Excellent accommodation, clear rooms, fully equipped kitchen, car parking outside of house, very good heating, excellent location, polite service, good price, bus shuttle to Venice.

I was pleasantly surprised to pay only €0.60 in city tax in Venice—the lowest I've encountered during my travels across Europe (including France, Spain, Switzerland, and even other cities in Italy).

Rooms are clean, beds are well made, bathroom is also very neat and tidy. Basic amenities are available in bathroom.
Location is very close to bus stop to take you to venice.

This hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as many restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious.
