfast. Can turn you down: a bit noisy due to the location on the Saturday night but we don’t mind. Lift was not working (Jan18) but again not a problem for us.

The management and the staff, always so pleasant, are in small care. The renovation is superb and tasteful, the lobby, the rooms, the water rooms and the breakfast room are sober and soothing, the bedding is of high quality. The central position of the hotel and the surrounding calm, any contest to an ideal stay. Accustomed to the place for about ten years, we do not fail to recommend this establishment, waiting to come back to us a big thank you all!

It was a very nice and clean room. A Stone's throw from Rialto and St. Mark's Square. Breakfast is better Great base to visit Venice.

Very luxurious hotels for a decent price with a very welcoming and friendly staff.

Hotel in perfect position (a few steps from the Rialto Bridge), with very nice rooms, clean and bright bathrooms (with TV, safe and fridge with free water), professional and sympathetic staff (in particular the goalkeeper Ennio and the waitress Pierangela), Breakfast is very nice and the room is very nice Only small big flaw the lack of a lift that will be however soon filled since during my stay (Ponte Dell'immacolata) was being set up. Well-deserved 5 stars.

Hotel in the centre, a stone's throw from the Rialto bridge. Recently renovated, well furnished and very good cleanliness. Large room. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Central location. Clean rooms. Helpful n friendly staff. Adequate breakfast served with a smile. English TV channel or subtitles would be a suggestion. Bigger shower screen may prevent water on floor of bathroom. But all round friendly and comfortable place to stay. Grazie.

Location is just perfect! Close to everything. Rooms are decent, nice air-conditioning. Rooms are very clean. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Nice ataff at the reception.

They have the best cappuccino and breakfast in the world. But they don't have a elevator so it was hard carrying up all of our luggages.

Hotel in the centre of Venice. Friendly staff. Our room was basic but clean. For breakfast, it consists of a small buffet where you can always find something that we like it (However the coffee isn't toptop).
The hotel is actually located above a bar restaurant but the noise stops at a time reasonable (22 hours).
Perfect for a week in the heart of Venice.

Rooms spacious and clean. Bathroom with spacious shower. The Internet Wi-Fi. Breakfast with coffee, freshly made. To the side of the rialto bridge. A little far from St. Mark's square (10min). To find it this difficult. It is located in an alley at the side of the square bartolomeo, down from the rialto bridge. If you are going to take a boat stop at rialto bridge. We got off at the plaza san marcos. On the 11 of the night and cost us a lot to find it. The waiters from the bars not to know each other. But we were sent to the square Bartholomew, who is on the side. By removing this… Totamente recommended.

Staff super friendly, rooms comfortable and limpisimas. Breakfast that's right, three steps from piazza san marco and one of the rialto bridge. Quality price ratio very good.

In the Center, rooms a little dated but it contributes to the charm of the city.

Simple but clean Hotel at affordable price in a very Central location. 4 floors, no Elevator. Sumptuous Breakfast. Unfortunately, a little noisy, so small deduction. But I would always book again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is basic but very clean and the staff helpful. I would recommend a breakfast elsewhere if you have time. Also, the location is excellent for everything including the water buses to the station and airport.

Courteous service.
I ate some delicious grilled vegetables. Others with me they tasted sarde in saor, mozzarella in carrozza.
Price a bit high, but then so is everywhere in Venice.
Little room for sitting (it's a snack bar and Grill on the other), but alternatively on the upper floor there is the restaurant.

Great location, affordable price x a decent room. Breakfast included but unsatisfactory.
