Superb hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights in February and had a fantastic stay. Lovely, helpful staff, spotlessly clean and full of character. Although the room was small, we didnt mind as it was perfect for what we needed and it was a very reasonable price. Free tea and coffee facilities in reception and use of computer and printer. Thank you for our stay :)

Perfect place to stay In Venice! San Marco, Rialto and other places are near, a lot of restaurants… And the host! At the reseption you'll get any information you need, a map where a beautiful host will point out the best locations of the city.

That can be said of so beautiful place and of such excellent treatment… many thanks to the girls who had the kindness of Atendenderme in Venice… from the previous contact, the attention to indicate to me how to arrive to the hotel from the airport (arrive at night) and thanks to the Instructions from the ladies I had no problem.
As for the hotel is superbly located downtown you access to several places walking. Even to the station of Santa Lucia without having to take the bus. San Samuele is very clean and comfortable for those who come to El to enjoy a beautiful day in Venice…
A million thanks for all your attentions… are part of my memories and you are in part to you are very beautiful… I hope to return and will certainly be my choice in Venice again.

Perfect location that it is near to one of the pier of water bus and walkable distance to many travel spots. The hosts are so nice to give us a route and advice to go and eat so we spent a great time in Venice. Good price with all those advantages!

The location is incredible! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, with much knowledge of the surrounding area. Double bed room is only good for two people who don't really need personal space, or perfect for one.

The hotel is on a quiet street, easily accessible from two vaporetto stops. The owner was very pleasant and helpful! The room I rented was quite large and well maintained. The two downsides were that if you left your room later in the day, they did not guarantee maid service. Also it was quite hot but there was only a fan, no A/C.

Found on the guide to the backpacker, the location is excellent and the staff super welcoming who speaks your language.
An old-fashioned building tastefully renovated while preserving the original style.
You are taken care of at the reception, we give you a map of Venice and all the explanations that go with it.
It is a hotel but it feels like home, we offer you coffee, you have a fridge available if needed.

Hotel very well located in a quiet street, and close to tourist sites on foot or by vaporetto (2 stops nearby). The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast not included but coffee and tea offered every morning, with a fridge available.
We would stay here again without any problems.

I want to start my personal review about this little typical venetian 1 star hotel by answering a Marcia Aramovich. "when you can't appreciate venetian old stones of this anciant venetian Palazzo of the 16th century, you don't choose to come to Venice. It is better for you to go in Arabia Saoudita to burn your money in a modern tour made of cement and glass"! This place is just authentic and familiar. You feel the real venetian atmosphere! and the price is very convenient for such a good position! There are also many venetian places to have breakfast in Campo Santo Stefano.

This would be an average hotel in a third world country. My husband and I paid by credit card ahead. Don't do that. They have your money and you have no recourse. No breakfast. No ambiance. No tv. No one during business hours to check you in. Do your research. There are many other better choices in Venice.

Wonderful little Hotel off the beaten path, yet very close to the main attractions (there is a little grocery store right around the corner and some great little restaurants nearby). We loved staying there, my girls and I felt so very welcome the minute we walked in. The room was great and everything very clean and the owners/staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Thank you for for everything!

Very authentic, amazing place which houses old spirit. Must-stay place. For sure, you'll also be satisfied if choose to stay here. Actually I choose a single (bathroom shared) room, it was cosy, clean and enough space to have a kind stay in. Btw, heating system was perfect, despite outside was so cold. ;) ) ).

Sleep for less money in Venice can here. It is a very charming hotel with nice service. Unfortunately, no air conditioning, only fan, which could bestow ever sleepless nights at 30 degrees. But otherwise very cute and friendly. We like to come back.
