Outstanding place! Wonderful trees around the territory spread the gentle and soft scent. This alone made me feel soothed. Room was comfortable, place is tranquil and quiet. 5 minutes from the train station. But the main reason I loved this place is the lovely madam administrator! She’s been helpful, cheerful and — the thing I value most — genuine. Strongly recommend staying at this place should you decide to visit Venice. And like some reviewers here, I do too recommend staying in Mestre district. It’s just one stop from St. Lucia station. But taking you luggage through all the Venetian bridges to the hotel in the city centre is going to be a struggle. So staying in Mestre is the most comfortable and chill way to obtain palatable experience in Venice.

As the name says is a villa. Beautiful rooms excellent service and convenient to all services to easily reach Venice.

Stayed in November 2017. The old lady-the hostess of the hotel is very polite. I told you how to plan your itinerary in Venice. The hotel is clean, cozy; Located in a quiet area, near the train station. It is a great choice if you are travelling by car. Breakfast is not bad.

Five Star Place Truly better than a 5 Star Hotel. Clean, Comfortable and includes all the comforts of home. This is the perfect place to stay in Venice. The hotel is so close to Venice Mastre Train Station, Quiet location where you can get a good night sleep. The host is so wonderful, she really made us feel at home and when my wife ask for the RED room, she made sure it was reserved for her. Breakfast is plentiful and perfect for everyone. I Would definitely book here again. Tip: Better to stay in Venice Mastre, than Venice St Lucia.

Beautiful experience. The villa is very well taken care of and the style really detailed. Ample parking and possibility to reach the train station in a few minutes on foot. Strategic location for those who want to move with simplicity to reach the Venetian lagoon. Bus stop at two steps. The friendliness is the strong point. Good Lorenzo and aunt. You will not wait to meet Ugo.

Reception and availability of the excellent lady. As soon as I arrived he provided me with Venice map and information. Room and spacious bathroom is very clean.

Casa Villa Hardenia was great, it feels like a cross between a b&b and a hotel. Although the breakfast was simple (no hot food), everything else was good. The owner of the house was very welcoming and helpful. Its location is superb and very very fast Wi-Fi. Would stay there again.

Super clean. Wonderful smell in rooms. Very good breakfast. Buses to Venice directly on the street in front of the hotel. The owner helps you in planning your trip and guides you which path/tickets/places/attractions to take/buy/see.

Wonderful villa just beside Mestre station. Stayed for two nights, great hospitality by Lorenzo. Highly recommended.

We booked a double room for two nights. The Casa is very near the train station (Venezia Mestre, about 400 m) and the bus stop going to Venezia Sta Lucia/Piazza le Roma. We arrived earlier than the check in time and while waiting, were given tips on what to see and how to go there. The hosts, Lorenza and her husband, were very friendly and accomodating. Lorenza speaks perfect English and if you do not have an itinerary, worry not, she can make one for you in less than 10 minutes! We were given the blue room. It was very clean and big. Free Wi-Fi. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Great service! The rooms are cosy, tastefully furnished and clean! The owner is very friendly, especially if you need info on how to get to Venice! We will be back! Some deserved five stars! P. S. Also breakfast was enjoyable with homemade cake! Great value for money.

Very good, stayed two nights and leaving tomorrow morning, the housekeeper and also the hotel owner is very nice, she explained very detailed route for our venice visit. Room is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. One thing, my room for two is a bit small but the tidiness is excellent.

For many years I did not go on holiday in Venice and this time I decided to rent a car to run freely around northern and central Italy. I have to say that of all the places I've been to, this left me great memories, not only for the polite staff and the excellent service I received but also for the affordable price (compared to central Venice) and for the convenience of parking my car for free in the Villa. Public connections to Venice are frequent and very close to this nice small hotel.

Mrs. Lorenza who runs the Villa is lovely and hospitable. The House is a mansion with a few rooms so you will find yourself in a relaxed but allowing you to reach the historic center of Venice in a matter of minutes; the train is located in 2 steps (2 in number) from the gate and it only costs 1 €! Another important note is saving for parking. CA ' Villa Gardenia has a large private car park with gate that will not spend tens of euros in parking lots. Will definitely be our base for the next tour in Venice.
