Good design and functionality!,. The train station to Venice Sta Luzia just 5 min and a shopping 100m, … not to mention the fabulous home decor store that is opposite.

When in Venice, you have to stay in Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre.

I stayed at the Shreraton in Mestre for only one night, for a business trip; the welcome was very pleasant and the hotel is very nice. The least position because it is in the nothingness of Mestre! around there's absolutely nothing but a mall and a couple of shoddy restaurants,

The room was quite wide with a nice stained glass window (the landscape was what it was), very clean with all the comforts.

The bed I found too hard personally and the air conditioning adjustment was a bit too cold/too hot.

very elegant presentation, perhaps the menu should have more 'levels' for a more refined clientele and a simpler one. The dishes offered were all a bit expensive especially first and second.

I took a tuna tartare with burrata and pepper cream and a Four Point salad (i. E. Salad and chicken).

Very modern hotel. It's clean, business-like and comfortable. The gym is pretty well equipped, but it has the floor carpet. The breakfast buffet is generous and good. There is a paid shuttle to bring you to and from Venice. The wall at the entrance is very fun to play with.

I liked this hotel alot because it is in a quiet area and away from downtown Vernice. The is a shopping mall and a train station within 7-10 minutes walk. Take a train ride for less than 2 euros and you will be at the heart of Vernice within 15 minutes. Hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and always attend to your needs. Don't forget to stop by downstairs every morning for a good and hearty European breakfast.

Nicer than any Four Points in the United States. Rates are very low for both cash and SPG points. Commuting into Venice is quite easy from this locale via either bus or train. Takes about 30 minutes if you time it perfectly. Breakfast is a pretty large spread, again way better than any domestic Four Points hotel. I give this place five stars based on value.

We stayed here for four nights when our return flights from Venice were cancelled due to a series of strikes by air traffic controllers. The hotel was clean, spacious and very comfortable. All staff, without exception, were helpful, friendly, professional and showed us great kindness. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and looking after us so well at a time when we were struggling to book alternative flights and wondering when we would ever get home!

Location is walking distance to bus and train. Huge shopping center is also nearby. Area is quiet and has plenty of parking. Hotel itself is fairly standard. Rooms are neat and clean. Amenities include a gym and several restaurants. A great place to stay for day trips into Venice.

Fantastic Hotel! Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Very modern and clean. Couldn't believe how quite it was in our room, we never heard anyone in the hallway and the hotel was full apparently. Bus stop was right outside but we preferred to get the train to Venice, train station only 5 minute walk away and was only €1.30 and a 20 minute journey. Only negatives were if your Six Foot or more you would keep banging you head on the bar holding up the shower screen, hurt a few times and the bathroom had exposed pipes which looked a bit rubbish considering the standard of everything else! Would 100% stay again though!

Excellent, modern environment. Friendly staff. Equipped with a gym. Small outdoor garden. Dense area of services. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Modern and cozy rooms. Functional bathroom with an area of improvement in the spaces available for personal products that is almost non-existent.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel for a short trip to Venice. Employees were always friendly, competent and very hard to try. You can take a total of convenient travel by bus or train for a maximum of 15 minutes. Very good connection and it is pleasant then to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice in the evening.
The rooms are super beautiful, modern and 1 A clean.
All in all, perfect in this hotel. Today we test the evening.
You can only recommend it to everyone!

Hotel is clean and modern, however, two items of property were stolen from our room. We raised the issue with management who basically responded by saying that their staff had been spoken to and had denied theft. Really poor response. Be sure to lock all bags.

Good hotel located in the commercial area of Mestre. Warm welcome. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I recommend it.

Had to change room twice. Ac didnt work and other room haa water leakage on ceiling.

Good value for money, very friendly staff. Only downside: the air conditioning took three days before operating.

Bus stop to Venice is a few steps from the hotel, and train station is a few minutes walk.
The staff are very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean, great breakfast, close to the train station and bus. It will take you about 1 hour to reach the touristy side of Venice from here.

Great modern hotel, great staff, great service. We have spent here 3 days during the Easter long weekend. It was my birthday and a cake was waiting for me in our room, which was btw delicious. Venice is 15 min away by train or 30 min by bus which is fine. Really recommended.

Very good hotel reception nice small flat it is very hot in the rooms unlike the shower the better they will be lukewarm.

Great Hotel, maybe a bit penalized by location in an area of shopping malls, not particularly enjoyable. The décor is modern and well-kept, the room was clean, sufficiently spacious and well-organized, complete with minibar with free water (a rarity! ) and even a kettle with various teas available. Even on the bathroom nothing to complain, except that the water in the shower took a long time to warm up, perhaps even for the location of the room, the last of the fourth floor. The breakfast buffet is great too. Nice and helpful staff Reasonable availability of seats in the free outdoor parking lot, while the underground garage is fee-paying.

The Hotel looks very good. Large and spacious. The staff is helpful and organized. The rooms are nice and comfortable. They have everything you need for a good stay.

Bad Place cool environment I all the senses great empty spaces not a plant… No people… The receptionist No Life sign low temperature shower water sort of cold or just lukewarm… In the middle of a commercial area that at 7pm seems like the desert… Dark… To be afraid to get out of Mestre and far away… Venice Irragiungibile… You feel suspended empty even the minibar is empty Wi-Fi slow is certainly not a highly recommended 4 star!
Avoid this hotel as the plague.

Hotel well but room set to an absurd temperature… even asking at the reception that the temperature of the room is lowered they said that this was not possible and that it was necessary to open the window… so impossible to sleep at night… 3 nights spent at the hotel but suffering at night… Damage.

Brand new hotel. The friendliest staff. Nice friendly restaurants in the hotel across the street from a nice mall to buy bus tickets for Venice. This hotel is also across a coop grocery store with excellent deli. The ride on the bus to Venice is the best and in 20 minutes and you are in the middle of the most popular area.

My first stay at a Four Points. By Sheraton standards quite basic. A new hotel, well furnished in a very contemporary style. Good breakfast selection and great friendly helpful staff. Just 5 mins walk from Venezia Mestre Ospedale station… NOT Venezia Mestre. Still very convenient and great to skip the hordes of people in Venice. I'd definitely stay again.

Very impressed by this hotel and their high level of customer service. Front desk staff and managers are very friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to assist customers. Super clean, spacious rooms, very impressive washrooms (very clean, nice toiletries). Lots of gluten free options in the restaurant — — which is also very fancy! Would definitely recommend this hotel. The Deluxe Room is very spacious. It's not too far from central venice, and the staff are very helpful with any questions you may have.
