Is just ok it is close to st Mark's square.

The location is excellent, but to find a Google map is problematic. Venice in this regard in general is extremely complicated. However, the hotel itself resembles a maze. The owner owns three hotels on the same street. You're booking in one, and you're going to have to. In these corridors, connecting one hotel with another, you can just get lost. Overall, the service liked, clean, the interior is pretty. But breakfast is terrible. The coffee is disgusting, prosciutto and salami seemed stale.

Very close to San Marco Square 2 mins walk. Big rooms, compared to Rome. We were on second floor close to lift. There will be some noise of restaurants below but should not bug you, as walking already drained us and we were fast asleep in no time. Fast Wi-Fi which is free Limited breakfast menu but should be ok The owner seems to have total 4 hotels in the are including this one.

This is the WORST hotel in all Italy! ¡¡Terrible service! I've never been treated so unbelievable impolite, the receptionist was extremely rude. We've made a reservation and not only they left us without a room, but they threw our baggage on to the street, laughed at us and pushed us out of the place without the minimum respect (we're two woman traveling alone) and my mom is a 60 year old. I’m lucky to have my Italian friend who called the hotel to see what the problem was…, but they started acting rude on the phone with her as well. So my suggestion is to NEVER stay in this hotel. Este es el PEOR hotel en todo Italia! ¡¡Terrible servicio! Nunca me habían tratado de una manera tan grosera, francamente deleznable la actitud del recepcionista. Hicimos una reservación y no sólo nos dejaron sin estadía disponible sino que hasta aventaron nuestras maletas a la calle, se rieron de nosotros en la cara y nos sacaron a empujones sin el más mínimo respeto, (somos dos mujeres viajando solas) y mi mamá es una señora de 60 años. Por suerte, tengo una amiga italiana, quien trató de asistirnos para averiguar cuál era el problema y solo recibió un trato terrible vía telefónica. Mi única recomendación respecto a este lugar es NUNCA quedarse en el.

Great location. Everything else not so much. Bed and pillows are hard, shower was hand hold only without a clamp on the wall, Wi-Fi didn't reach the room, only 1 electrical outlet, safe didn't work, and the breaker box in the room buzzes constantly.

Full historic centre, everything is on foot.

The staff is impeccable and always ready to serve.

The check in took a long time, staff was in a bad mood and looked for a key forever. The room did not look like the pictures. On the contrary, dirty, the corners molded, the furniture old and worn… The only good thing is the location, otherwise not recommended.

Excellent location of the hotel!

I don't recommend it. The dryer was scary, like the pictures in the hallway, plus it was under construction, check in and everything is managed from another hotel. Booking in one of those hotels is a lottery because they change your hotel as they want.

Acceptable hotel in top/location at a high price, however, for Venice in order.
+ 1 minute walk from St. Mark's Square + staff friendly + rooms were clean and cleaned every day.
+ Everything was booked-rooms very small and spartan-drain from the sink was clogged — toilet flushing very weak conclusion: if you are a city trip and only come to sleep in the hotel, this is the right place. However, if you want to be in the room for some time to relax, try another hotel.

Good location but unpleasant staff and inedible breakfast.

Very cozy room in Venetian style. Its peculiarity: The wooden beams on the ceiling. Superior Room. Very good value for money Not included the 1 ' Breakfast.

It was very close to the city centre and it was very convenient. Small but cozy rooms, equipped with a double bed and additional cot, TV, Wi-Fi. Recommended for those who want to spend a holiday in serenity.

The 403 room was very very small, reached by a spiral staircase, with a fairly worn spring bed and a microscopic bath. The only good thing is having to stop for one night, besides I wouldn't have endured it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for long stays.
The location, on the other hand, is great.

Very nice hotel very close to San Marco Square and Basilica. The room was beautiful (somewhat small for a family which does not really matter if you are just there for sleeping) We were very close to all the things we planned to do and spent the rest of our time wandering down the little streets. There is something new around every corner and the architecture is amazing.

A good location right next to Pl. San Marco.

Simple but with everything you need to spend a good vacasiones.

The star is for the location and kindness of the waitress serving breakfast. The rooms, apparently cute, reserve unpleasant surprises (spider webs, dust everywhere, precarious showers), so check everything well if you are forced to stay here. I wish I could tell you that reporting the issues at reception it solves something, but for me it was not so. To forget.

There is only one outlet and the shower is literally the entire bathroom; however, the location is great.

The hotel has a great location, is quiet, clean, has reasonable prices and a good basic breakfast.

A nice quaint place with a good location very near to San Marco. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

WLAN went from 2 1/2 days only 1 day, for remedy was not taken care of. Breakfast is good, rooms small, sweet and pleasant, brilliant No 5 min from Piazza San Marco.

Personal bad: unfriendly and not very welcoming. Room booked but not ready although I arrived at the hotel with a five-hour delay with respect to the'time. Will never stay there again ever!

Very good location. Price a bit excessive considering the poor quality of the rooms. Friendly welcome. Breakfast to avoid.

I booked a room in Comfort Hotel comfort Diana, but at check-in was taken to Hotel Panada on the other side of the alley. And then I got a room with no Wi-Fi — Panada only has Wi-Fi in the lobby. These hotels are run by crooks — stay away.

Very centrally located and with breakfast — perfect for a few days here in Venice!

Just OK. Beds are uncomfortable and there is no sitting area / lounge.

It's like living in a dorm room in college with the kids constantly making noise 24hrs a day! We paid twice the amount than we should've! Didn't get a wink of sleep for the three nights we were here. The floors are super thin along with the walls, you hear everything! It's a waste of money. Breakfast is two crossiants and orange juice! Please don't stay here!

Small but very comfortable rooms, good location.

The rooms are ok but the survives are terrible.

And I was very close to the Center, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room. That's just the price bite: 220 euros per night-but in Venice it is a cast iron bridge.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a rating. I have never stayed in a place like this before and certainly never stay here again. Comfort Inn USA headquarters, Europe Express who arranged the hotel for us, and our travel agent will all get this same complaint. The staff was rude and uncooperative, we were given a room on the top floor — The elevator doesn't even go to the top floor! We carried luggage up a very narrow spiral unsafe staircase with broken hand railing and loose steps to a room that has hot, tiny and had a shower with a drain in the floor and a pipe sticking out of the wall. No shower curtain. This review will probably never be displayed, but someone needs to know what a pit this is. Oh yes, upon our arrival the desk clerk asked to see our passports, which we understood. However, he told us he had to keep them for an hour or so and would bring them to our room! No way were we going to let them out of our sight. We stood at the desk and waited 15 minutes for them. Travelers beware. You don't want to stay here.
