I have to warn: stay away from this place! The manager/owner scammed us when we stayed there, not fulfilling a promise they made and taking our money nonetheless. Apart from the fact that we were cheated: the room was pokey and quite ugly, cold and cheap looking fake marble floor. The pictures look way better than the actual room! You have to go through some strange and dangerous looking staircases to get into the room. Stay away from this trap. There are far better places in Venice! Update to reply Sammy: I can give you specifics, but I don't think this will help because not only did you ignore our emails, but you also ignored the complaint we ended up filing at booking. Leaving a bad review is the only way we have to at least help others. Here is what you did: We were very unhappy with our room and wanted to check out the next day. You promised us that we would get a full refund (having already paid in full) if we left immediately. While this was very inconvenient for us, (as it was already late) we agreed to do so. You told us that this would be helpful to you since you already had other guests that would take the room. However, we didn't get a full refund, you charged us for a full night! After repeating over and over again that you would reimburse us in full. We asked several times via email if you would keep your word but never got a reply.

We spent in this picturesque location some beautiful days. Autentic venetian palace in the heart of venice. No noise during the day. Eccelent apart with very nice interior ddesign.
