Good alternative to a hotel stay in Venice downtown! Garage available, room very nice, even though thin walls… Service and reception staff not pleasant but I guess that's normal in that place.

Awful hotel. Dirty room, we found someone's personal care items behind the bed. Other people's hair on the towels. Under the bed, we found someone else's dirty socks! Where is the 4 star from the hotel?

The breakfast is great, rooms are not very large but everything is clean. Friendly staff. We will definitely visit it again.

The hotel is not bad, the staff is suave, but in the mornings the crowds of Chinese, which complicates the breakfast, the room was average, can so got, the door is slightly skewed to open and gently need to put effort, the shower watering was poorly held, but overnight two can be Stop, basic plus distance to Venice.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Venice main island is just 15 mins away.

Large, spacious, very comfortable, parking, good breakfast abundant. Nice Buffet. Excellent Attention.

Appears newly renovated and used a lot by tour groups. We had some issues there. Some rooms have been fitted with card access to the doors, but the lock plate has not been fitted flush and the doors will not open properly. Rooms were quite warm and apparently aircon is not turned on until 1 May, so we opened window — big mistake, the mosquitos are voracious. Also we couldn't establish how to turn off the room entrance way lights. Reception advised us to remove the key card from the slot which of course turned off power to the whole room (after a 5 second delay). However miraculously, when reinserting the card, they stayed off. We then couldn't ever get them to work again! Also Wi-Fi signal very poor in our room.

Nice Hotel The staff very welcoming speaks English Italian and some also speak French.

A little bit away from the metro but very cozy and comfortable.

Room clean, tidy and good size. New and clean bathroom. Good buffet breakfast with sweet and salty with the possibility to request hood/the/coffee directly from the hotel bar! Very convenient to reach Venice thanks to the tram stop 5 minutes from the Hotel. A great solution for a weekend getaway! Recommended!

The quiet rooms were very well appointed with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and windows overlooking the small canal or quiet street.

A very good hotel in a quiet and residential area close to the tram to get to Venice.

Staff very rude, ironing facility only after 8am downstairs, your not allowed to take the iron to your room! Free Wi-Fi but Internet did not work in our rooms! rubbish breakfast, service charge for every restaurant you go to, overall very expensive so take lots of money! Also have to pay city tax for every night you stay at the hotel.

Excellent and very convenient for Venice. Nice rooms and kept it very well.

The hotel is close to the Sansovino stop. Breakfast is excellent. It is comfortable and its aesthetic is nice. It was a function of going to Unmarry to enjoy Venice. The two boys attend Q at the reception are very friendly to the same q the staff of the breakfast, not so Mrs. Q attended US when we arrived at the Hotel. The cleaning room good only recommend Q pass the vacuum under the bed.

Recommended, Sìa for the location, Sìa for the rooms, which for the availability of the staff. Personally it happened to me to forget the necklaces I care, and the staff cared to find them and get them to have. It's not everybody.

Very well organized, very clean and care of the details, great breakfast buffet, every time you are in the area it is a pleasure to stay.

It is clear that the room economy class, BUT in the room does not work hairdryer, does not work bedside light, you can hear when the neighbors went to the toilet on the sound of a flushing barrel") ) Breakfast does not include coffee (no at all), want coffee — pay 2 euros, the room has three towels, instead of four. Good place to stay if you want to visit Venice, just 5 min away from the tram station! Excellent breakfast as well!

Great conference room and staff prepared.

Easy accessible with car. You can park next to the hotel. The hotel it self feels really old and has that smell to it. Online you can find pictures of the rooms so you will know what I mean. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of choices. And the rooms are smaller than what I am used to. Was one of the cheapest hotels though. So for a normal price it's a hotel worth considering.

Really lovely staff and service. Rooms good and all rooms having a mini bar fridge. Toilets and beds fine. And breakfast buffet for awasome with nice unlimited coffee ☕. Free Wi-Fi it was great, compair with hotels in UK Wi-Fi was very fast. I want to tell you another thing after 8pm very hard to find food items in this area.

Relatively near the town center, about a 15 min walk. Overall clean. Friendly staff. Food was good. The dinning room was SO HOT. Room was spacious.

Very good location close to the tram for the getaways in Venice TOP. Modern room and nice, quiet, we stayed 4 nights. We enjoyed the becoming of the personal mention at the reception.

I just called wanted to reserve a room today at the booking it is 72, €25 and 85, had to spot 00 € pay. Or other hotel. :) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) always a reserve alternative hotel in addition.

The hotel is very close to the bus that goes to Venice. The breakfast is ok. The Wi-Fi is free. But it' s an old hotel, it seems — although it may not be — a bit unclean, and has a bad smell.

Room smells like cigarette smoke when we checked in and really cramped. Wifi costs €2. Terrible place for long stay, but it's an ok place for short stay.

A hotel that is not at all 4 stars! There is no component, the double beds are two beds a place glued to each other, the door will open badly and we must force because of the carpet, water leaking and "schpit" everywhere, the bathtub is not at all practical, and could not take a shower without getting water everywhere, even with all the goodwill No outlets next to the bedside tables, … not the comfort expected of a hotel 4 stars!
In addition, for customers with a "daydreams" coffet, run this hotel! You will pay a pension of € 43 per person in high season only for a meal (add €11 for the breakfast that quite resembles that pictured on their site: no fresh fruit, for example fresh orange juice) which will be even less good when you eat in the canteen as a kid! Tiramisu served still frozen (Yes, tiramisu frozen in a hotel for a meal at € 43 *, normal…), tasteless fish, frozen meat… In addition there was an altercation between client and personal, the waitress spot in the resstaurant… In short, do recommend you any! Apart from its practicality as it is close to a bus stop to go to Venice, I see nothing to envy!

It was somewhat warm when we checked in and they did not have the AC working. We got bitten by mosquitos in the room. It was too hot to leave the windows closed. We liked the idea of a private parking garage. A little tight for Americans to get in an out of. The breakfast was good, but the hotel could have been cleaner.
