Good location, great staff, and good restaurant near by for 4mins walking.

Beautiful Hotel on the canal and such friendly staff which had made my time in Venice quite a memorable one.

Nice hotel overlooking the water, I was with my family and our room was divided into two mini rooms with respective bathrooms. Really nice hotel!

A beautiful old hotel in a great location in Venice. Only two complaints were the Wi-Fi was extremely slow or unusable at times and the air conditioning was very weak which was a big problem in August heat. The staff were very helpful and friendly!

Good location for a short stay in Venice. Quiet, clean, easy and really nice staff. Drink some prosecco on the terrace for a really romantic evening.

The room was small but clean and comfortable the shower was very small. Breakfast was good they make an iced cappuccino. The location is good. Very close to San Marco. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed their little private dock where we can have a glass of wine and chat.

Lovely hotel by the Canal, friendly staff and good breakfast. It's near the Opera and a nice small square. Very handy walk to San Marco. The only thing is that you will hear the boats going pass in the morning. Overall had a lovely stay.

Central location, and quiet, spacious family room with double bathroom, romantic water door, good breakfast. We were told that we could take advantage of a free tour to Murano, but we had other programs. Recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel with Venetian style. Hotel has canal view, convenient location, close to St Mark spare, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Comfortable room, elegant decoration, nice bathroom. Staffs were friendly, good breakfast with choices of pastries, cookies, fresh fruit, yogurt, … great coffees.

Small, inexpensive but immensely helpful. Everything available and if not just ask. We had a room to the canal and it was totally funny to see the gondolas passing by. The location is good to make inquiries and the reception is very very friendly. There is a lack of luxury in the big hotels, but it is recommended for a short trip!

Beautiful hotel quiet. Too hot and air conditioning noisy in December. Hearty breakfast and friendly reception.

Nice n cozy rooms by the canal. Room Is a little small but considering Venice I feel it's ok for Venice standards. Bathroom was great with a bathtub. Reception People Ana and David were really helpful. Ana gave us exact details how to travel to the airport which was immensely helpful. Only negative was breakfast which was just cereals.

Best hotel in Venice with the friendliest staff. The breakfast is amazing and so is the terrace where you can have a glass of ice cold beer watching gandolas pass by. Perfect location, clean beautiful rooms, best personnel. Have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else in Venice.

Wonderful hotel and staff! It was our honeymoon and they gave us a room overlooking the canal — it was so nice to hear the gondoliers singing outside our window. The room was beautiful.

Venetian Baroque, outstanding service and perfect location
The Hotel Becher is located directly at the Teatro La Fenice and thus an ideal starting point for all activities. The staff is consistently service-oriented. In Venice the hotel rooms are significantly smaller compared to the usual standard. That's why we chose the Superior category. Absolutely recommended, especially the canal view gives the Baroque style room a unique charm.
Swabs must be made in the bathroom, lighting weak, low water pressure. But for Venetian conditions absolutely fine.
The hotel even has its own boat dock, awesome for any photo shoot. We were very satisfied and will certainly come back at the next Venedigbesuch.

My wife and I spent two nights at Becher Hotel, beatiful place, really close to Plaza San Marcos, we request a room with view to the canal, incredible experience and a friendly staff. A really good breakfast boufet. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Nothing to complain about here. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. About as centrally located as you can ask to be in San Marco, and especially close to St. Mark's. Rooms are small but that's Venice. We spent 3 nights and had a nice room on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the canal. Very fun to keep the balcony door open and listen to the sounds below. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice balance of value and luxury, especially when you're like we are and want to be out and about as much as you can.

Had my family stay here for my wedding in Venice a few weeks ago and we LOVED it. We had a perfect experience. The breakfast was delicious, the personnel were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean and nice. Great hotel for a great price and great location! Cant go wrong by staying here. We had a total of 11 people staying here and everyone felt the same way — wonderful place :)

The staff here were warm and friendly and the rooms were beautiful. One room we stayed in was a bit small for two people with several pieces of luggage but would have been perfect for one person or two people with not a lot of luggage. Since we visited in off-season, we got upgraded to a room on the canal that was spacious the second night. If you are traveling here from the airport, take a private water taxi that drops you off right at the hotel!

My husband on this trip is a pleasant surprise to addition than the rest the hotel didn't let us down. Room was clean, with Venetian-style décor, are very cute. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they provide no shortage of services. Continental buffet breakfast choice of cereals, fruit, yogurt and fruit juice, as well as cold cuts, cheese, breads and croissants (butter is separate)
