The service it's just amazing. Super nice owners that are all the time taking care of your needs. The rooms are old fashioned and very clean. The only inconvenient is that the desk it's a bit small and if you need to work on your computer it's a bit difficult, but just that. The breakfast is prepared with a lot of care and you have multiple choices. The restaurant it's perfect if you like fish and seafood (they only serve that). They just have the fresher products, loved the tuna tartar.

Inconspicuous but very neatly managed small hotel with good access to the bus towards Venice lagoon.
The rooms are very clean and generally of size. The staff always makes every effort to fulfill all the wishes of the guests. The breakfast buffet is well above the standard. Free parking is available directly at the hotel. We can recommend a visit.

Nice enough but with an odd feel. A couple of the staff had an odd, almost superior, air to them. The rest were friendly and cheerful. I ended up early for breakfast and the man man let me start once he had happily put out enough stuff and there was quite a bit. If you have dinner there I think there may be a menu on the way in, read it. About ten minutes after having been sat down I had water, bread and wine but hadn't read or been given a menu. A woman came and told me what there was. She started by informing that they only do fish. Thankfully the guy who checked me in had warned me of this so I was ready. I had to ask a couple of questions and the information exchange was not easy, in some part due to my Italian no doubt. For fish menu near Venice the price wasn't bad, it just came as a surprise. The single room was nice enough. Clean and the bathroom was about the size of the bedroom but with only a thin white curtain on the clear glass window with no shutter.

Double room with private bathroom clean, cozy and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Excellent Breakfast: Beautiful table, impossible to resist. The Lord who welcomed us was very kind. The same as at check out we served breakfast although over the time it was scheduled. I will definitely keep this in mind for next time.

Small cozy hotel with a good fish restaurant.

Those looking for a restaurant where to eat good fresh fish and drink a good wine should not be missed.

I chose this hotel for a weekend during the Venice carnival for the price-reviews (€80 per night) I do not question the kindness of the owners and the restaurant (unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of eating because we preferred Stay and eat in the center of Venice) but the double room is really small, cramped and much-too old-fashioned, in the evening when we returned to the room we had to shower with cold water-lukewarm although we had made it throw for at least 15 Minutes with the hope that the boiler would warm it up and get hot, nothing.
There is a parking lot nearby but it is not private of the hotel.
To sleep a single night and have breakfast we have made it go well but honestly does not reflect at all the reviews made by other users.

So Italian! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The fish resturant was amazing! Not situated in the best of places but just across the road for a bus in to Venice I loved it!

Professional service, delicious breakfasts and very nice hosts — they helped a lot with information about local transport. Rooms are nice and tidy. Perfect place to stay when visiting Venice — you can get to the island in only 15 minutes by bus.

Delicious meal suggested by our wonderful server. She helped my husband eat fish which he doesn't like. He did here! Highly recommend!

From the outside, the Ca'Nova looks like a cheesy motel in a bad neighborhood. However, once you enter you are transported into a completely different world. This FAMILY run hotel was by far my FAVORITE of my 38 day Euro-trip! The staff was amazingly KIND, the rooms were BEAUTIFUL and clean, but non of that compares to the restaurant. Best food I had in all of Venice, all of Italy, and all of Europe (i went to 7 countries). Even if I win the lotto, I would stay there on my next trip to Venice.
