Great welcome! Comfortable the underground garage with elevator access directly to the room, the executive rooms really nice with all the comforts, from bathrobes and cobblers to the treats chamomile coffee teas, to the beds with double pillows one softer and one harder to the king size mattress with a topper that gives it an amazing comfort! And pretty much new with TV that has all Sky channels from sports to movies! Really all great! From the booking to the phone with Mr. Marco ready to fulfill all our requests on arrival! Congratulations to everyone!

Staff was fairly pleasant. Language barrier was huge a times. Breakfast was reasonably good. No pool, jacuzzi or room service.

Very clean and modern rooms, with excellent amenities. Location was great, easy access via public transport to Venice. Also, had a few restaurants within convenient walking distance. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of food. Staff members including the housekeepers were polite, professional and friendly. In general, family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Very clean and spacious hotel room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Off the beaten track so staff will order take out meals for you which are then delivered to directly to your room where you pay. Restaurant staff very accommodating and kind.

Very Clean, excellent breakfast, very modern rooms. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. Close to Venice via bus, about 20 min ride for only 3 Euros.

Super hotel nearby Venice airport with shuttle you have to pay 6.00 euro it's not lot! The hotel it's new spacious, super modern fantastic. I eat a breakfast with lot of selection, amazing. The personals very helpful practically perfect. I will come back again!

Very well organized Hotel, very friendly transposition and meet every need of the guests. I was for a weekend and I had a great time, the hotel is strategically convenient even for those who want to visit Venice, easy transportation by bus but also by train. The quiet and clean room served all even the coffee machine with waffles. I gave up the breakfast, I felt I pay 6. €0 In addition per person is excessive (the same amount I spent at the bar of the mall Auchan). In compensation car parking guarded in the garage of the hotel free very welcome. I would highly recommend it and thank you for the great welcome.

It's very good and comfortable. For a tourist it seems a little far out but the public transport is excellent and 3 euros gets to into and back of Venice using bus and tram. Continental breakfast excellent value for a very good selection including bacon.

I Use this Hotel mainly for business meetings. The staff were very helpful Quality Bar Restaurant. In the spring/summer you can have an aperitif in the open space.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is 2 minutes from the bus station, and it is easy to get to Venice. Comfortable bad, nice bathroom, great breakfast. People working in hotel are very kind, super friendly and they take time to explain whatever you want to know. Would come again :)

It came with cream cheese, Nutella, fantastic chocolate cheesecake. After finishing a one week cruise full of free breakfasts in the Adriatic, I actually enjoyed this better. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Very modern. Crazy water pressure and luxurious rain showers. There was a mix up at checkout where they charged our baby (who doesn't eat yet) for breakfast and for the shuttle, but they corrected it when it was brought to their attention. After using Air B&B for the last bunch of stays, this was a welcome change. Better in every way except the lack of kitchen and nearby places worth eating.

Great hotel In Mestre, clean and efficient modern. Rooms not huge but enough. Bathrooms idem. Cmq very clean. The staff was very friendly Great breakfast. Not downtown, it takes the car to move. Covered and uncovered parking for a fee (covered). Recommended.

Stayed for a course located next to the main office OVS, and near the main bus stops. A short distance away is a large shopping area with lots of shopping center and various restaurants (also Japanese) beautiful structure with large and elegant rooms (modern), large Congress hall suitable to accommodate about 200 people. Bar and Restaurant.

Always a security, Hotel of excellent basic services, nice rooms but not very spacious, breakfast in a space not very big but overall the structure offers many services and is of good quality.

There is a weird bug in the left elevator. Sometimes it will bring you to the first floor instead of the ground one. But the breakfast is great.

I stayed overnight for a work away night. Modern, new and comfortable room. Welcome the bottle of water and the possibility of making tea or herbal teas. It was a very nice and comfortable breakfast. Friendly staff and hotel recommended.

Loved the modern look and amenities of this hotel. The front desk employees were friendly and check-in was quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. However, we had some issues with blackouts during our stay there. They have a bar/restaurant that's quite popular and we had to wait more than an hour to be seated. The service was friendly, and the food was surprisingly good! Interestingly, it might've been the most delicious food we've had in Venice.

This hotel is not the first time I really like it here.

Recommended. Very good. It's far from Venice. But it's remediable. In the hotel you sell tickers for the bus and train. Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent.

Convenient to arrive from the Beltway of Mestre, free parking both outside and underground reserved for guests.
The staff Rooms are large, quiet, well air-conditioned, clean, bathroom with shower very well done.
Continental breakfast, sweet, savory, fruit, juices, cafeteria, hard to find faults here.
Venice reachable by bus at 100 meters from the hotel, you can buy tickets, even in time, directly at the reception.

Good standard. A bit far from Venezia, but you can use bus to get there. Standard breakfast. Ok beds, a bit hard pillows. Otherwise ok hotel.

Great place. Not that close to the airport, 30 euro cab drive. They have a shuttle though that goes to the airport so that helps. Overall good for the price compared to other hotels.

Perfect reception, communicating rooms (with two teenagers it's perfect! ) very spacious and clean. Very quiet.
Breakfast not bad except the pastries… But the choice is very wide and for 4 euros, frankly it's not bad.
Certainly the hotel is in an area where the view is not top (shopping area) but we did not come to admire the view from the hotel but to admire Venice which is located at 30/40 minutes by the bus (take the 8th and then the tram). Tickets sold by the hotel.

Was awesome the staff was wonderful. The young lady who worked the front desk on 8/26/2017. On the morning was very helpful because of her we was able to navigate through venice. The rooms clean and accommodating.

Modern hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was amazing and the complementary drinks in the room fridge and the chips and other items was nice The safe in the room was nice to lock up your valuables. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the air conditioning wasn't very good would only go down to 17 so the room was very hot. It would be nice if they had some bicycles for the guests to use or rent.

Excellent in everything except that the address is wrong and gps not located it. The other excellent, attention with staff who speak Spanish language gives you quite successful and accurate data. The first breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The restaurant also has some great specials at quite reasonable prices. We had a great time for the 3 day getaway. The bus for Venice runs every 20 minutes and the station is immediately next to the Hotel. The neighborhood near the Hotel does not offer a large variety of entertainment. However Hotel for a trip to Venice.
