Very rude and disrespectful, they followed me to the Public restroom while there was a line ahead of me and refused to let me use it untill I checked it, saying this along the lines of well sir unfortunatly you should have stopped on the way here thats your fault, after signing in getting our things from the vehical they followed us out trying to see what we had for luggage when asked about these actions the answer recived was "streching" and above all the the rooms just smelled horrific as if someone just dropped one and left it for us, worse hotel ive ever been too hands down.

Very cozy, interesting modern style room with only a skylight (remote control to open/close blind and window). Only issue is the noise from the highway. You can hear every vehicle go by as the sound carries through the wooden ceiling and it seems to be a rather popular road. They added earplugs to the room so I assume the know about the noise. This is okay for people that can wear them (like myself).
The local bus stop is right outside for trips into Venice, which was easy to get to and back.
The best part I found was the food and staff. Very nice and helpful. They had good command of english which really helped! The manager was always available and is there almost night and day! I would definitely come back.

Superb hotel, we were welcomed with cups, very nice staff spacious rooms, spacious garden, mega breakfast and very convenient to go to Venice they even lend bikes. Very satisfied small flat the walls are thin and gt with my daughter :s but hey we love.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The location is well connected to the downtown of Venice by public bus as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. I would suggest the hotel to offer a kid playing area to make the hotel more family friendly.

Price performance: VERY GOOD Very friendly Hotel.
The Cleanliness does not meet the German Standard but is fine. — Glasses are not polished, Neither are fittings, Glass — and Paint Surfaces.
Breakfast is good and for the Price Category and for the Size you just can't expect any more.
The Service is absolutely TOP!
Both at Breakfast and at the Reception.

Don't Forget the Tipple, they really earned that!
The Main Road is right outside the Door, but extra Ohropax is on the Dessert. We didn't need any.
In the Foyer there is a Nespresso machine and Tea for free Self-service.
How To Get there Info: Take the ATVO Bus from Treviso Airport, — NOT The BARZI Bus (IT drives to other Stops and makes everything complicated! )
Tickets are available just before the Exit for €22 for — and back, take care to buy the right Ticket for the Bus Company ATVO and, as I said, not BARZI.
In Venice at the "Piazzale Roma" after about 40 minutes, you take the Bus 53E there. On the Bus, the Direction of travel must be "DOLO, " "PADOVA" or "STRA. " This drives in half hour xx:25 xx:55.
Then Get off at the Station "Camping Serenissima. " The Hotel is right next to the Stop. Duration about 30 minutes.
On the Bus Bus, the next Stop is not shown via Display. It Is best to count the Stops or ask the Bus Driver nicely and take a Seat nearby.

Friendly staff, quick bus from Train station.

Stayed there back year February with my best mate. The staff and the hotel was awesome, very friendly and professional. Was only there for 3 days but wish we had stayed for longer. Would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

Excellent, very nice room, spotless, parking place Machina, restaurant and there is even the bus stop for Venice nearby.

Very nice, the rooms are spacious bright and comfortable. The reception is warm and personalized. Only downside the Wi-Fi reams squarely and to recover the mails pro it was a hassle. Breakfast too great.

Clean modern rooms. Great food. Very close to Venice and Padwa with the bus stop right outside the front doors. Above all else the service is excallent. Staff that truly cared about making your stay as enjoyable as possible! Truly above and beyond for the price you will pay.

A great place. Very excellent staff made us feel more than just another regular guest. Great room made us feel part of Italy. Very good breakfast. Wish we would have booked a couple more nights as very handy to bus into Venice and main train.

The rooms are very nicely furnished, spacious, and have a great rustic feel. The staff are all extremely nice and eager to help. In addition the food is excellent and plentiful. A bus picks up across the street that makes getting to Venice proper easy and cheap making this hotel a great pick over the more expensive hotels in the city. Highly recommended.

Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, modern and beautiful. Breakfast is delightful, served by a friendly waitress, and has a huge variety including yoghurts, cakes, pastries, bread, juices, eggs, cheese, meat, cereal and bread.

It was a pleasant surprise to see inside of this boutique hotel. We initially thought we picked a lemon when we had to arrive from the train station. Fantastic guest services and check-in by staff. Even had a free upgrade to their suite room to our surprise when we returned from day visit to Venice. Nice decor and free breakfast. Easy and cheap to bus from train station and Venice it self by regular buses. 5 star.
