Very good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also get a free upgrade for our room. Definitely a real tip to visit Venice. The bus to Venice stops almost in front of the hotel. The journey takes 25 minutes and costs only 1.50 euros. Real bonus: Free and secure parking.

We loved this hotel. The staff were always kind and so very helpful. Close to Bus stop for Venice. I felt quite confident leaving my rental car in the parking lot. Clean comfortable room. We intended to stay only one night, but extended to two nights. We didn't try the restaurant, but regret that decision. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty. It was adequate in the lobby, but in our room, after about ten minutes, it would fail.

Recently I had the opportunity to have lunch at the hotel restaurant "Ai Pini". Pennette with zucchini and prawns to say the least sensational and the frying not greasy and heavy was a perfect way to finish lunch. Highly recommended (they also accept the Lyoness Card for payback).

Lovely little hotel very convenient to get to Venice, just a short bus drive to get a vaporetto on the Grand Canal. Excellent breakfast buffet included.

We stayed at hotel ai Pini two weeks ago to visit Venice. Everything was perfect! We had a lovely suite, which was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy access to Venice by bus (5 mins from hotel). The hotel has a nice park which is great if you come back from crowded Venice. The restaurant offers delicious fresh food, the breakfast is tasty and varied. The whole staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! We will come back for sure.

15 min walk to train, great room overall. Dinner at the restaurant was underwhelming.

Good hotel for a conference, meeting etc. Rooms are of a medium size, clean and with free Wi-Fi. The food was also very good. You can get to the Venice by bus in 30 min.

I will be staying at this hotel this weekend for my birthday. This will be my first time visiting Italy! I called in advanced to schedule car service from the airport to the hotel, as this is a service that the hotel provides (at a fee of course). I am American and as I said, this will be my first visit. Unfortunately, I had trouble understanding the gentleman on the phone when he instructed me to send an email for an update on the the car service. I could not understand the email address that he provided, and kindly asked that he spell it out. He was annoyed and eventually mentioned that the email address is on the website. I responded and said that I would locate the email address on the website. Before, I could finish my sentence he said, "Okay, BYE! " and hung up on me! I am appalled! Now, I am nervous about my visit and hope that the staff will be much more patient, warm and welcoming in person. I truly hope that my stay with this hotel does not place a damper on my first visit to Italy. I will update my review after my stay. below is my update after my stay. Changed rating from 1 star to 3. ——————- The hotel is located about 25 minutes away from Venice — so, expect a daily bus ride to get to the tourist areas. 1.50 to board the bus, a cab will cost approximately 30 euros. Good hotel. Nice staff. Nice room with a little cramped bathroom. A bit annoying is the nearby high road. Easy access to Venice centre. Fare 1, €25 for the Regiozug. Breakfast was OK. Recommended.

Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. We always enjoy staying here and this is our base in Venice for the start of our motorcycle tours. Easy access to Venice with a bus directly out the front and some great local places to eat although the food at the hotel is great.

Beautiful hotel, the best service we have go so far in Italian hotels. I checked in with bad condition of food poisoning and the staff was very helpful and resourceful. They even gave me a teapot that helped a lot.
The garden is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

The rooms are clean but small, people at reception is not as friendly as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The location is about 25 mins to Venice on a bus and very quiet area. Nothing much around. Next time I would stay at either Venice or Lido.

I had a really relaxing stay, really friendly staff and ready to my every need given the presence of my daughter for only 4 months.

I attended a course that took place in one of the conference-rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager is an exquisite person who immediately made me feel at home. I hope to have other occasions to go back.

Local pleasant and quiet. Very polite service. Last night I ate a fish and crudités appetizer a fillet of sea bass: portions that could use a little more plentiful but quality surely positive. Overall in the normality that stands out not for some special quality.

The main feature of this hotel is that it is "beautiful". The rooms are nice. The Park is not huge, but it's great, and that counts. All together it's nice. Excellent restaurant (which I know it also works with many external clients). Meeting rooms of all sizes, and high level services. Adjusted prices. Perfect location, both for those who must go to Venice and for those who must stay for work; 100 meters from exit, close to station f. S. And 1 km from the Centre of Mestre. Parking plentiful and free.

I stayed two days at the hotel Pines for a meeting. I found myself very well. The rooms were comfortable, clean and with all the comforts. The breakfast is rich and the staff helpful.

I had dinner last night with friends this place nice and cared but because the kitchen was not up to the expectations you could not eat raw fish frozen and the rest was insufficient to save earnestly the wine …

Top-class restaurant, kept in the quality and presentation of the dishes. I have enjoyed many times in many good seafood restaurants, but here, in the 26th wedding anniversary, I tasted some of the best grilled fish of my life. Excellent choice of wines with very good value for money. Prices then are really affordable. In short, excellent in all aspects. Highly recommended even for cozy and quiet.
