Hôtel a little outdated but it adds to the charm.
Very very clean and breakfast is served to your seat after choosing from a long list.
Very enjoyable stay in the middle of it!

Another Carnival and another fabulous stay at the CONCORDIA! Thanks to the concierge who provided a full strength blow dryer which was THE BEST! Save it for me for next year as I will be back again! Also much thanks to the person on your staff that spotted my camera in the lobby downstairs and brought it up to the desk. It had all my pictures on it and I was heartbroken thinking I lost it. Couldn’t be more grateful! The location is amazing and every part of the staff is impeccable. Loved the ladies serving breakfast too! Thanks again! See you next year. A beautiful hotel in the central Venetian heart, very well-prepared and effecent staff in solving every problem posed by the customer a top kitchen well-maintained rooms in every detail of the highly recommended concierge.

Highly recommend! We booked the suite with the terrace overlooking St. Mark’s and it was so incredible. The staff is wonderful, very hospitable. We loved the bar downstairs, it is so cozy and the cocktails are top notch! Great location, we loved our stay.

Fabulous location and lovely hotel. Recommend St Marks Square view room. Would definitely come back.

Great staff and location!

Hotel Concordia had lovely staff and rooms, however the lack of curtains in the hotel room made it very difficult to sleep due to the lights and morning sun shining in, as well at the very loud noises from down stairs throughout majority of the night/ early morning.

The hotel Concordia is situated one street back from San Marco square with direct view of the basilica from the dining and bar areas. This is obviously a very old building but you wouldn’t know it from the inside. The furnishings are of a very high standard, and modern. It is an upmarket hotel in the centre of Venice that is well worth a visit.

Centrally located off St Marks (Marco) square great rooms and staff. A real Jewel in Venice.

Location: Top, it's hard to explore Venice
Rooms: Clean rooms, where the whole hotel is a bit older, but fine. Somehow we had the feeling that the whole room was soundproof (walls are completely wrapped in fabric) which was a little unpleasant in the long run.
Price: Price/performance is reasonable (Venice)
Conclusion: For a few days Venice perfectly fine, for a permanent holiday I would rather look for something else…

Perfect location, nice staff I loved it.

The location of the hotel is top (! ) — just a few minutes walk away is St. Mark's Square and it is also easy to find. The staff is very friendly and also speaks several languages. Our room was a superior room — it was very nice and very (! ) clean. The breakfast was good but not spectacular.

I highly recommend the Hotel Concordia Venezia! The staff is consummately professional and courteous, the facilities are clean and tasteful, and the location adjacent to St. Marks Square is perfect for tourist visitors. My room was the quietest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast selections are bountiful and delicious.

It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully appointed. They had a great breakfast and estaff was very pleasant and professional.

The position is worth more than 5 * * * * * View directly to St. Mark's Square.
The shower with traces of mold not exactly appropriate to the level of the hotel.

We booked this Hotel because we wanted to be central. And st. Mark's Square seems to be as central as it gets. We got lost several times in the venetian alleys and ended up every time back at piazza san marco. Anyhoo back to the Hotel review. The greeting was friendly and warm, since the elevator is quite small we could leave the luggage downstairs and they brought it up to our room, after we got escorted by a hotel employee to the room since the layout of the hotel, is as charmingly confusing, as the alleys in the city. No worries after a day you'll find your way around. The Room we've had is just the right size. The bed is comfortable and clean. The sheets smell clean as well and not bleach owerpowering. The breakfast has a good selection for a city hotel. The lounge is comfortable and the waiter friendly and has just the right amount of eagerness to help. I'd stay here again for sure. Very good location, great breakfast in front of Plaza San Marcos.

The most: Reception and exceptional service (they even remember our room number). Fold in four for us to be pleasant. Large room and large bathroom with bathtub. At 1min from San Marco Square. Breakfast with a very wide choice (a real meal). A complete toilet kit with a conditioner. The less: decoration to refresh, carpet everywhere, double glazing not stopping the noise (discussions in the street, bell every hour even at night, Iron curtain of the shops at midnight…). In short all the additional services at the top but the basic service (a good night's sleep) leaves a lot to be desired. I only give 3 stars because I note the value quality ratio.

Overall not a bad hotel at all, I will break this down into good points and bad points. Great location Amazingly friendly and helpful staff members Things that really irritated me on my stay and may be the reason I will try a different hotel next time. Two single mattresses pushed together to create a queen size bed… I hate it when hotels do this as the mattresses split during the night and you end up in the hole, the mattress also leans inwards because of this issue so I have been waking up with a very sore back every day. Only 1 power point in the bedroom and it's next to the door. So if you like to have your phone charging beside your bed, forget about it! The second Power point is in the bathroom and does not actually work in fact I'm not actually sure it's a power point :/ I had to ask staff for a power board to charge our two phones and camera beside the door … it's really annoying. Bed sheets… they do not use a quilt cover, only place the quilt between two sheets and of course during the night the sheets move and you have an uncovered quilt… this irritates me as I don't believe the quilt itself gets washed between each guest. Laundry washing prices are astronomical… we have been travelling Europe for 5 weeks already and have a few small bags of clothes to wash. No more than a small white load and a small dark load. There is no bulk discounts, for example. Its 10€ Per t-shirt with or without ironing.

Great central location but fairly quiet though the local church bells do chime 24 hours a day.

This hotel is really nice, and the staff is great. I have a piece of feedback, though. Their Wi-Fi BARELY works, so if you have any work you need to do (or any Netflix you want to watch ;) ) forget about it. There aren't really any "internet cafes" in the area, either. This should be a basic thing in 2017. Buy second router Concordia! Turn it off and turn it on again! Something, please!

Very well located, attentive staff, in the Venetian style, very good restaurant… Recommended!

The staff is attentive and public areas nice, but the rooms are dusty and the bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. We chose it for the location and being 4 stars but we would rather another location for a more confortable accommodation on that price point and 4 star rating.

Fantastic hotel, every need covered, staff always smiled and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone coming to Venice for the best location ever and no need to trudge over bridges with your suitcases as it's so close to the jetty. Can't fault it!

Let's start with the positive thing: it must be said that the location of this hotel is really good. Apart from that, I'm not satisfied with the price we paid. For me this is not a ' real ' 4 star so we got used to it. For the same budget we could have found a palace a little farther away just a boat to catch. Breakfast is nothing special, not a lot of choice and average quality. Maybe I am hard, the hotel is still super well rated on booking. It's up to you to judge.

Good service, but very very antiquated. At the very least, the hair dryers need to be updated — they're 50+ years old. But great location right at St. Mark's Square!

Sometimes I read reviews of others and it seems that he was insane, maybe it means that I look at the important things and not let myself be guided by appearances. The size of the rooms is remarkable for a hotel in venice, our room was even bigger than the one that we took but we favor the view of the piazza san marco, is the only hotel that has this view. We tend to go often to venice, and even in November which is a month slow the entrance is to the street more lively with many restaurants and within walking distance to the piazza. Internet service in the room without an issue and attention excellent all the time. Not him I found absolutely nothing wrong.

The atmosphere matches the expectations, the hotel's restaurant overlooks the Piazza San Marco. The noise outside the window until late at night, but can live with it, because all the best here in Venice is very close.

Great location, great service, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Plugs in room also had alternative plugs in 110v for American tourists. However a/c was not working and had to leave window open at night — room was over kitchen of restaurant next door and was woken up at all hours with clanging and dragging of carts.

Wonderful hotel with great location for the best sights in Venice! My friend and I were lucky to stay at this amazing hotel in Venice during our photo trip. The staff has been outstanding on any occasion and makes you feel comfortable! The room (no 114 – see attached photos) was very charming, comfortable and extremely clean. There might be some noise due to the location but I think it was just charming. Set the alarm early (07) and get out for photo opportunities whilst the square is empty! — and when the square gets crowded (about 09) you can go back again and enjoy a superb breakfast in the beautiful restaurant (see my photo). This has been one of my best hotel experience in Italy so I will highly recommend this hotel — and would definitely stay here again! Regards Svein-Magne Tunli from Norway.

The Hotel is delicious, the service is great breakfast dishes plentiful & tasty, you sleep beautifully, I was staying in a room that looked directly on piazza san marco but the location is still great, easy to find close to many dining and public transportation (vaporetti) staff very helpful and courteous bathrooms spotless the rooms well maintained and comfortable. To enjoy a magical city like Venice just missing a great hotel like this. I had to give a rating. 10.

We gave just returned from a 4 night stay at the Concordia Hotel Venice, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is very conveniently situated right on St. Mark's Square. We had a beautifully furnished big room, very clean bathroom (the first room my wife checks), with the usual toiletries. There was also a safe in the room. Breakfast had a good selection of food and we had dinner one night which was very enjoyable. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. We had stayed here a few years ago, hence why we stayed again this time and would certainly stay here on our next visit to Venice. I would definitely recommend it.
