Nice people but like most of Italy small things ' oh unbroken at the moment'. The refrigerator was just an idea. No ice. Aircon needs gas. Eat out nice area but no dinning if you stay long. No supper market for cheap eats. It's not that close to train as it looks on map. Tricky. But still nice rooms an Euro breakfast.

A small hotel, well located in Mestre, a 10-minute walk from Mestre-Venezia train station.
The rooms in good area and clean. Very comfortable, and at a very good price.
Full service and breakfast included. A very good option for Low Cost travelers.

Hotel to refresh, the rooms are not bright, it is hot, the Wi-Fi connection is charged. The bathroom is also unlighted, the shower is small just like the towels. Breakfast is very simplistic. Fortunately all this is compensated by a very nice and very accommodating staff who manages very very well in French!

A good three star hotel, well placed (ten minutes from the train station, if you arrive by train or bus from the airport Marco Polo, facing the bus stop to go and come back from Venice), with a very nice and benevolent team (and who manages well N French! ).

Very small towels, need to upgrade the establishment, the Wi-Fi is not free, has a bus stop very close, lacks elevator, only has shower tray and is tiny, with slender body you may not enter the shower, the shower curtains type Psychosis movie, you can't repeat the coffee, that would be an extra, it's not in the city center, it's in Mestre.

And beautiful free parking, and buffet.

Stayed here in July with my partner. Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and buses run every 10 minutes to and from Venice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was nice and there was plenty of options. The owners in particular were very generous and were always on hand to help with any inquiries.

The managers were really helpful, but the rooms and breakfast could be better. Anyway, at that price is a really good option.

Far away from Venice, with bus about half an hour, but comfortable, great restaurant, a bit pricey but worth it.

Room stinks with stains on the sheets and there's no free Wi-Fi, you have to pay 8 euros a day.

Good value for the money we spend. Hotel was clean and cozy, great and welcoming staff, included breakfast was just fine.

An OK place with very typical hotel rooms. For about €100 that close to Venice, it's not bad. Helpful staff. There's no parking spaces that belong to the hotel, but there are improvised options in the street in front of the hotel.

Had a great time when I was there in August. Great atmosphere, people were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We had an overall comfortable stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and kind, providing us with public transportation information and maps of the attractions. Room was clean but a bit smelly.

Very poor ambience… Bathroom too small. Pathetic breakfast… They can't even afford eggs. Even Air conditioner not working… Just happened to survive with the fan… Even this one star was for the fan and the location of the hotel.
