I stayed at this hotel for two nights in August in a triple room with 3 adults total. The layout of the triple room was nice as the single bed was in its own separate room enclosed by a door. The hotel was in a good location and one of the most affordable hotels in Venice. The air conditioning was nice after the hot days outside. The bathroom and shower were very small. The mattress was a bit to firm. The hotel works well to serve the basic necessities of a place to sleep and shower. The decor and linens are older so it could be improved with some more modern accents.

Can't fault the location and price. Noise is an issue though, even with shutters — can hear the scraping of tables from next door between 0-2am Had no issues handing room key in when we went out, but I find it an odd policy in this day and age.

Location was excellent. Very close to bus and train station and within walking distance to all landmarks. Room was very small and dated, but had necessities. Did not prepay for breakfast and assumed that we could decide to add it on later, but breakfast isn't automatically prepared unless prearranged ahead of time. It wasn't a problem as there were multiple restaurants close by to grab breakfast. Would stay here again because of location.

Great hotel both for the care of the rooms and for the courtesy of the staff. Great location. You can reach Piazza San Marco on foot or by Vaporetto.

Very small and basic but clean and right in amongst the action. I would definitely use again.

A friend bought us a wine tasting experience here as a birthday present during our trip to Venice. (24th March 2018) We loved it! Friendly owner and great wine and food. The wine really is different from the run of the mill wine. Only small but lovely atmosphere. Would recommend. We will definitely be back hopefully — hopefully next year — Stuart & Lucy.

Very close to everything, that's why I did not buy bfast although it is on offer. Quiet room or perhaps it was the (off) season. Helpful staff. Clean & practical room, very warm albeit close to zero outside. Can recommend.

The price is certainly adequate for the offer, especially considering the fact that Venice is more expensive than the other cities.

We had a memorable evening in this place of flavours and conviviality. Since July 2015, I send all my friends who go to Venice… even though I'm jealous of them.

Hotel was very clean and we were very pleased with it for just 2*. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and we got a terrible night of sleep! If the beds can be improved, we would come back.

The staff is a bit dry. I do not advise people to disturb the noise to sleep. The location is good.

The room is nice, small but nice. The air-conditioner doesn't work that well. It was set to a fairly low temperature so it was a warm sleep. Also they want you to leave the room key at the front desk when you leave. Maybe this is normal in Europe, but I never experienced that before. The beds are hard and the pillows are very flat. So bring a pillow. Location is great, 5-10min walk from the train station, no walking over the canal bridges. So it's really easy to get into Venice and drop off your stuff.

Liberte! Fraternatie! Equality! Venitian style! Learned interesting things about Venice history while enjoying locally sourced food and drink. All with romantic music in the background and unique private dock access just outside!

Checked in 1st of July until 3rd of July 2017. You have to leave the key at reception every time you leave the building. Came back to the room after a day out in Venice — to find all our valuables moved in the room, documents left on the bed and someone had gone through our bags and had stolen 1, 100 Euro! We went to reception to the man who we gave the Key to before leaving to notify him of the incident and his reply was no one has gone into the room. We asked him to call the local police to report and he was very hesitant to do so and told us to do it. We told him the room had been cleaned! He said he would ask the cleaner and get back to us. When we went back downstairs to follow up he said he spoke to the cleaner and she said she didn't touch anything. Upon check out we saw the cleaner who the owner asked her if she touched anything, she admitted she moved the bags but said she didn't take anything however when we raised this with the man at reception he said spoke to the cleaner and she said she didn't touch anything. SO CLEARLY IT WAS THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK! lies lies lies! The hotel said we will give you a 30 Euro discount! How APPALLING who wants a 30 Euro discount when they have just stolen 1, 100 Euro!. This place is NOT SAFE OR SECURE! A TOTAL THEFT HOTEL! DO NOT BOOK HERE! They save 24hr security — they don't even have CTV cameras!

The owner was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The cheese and meats top quality. Tiny place with great atmosphere. Enjoy!

It's pretty basic but honestly good value for money. For a 2 star hotel it's nice. There is no elevator and a number of stairs up to the rooms so keep that in mind — if elderly or disabled this may not be for you.

I loved this place! The owners were some of the nicest people I met in Venice and the food was also some of the best. Great drinks and they even offered some nice recommendations for other places to go around the city. I will be coming back here everytime I visit Venice and you should too!

There is no service in this hotel and the receptionist is very rude. I needed a place close to main train station and this place was the only clean place I could find in cheap prices (comparatively). It is better not to include breakfast here as it doesn't serve anything good. There are many shops and restaurants open in the morning so you can benefit from the location of the hotel and have all the meals outside.

Room is big and hotel is only 5min walk from train / bus stations. No elevator.

Very clean neat hotel, central located near train station and harbour of Venezia. Adriantico hotel was very personal hotel but little bit expensive.

A wonderful place, in a very good location, near anything you need in Venice.
