Nice centrally located hotel, quite a few shop and restaurants within walking distance. Slightly outdated for my liking but still good hotel, rooms were clean, service was good, breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and very friendly specially Mr Radu, I made some transfer enquiries by email priors to my arrival and he responded very quickly with full guidance, on arrival lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Overall good hotel.

Very good location, very clean and spacious room just like the bathroom. Breakfast was good.
There is no elevator and no plugs on the bedside tables. The views of our room were to a horrible inner courtyard.

Beautiful hotel overall very clean. Warm welcome. Typical Venetian décor. The staff are just lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is just a killer both in terms of choice and quality, yum! If you want to be fussy, a little dilapidated anyway … a little paint would be welcome in the room in which the old blankets should be discarded and replaced with downs. Finally, and this is only a detail, but pillows in addition would have been appreciated because only one fact just when you like to sleep a little elevated … That's why three stars or he would have had five stars.

One of the best hotel to stay in if you are considering venice in your bucket list! Wonderful staff, nice venetian style bedroom & the breakfast is great!

Nice hotel with exceptional service! Large room… friendly staff… Note that none of the hotels in Italy have irons… due to fire risk. Book a private water taxi from Airport to Hotel… for 4 of us it cost €110… wish we had booked it earlier.

Very special place. Fits perfectly into Venice. Can highly recommended. Location is good. Breakfast just perfect and the rooms amazing.

Love this hotel! Have stayed there two times! The staff is so special, always willing to give directions, advice, tips about the city, where to go and what to do! Good rates, beautiful rooms, breakfast included and an even better location! 7 min walk to San Marcus!

The staff were very helpful.
The walls in Venetian stucco, the paintings, the draperies… the whole atmosphere is evocative, wonderful.
Too bad that… Here. There shouldn't be this "but if. "
We start from the practice: There are no outlets, and in an era where everything is digital and needs recharge, it starts to become a heavy handicap.
Near the bedside tables now the sockets are almost an obligation, in order to allow the residents to charge the phone in the night but at the same time to be able to keep it at hand; In the bathroom the socket itself was not working and I had to do the hair at the one, only outlet in the room: in the desk.
This is a huge sin, especially in a SUITE.
The Jacuzzi none was working, another big flaw: having a suite with a bathtub that can not be used is an outrage, said in a playful way; In the evening I had prepared the bathtub, glass of wine, music on and at the time of running the Jets I had to sadly see that they were not leaving.
Huge disappointment.
The heating: We called the technician, but anyway the room was often a little chilly: let us more attention.

Romantic Weekend in Venice.
Excellent location near St. Mark's Square. Cleanliness, courtesy, rooms decorated in Venetian style. Breakfast Only flaws the stairs to the upper floors and the lack of lift or means to measure of disabled. Still recommended.

We stayed at this hotel via a coupon which we had been given that included a night and buffet breakfast inclusive. Hotel and room very elegant, staff very helpful. The breakfast was great and it was a good place to stay and it was very good. I really recommend staying here.

Perfect with tea and free coffee The only bad thing is that there are no lifts.

Tip top, very cosy and warm hotel, very quiet. I had the best nights sleep in ages in a wonderful comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. An ideal location 300 yds from St Mark's sqare and short walk to the Rialto bridge.

Near San Marco, good structure found at very affordable prices. Large rooms, as well as the bathroom. There is no lift, no TV in small room and not efficient. Breakfast very good.

A failure. We're alone in the hotel. We couldn't have dinner. Restaurant closed. We could not make wine tastings. Breakfast very poor for being 4 star.

We had a very nice room on the top floor. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a bit lacking. The hot food wasn't hot. We would go back there.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the middle of everything. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and very charming with typical venezian style. It was also quiet and came with a nice bubblebath. It is located just next to one of the canals and a lovely bridge. It is also very central. The breakfast was very nice. I would definetely return!

A very nice breakfast buffet offered every morning with all sorts of baked goods. Our room was pretty good and spacious with good A/C and a jet tub. The staff was very helpful and handled all our arrangements for tours. Only compliant would be the mosquitoes (which I know are impossible to get rid of in a canal-based town) and the loud construction outside the window every morning.

This hotel is brilliant! So clean and tidy staff are very friendly and welcoming, bed is abit hard for my liking but still very clean shame it's 2 single beds pushed together but oh well :) would have really liked a balcony but with it being last minute booking I think this was all they had left! Rooms are cleaned daily they also have a mini bar in the room and some nibbles at a small cost, room also comes with a safe which is very handy if you don't want to carry around all your money and passports, nice bathroom with jet bath and shower! Breakfast was okay just abit different to what we are used to the uk but nice to still have a nibble to start you day! The location of the hotel is perfect 5 minute walk to the centre square of San Marco with lots of lovely restaurants and shops! Overall bloody brilliant would recommend.

Great old fashioned Venice hotel with small but charming rooms. The included breakfast is good and the service is great. Our room had a huge jetted tube, which was nice.

The hotel is 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. It's clean though a little too baroque. To be a 4 star I honestly expected something more.

Wonderful hotel! Beautifully decorated classic Venetian style. Spotlessly clean and cosy. The staff were always friendly and on hand to help with anything. Breakfast lovely, eggs, sausages, cheeses, sliced meats, eats, croissants, fresh fruits, yogurts, cakes, jams and toast. The only downside is the only English Channel available is BBC News, all the other British channels were blocked or pay per view. But hey who needs TV in a beautiful City like this! Love it and we'll be back again very soon!

This place is very good. Bathroom was nice and room was nice too and manager was kind and nice. Other people also nice too but when aqua alta (? ) come, this place became isolated OMG :) Fun experience of course.

Poor Service! The hotel doesnt have lift and we were given on 3rd floor and no helpers to keep the luggages. We were asked to take our luggages which was around 6 trolley bags upstairs. And while check out also there are no helpers to assist us in taking the luggages. The Receptionist told us bathroom doors cant be locked. Very Very Poor Service! Please dont book this hotel. This is not 4 star hotel. This is just a local hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay up until the night before I checked out. The staff spoke fluent english and were very friendly, professional, and fluent in english. Room interior was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. However one of the keepers in early morning when I checked out was somehow didn't care, smile, or say anything at all when I went out. Very surprising since the different gentleman and a lady that assisted me in days before were very friendly. I will recommend this place to everyone though.
