I was in this Hotel one night. Perfect location, behind the Hotel there is the tram stop that takes you to Venice in just 10 minutes… Hotel clean, quiet, and good taste in modern and new furnishings. Private parking not for a fee. Breakfast buffet, really very rich from sweet to salty, very friendly staff and ready to give you any information. I will recommend it to friends and relatives. How or already done! I will definitely return.!

Good place in Mestre. Not the best but the staff is friendly and functional. Close to tram stop and bus. Although the piece where we arrived was an oven, we were changed Inmediaramente offering us several alternatives. There are tabacheria nearby to buy bus or tram ticket or by the day or 48 or 72 hours including bus. There are also places to eat nearby.

Very good place to stay, hotel is clean and modern, the tram is only a few minutes on foor. Only thing I do not get is the breakfast… one morning they told us not to choose our own food just sit and the brought us 1 bun, 1 butter and 1 jam. Like what? Maybe I wanted cereals or sg else… the other day it was fine, but I still don't get it…

The interior and cleanliness is normal, though very small rooms, and as the hotel is right above the road very strong audibility from the windows, breakfast is nice and, a small but nice — there is no tourist fee, which is unusual for this region.

Very good service and the hotel in general!

In general, a good option is a good option — fresh repairs in the rooms, near the stop, which is easily accessible to the center in 20 minutes (tram/bus or 2, ticket can be bought at the reception of the hotel — 1, 5 euro trip).

Really nice hotel. 15' away from Venice by tram. Rebuilt 1 year ago. Clean. Breakfast didn't have a big variety but enough to begin your visit with energy. All the workers speak english. 100% recommended.

The hotel lobby was nice, however the room we received was tiny, barely enough to fit two people. We had to shuffle around furniture to allow enough space for our luggage. The shower was tiny and the corridor on Level 2 had a weird smell. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable. The view was nice though. The elevators were kind of slow, resulting in having to walk up the stairs which were difficult to locate. The service was satisfactory, however the service and food could have been better. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but if you are looking for something luxurious, maybe think of another hotel.

2 stars only. First for location — close to tram stop that takes you to Venice. Second for staff that is very helpful and nice. Lobby of the hotel is new and renovated but a room that we stayed was old and crappy. Definitely not worth the price we paid. More investment in facilities are needed. Breakfast was ok. Standard continental Italian breakfast. Sweets + coffee from machine.

Friendly staff but inaccurate services, NN support in locating a place to eat after 10pm, late mega taxi, thin walls you hear everything, TV nn well tuned missing the Phon. Room was clean and comfortable.

We checked in at almost midnight and the staff were very helpful. The "free parking" is very limited so we had to park on the street and move the car by 8am. Breakfast was just ok. The biggest downside was the room being tiny, just enough space forth the bed and a closet.

We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel San Giuliano. It is a clean hotel, with a very helpful and friendly staff. The main public transport (bus/train) is in principle right outside the door. Realistic Betrschtet you need half an hour to the city centre of Venice. The rooms are small and not very modern. Breakfast is a very sparse buffet. The arrival is very straightforward (as opposed to the city centre). Thanks to the very reasonable price for the rooms, I am fully satisfied with the hotel and would return at equal terms at any time.

The photos that appear here are old, have due to some reform because it is completely changed, now has a very modern roll. Rooms are very good, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. BREAKFAST DISGRACEFUL!, little choice in the buffet and fresh foods that seem not but dated, a half-empty mini cereal dispenser expired butter and empty containers and cakes that gave the feeling that they were there for months, a breakfast area that ruins the image of the hotel which still shows a modern design stylish if rather aseptic, small rooms but very clean! I slept well because it's quiet and the rooms although small however comfortable but I absolutely loved it!

At the modest price of 1, 30 euro (cmq agrees the Venice Card, ask at the hotel). The only drawback the breakfast; on the other hand near the bus there is a pleasant bar Tavern etc. Slow food making centrifuges and a good spritz. The Neapolitan pizza restaurant across the bridge, on via Ancona; Don't miss the mozzarella in carrozza and pastiera.
