Bad breakfast and not many options to choose from. Small room and pushing waitress in the morning knocking at the door to wake us up for breakfast. Really bad toilets smell in the stairwell.

No one there to meet you. Just terrible! Small rooms, no hospitality.

Comfortable accommodation in a 1500 building with beautiful patio, near Rialto and St. Mark's square. Not really cheap, shame about the lack of soundproofing of the Rooms.

Good position in a very nice building.

Apart from the location I do not recommend this room for rent. Because it's not a hotel. Slept with window open for the hot (exaggerated warming) and ate in the kitchen, without heating, with a woman in slippers with headphones that listened to music that washed noisily the dishes at 15 cm.
Rude in the ways (throwing bread from the microwave to the trash. ) Hallucinating! Yogurt expired from two days, the Burrini for a week, no honey finished, no milk, no lemon for tea (in sachets. ) Frozen croissants heated to the microwave inedible, no fruit, no biscuits, no nothing. But it is not the fault of this poor stranger who has probably never done this work, but of those who manage this "place".
It's useless, Venice is beautiful but they always cheat you.

The owners are friendly and their English is very good, the maids on the other hand barely speak any English. The bathroom and room were cleaned regularly. The breakfast is great and has a lot to choose from. The only downside is that the room we were in had some bugs squished on the wall. But other than that I loved it, specially the location which was great (about 5 mins from Piazza San Marco).

Location was great, right by St. Marks! This place is definitely worth the stay and you definitely get your money's worth. Would recommend! Little tip, don't leave the windows open as they come straight in!

This place is NOT A HOTEL, it's an formerly apartment now put on the market as Hotel rooms. Location is good as it's on the Venice Island and near to San Marco. Breakfast is almost not existing or some people call a coffee, a very small croissant, a roll, butter and jam a breakfast. They request you to call before arrival, so a Lady would come to let you in. We've waited for nearly half an hour, also we told them in advance our time of arrival. After we had ask a Lady (from the opposite shop) to call someone to come and open the door for us. Then someone arrived after 10 minutes. This people don't like to wait for their guests!

It was really good place to stay if you're not staying long. It is very well placed because you have Saint Marks square just about 7-10 minutes away. And you have good eating joints on the opposite side. We were very happy and Ms. Serena, who showed us the room was most helpful! Many thanks to her. :)

I loved the place. The atrium was a really nice surprise and as the casa is located right next to the canals it was nice to watch the gondolas floating by.
