Gorgeous guest house in quiet street around the corner from transport straight into Venice.
Sofia was wonderful and helped us so much with advice. We will recommend to everyone visiting Venice and hope to be back.

Good all around stay. Polite staff, clean room.

Small room, I dare say essential, but clean. The area is not the best, but you can leave the car at the internal parking lot and go to Venice by bus. The bus stops are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
As for breakfast, wide choice! Especially for those who follow a vegan diet.

Excellent place, the room was comfortable, clean, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. The hotel is close to the railway and bus station in Mestre, but it's also on a very quiet street, where you can only hear the birds singing in the morning, without the noise of the city. Excellent service for a reasonable price.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October. We enjoyed our stay but have to say this was our least favorite stay, the staff were great, the room was clean, a bit on the small side. Bathroom was very nice. The fridge in the room is a mini bar not complimentary items like you might find at a B&B or other hotels so be aware of that when sampling from there. The area was safe and quiet. The lodge has more of a hotel feel to it then B&B feel so if you want more B&B you may not love this accommodation. Mestre is really quiet and not much to do, so plan on traveling into Venice for entertainment. Breakfast was good, more then enough food, at times not fully stocked and had to ask for supplies. Overall, enjoyable stay but likely would not return as was just not what we were looking for.

I stayed here in June 2016 when it first opened. It is a wonderful place to stay when wanting to see Venice. It is close to the train, close to the airport, the people who own the place are wonderful and everything is 5-star quality. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The place is lovely to stay in. Highly recommend it. The staff is very helpful. Really clean and we'll worth the money you pay for.

Staff is help and welcoming, the room is very clean big bathroom. The big bonus is the breakfast, it's a Bnb price with hotel quality, would recommend to stay here.

Located in a residential area near the Mestre station (10 min walking distance). Opened in June 2016.2-story small hotel and everything is brand new. Yummy breakfast and friendly staff. Solid 5-stars!

Everything was perfect for my stay. The quality and service of a high end hotel without paying the premium. It's a short walk from the train station which was ideal for heading into Venice or heading further out to Verona. This hotel will be my first choice for any future visits to the area.

Very comfortable place! Clean and tidy, excellent personnel. No complaints at all, hope to spend some more time there and enjoy Venice too.
It's very close to the train station and bus station, no fuss to get around!
