Everything clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not so our case. But just Classic (croissant, coffee, egg, cold cuts, jam). The equipment is no longer top modern but for the situation compared okay. It is easy to get to the lagoon Island via S-Bahn. Top.

Very noisy hotel. From the room we heard everything that was going on in the hotel.

To reach Venice quickly. Staff friendly. Breakfast goes like this. Room and bathroom quite small but for a short break OK.

The hotel is great, it caters to barbarian and they are super friendly. 15 minutes from Venice in process that passes two blocks from the hotel, very comfortable the room and the area is very good and there is everything nearby.

A good choice as an accommodation close to Venice but far less expensive. Fair prices, good breakfast, clean, helpful staff, proximity to local public transportation.

The room is small, but there is everything clickposition. The breakfast is excellent. The bus stop is close by, to the mono-tram 5 minutes walking step.

We came back after several years and everything was as perfect as then: The kindness, the comfort of the room and the great breakfast beyond the comfort to get to Venice.

Only a location to sleep. No the best choice for familys. Price is ok…

Small room but nice and clean. Very nice staffs delicous and many option for breakfast and food for order. We ordered risotto at midnite and that was delicious. While breakfast, we asked sandwich without pork, and the kitchen staff quickly made us sandwich without pork with extra veggie and jam. Really nice. And there is nice terrace on upside. Very easy to reach by bus from station. And near to tram stop to venice. Good option for price while hotel in venice island just too pricey. Only 15mnt by tram to reach venice from this hotel. Very recommended.

Very happy with what we got for the price we paid. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the food was great. Felt like real value for money especially if you are used to the general financial abuse of tourists in ‘old Venice’.

Terrible place! Tiny rooms with the toilet seat just next to your bed.

Room well enough for 1 night for 4 people (including 2 children). The most: It is located not far from the tram to go to Venice.

Great hotel especially for what U pay friendly staff great breakfast defo 100% recommend and defo will back great location lots shop's bar's around less than 10 min by bus to Marc Polo airport less than 10 min by tram to Venice centre.

Small budget overnight hotel with its biggest advantage easy way in and out of Venice. Tram station is 4-5 minutes walk from hotel and with tram you are in Venice center in less then 10 minutes and for 1, 5 euro per person (one way).

Small but eighty I recommend it not far from Venice and convenient public transport.

Good location for those who want to make a stroll in Venice is located two blocks from the train station it takes you direct that city only 20'. The hotel is cosy, clean, well run, fair for who only goes to sleep tired after a day of hectic, highly recommended.

Nice welcome + practical info without even asking. Cheap (mid-February), good Wi-Fi, rooms more than correct, breakfast neat. A few steps away from the Tram to Venice. Quiet to park.

Small hotel close to the bus and train station (10 minutes by car) to go to Venice. Staff helpful but equipment old and average cleanliness, hotel location along an important road axis, breakfast quite poor in choice.

Very good conditions. I didn't see the difference between 2* and 3*. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and good bus connections (50m to take buss to Mestre center and 200m to take to Venice). The employees talks lots of languages and very kind.

Very good hotel for its 2 stars. Very Hi deceitful, room Super food too. Again the amendment on 2 stars. 4 in Spain were worse.
