Absolutely nothing to complain about, we stayed for 4 nights! Room and the shared bathroom was quite small, but both modern, clean and really nice. Water was hot and the room warm (eastertime). The hairdryer in the room was good, not like a "cowsbreath". Customerservice was 10p, helpful and friendly. Location was perfect and easy to find, just behind of the corner from San Marco's square.

Wonderful Hotel… I recommend it. The only drawback the stairs D access in the rooms, but you can let go… 2 steps from P San Marco 10 min from Rad… recommended.

Good location. Next to St. Mark's Square. Easy access from the train running taking the ferry. The room is comfortable and hygienic. Very friendly staff. It has No elevator and up the suitcases 4 floors… It cost a little bit, but I would personally choose this hotel again.

Everything worked well, reception 24/7. Fast and friendly service and help from front desk. Good sized clean room with working TV. Hotel is very central only a short walk from San Marco square.

It is in a good location, and relatively cheap. Our room was small but ok. The staff vrry kind. Many stairs, hard to go up with the luggage.

There was no internet in the room on upper floor.

Best price, the rooms are big enough for 3 person, nice modern bathroom, clean, 24-hour-reception, it was clean, and really 50 meters from Marcus square! In the small street are countless restaurants, but we didn't try these. It was just a perfect stay for a small price!

Good location. One street away from all of the action. Good for late night sightseeing.

Minutes away from the basilica, very convenient location. As they said in the reviews no elevator and the stairs are very small. The staff is friendly especially the nightshifts admin. I didn't like that we had to give them the key everytime we wanted to leave and come back take it again. The room and bathroom were very good and comfortable and that is what matters the most.

The Hotel have a perfect location, nearest to San Mark Square, the only negative point is the stairs, my room was on the 3rd floor, it was very hard to carry the luggage up stairs.

Great for the proximity to San Marco, the room with a little terrace is spectacular, of course if you have many claims it's not for you, it's a nice clean place but not 5 star.

I spent a fantastic mini holiday thanks to you, I hope to go back soon! A hug.

It's like time travel.

Stayed here for 2 nights, it's situated at smack at the center of all the major landmarks. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Too bad it didn't have any elevators. Had to lug 2 heavy luggages up 4 floors.

Excellent location! Very close to San Marco and surrounded by restaurants, clean, organized du 3 floors essential Services Attention! there is a lift it is Difficult to find the place the best quality /price.

The nondescript entrance and reception is not a shock, but that is in all of Venice. The rooms are very nice, modern and especially clean. The best part is, it is actually in 1 Minute in the middle of St mark's square. The view is enchanting, especially in the evening. I can recommend this Hotel warmest. The price-performance ratio is 100%.

Nice room, imbattibile position, poor reception.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are simple but they are clean. Watch out for bookings through booking. If you book directly with the hotel it is more economical if you pay in cash. Booking does not make the difference by not applying your quality assurance by indicating that it is a direct promotion of the hotel. I paid more for trusting them.
In the hotel they provide a map of the city and were friendly with the directions.
It is not a recommended site for those who have mobility problems as there are quite a few steps.
