It was easier to get there than we imagined. A well maintained inn with excellent attention. Breakfast is served at home on a small but cozy terrace. 'll!

Well located in Venice, and convenient for all sights! Room was a little smaller than we anticipated but comfortable and clean so no complaints here. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch.

Quaint. Quiet. Some stairs. Room small with bulky furniture. Dark. Very handy.

The staff was very friendly here. The breakfast was good and filling. It was an easy walk to all the main sites in Venice. The only downside was the Wifi wasn't strong enough to reach our room.

The service was excellent. The room was very cosy and comfortable. With a private ensuite and Wi-Fi. Would gave prefered a double bed instead of twin, but otherwise a perfect stay. Breakfast was well served with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereals, yogurts, pastries and croissants, bread and an omelette with cheese and ham.

Delicious! I stayed for one night in this B&B with two friends: strategic location (it is very convenient to train station or San Marco), very clean, our triple was spacious and bright, The beds very comfortable. Breakfast: croissants, biscuits, bread and jam, and a delicious omelette with ham and cheese, besides coffee, tea and juice. The courtesy of the ladies who have welcomed us, we made them really feel at home… too bad there remained only one night!

This place was beautiful! Our room, on the top floor had so much character, and our hostesses, Silvia and Christina, were so nice and accommodating. They cleaned the room every day and restocked toiletries, and made the most delicious omelettes for breakfast. The location was perfect, and close to everything, in a beautiful part of the original section of Venice.

Uff delicious something tangled to arrive but looking for it is in case a great way to get lost in the streets and alleys of Venice, they speak Spanish and are super attentive, order the pasta with pepper and goat cheese, for a few more cents ask for ham and it is a delight.

We booked online and received a message that there was a change to our booking. We got moved to an apartment around the corner which turned out perfectly. The apartment is very cute, and kind of maze-like. It is small but you need to understand that Venice is very small so all quarters are small. It's still more than enough room. The apartment could sleep 2 twin beds, what looked like a folded twin cot, and a bedroom with two twins pushed together to make a queen bed. All works very well. There's a huge mirror in that bedroom just saying. We wouldn't get any cell reception in the bedroom, though right outside is an enclosed patio-like area which gets reception. This is a B&B so they offer breakfast 8:45 to 10am. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, offering earlier breakfasts of toy have to leave early for your travels. The breakfast consists of bread/jam filled croissants; all manners of spreads including honey, jam, and Nutella; coffee, tea, and juice; yogurts and cereal; a variety of fresh fruits; and cookies/packaged pastries that you can take on the road. It is located about 20 min walk from the bus stop and easy to get to. Wi-Fi is offered at the main location (not at the apt, but you are welcome to use the main house any time during the day). There is also a McDonald's nearby but I didn't check if it had Wi-Fi. 10/10 would recommend.

Bed and breakfast located in great neighborhood: close to Santa Lucia station that to popular in the East of the island.
Is small but very cute, pretty and clean, well furnished and well stocked! Very nice and helpful owner.

Great experience! The breakfast prepared and served for Francesco gave us the energy to walk all day long weary the alleys of Venice. A special mention to Francesco's omelette! hummmm!
In the heart of the city, the comfort of the room is perfect and the bed is very large and comfortable. Everything we need! Cleanliness at the top!
Francesco was always very kind and available to answer all our questions.

Elegant little find. We were fortunate enough to get a reservation on the spot. Fabulous breakfast out on the terrance. Loved this place.

The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would recommend to my family and friends.
