Reviews of EFFE SUITES
This was a great location, right in the middle of everything, but yet not disturbed by the noise of the streets. The room was fairly spacious, and the best part of it all was its generous balcony, looking down into the vibrant alleyways. Cars can’t really come right up to the hotel but the staff were really helpful with giving directions to the closest location for drop off and pick up. Breakfast was also quite nice and the coffee very good. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working but the staff were really great.

This is a brilliant location right on a shopping street with Toledo metro station across the road. Plenty of places to eat. The directions given to locate the property were excellent. The breakfast room is amazing with a ceiling to match anything in the Vatican. The breakfast was great too with plenty of gluten free options and a dedicated gluten free toaster.
The rooms are all located on the 4th floor and there is a big entrance door that needs to be oiled as it creaks each time someone enters/exits. Very annoying at night. Also there are beautiful tiled floors in the corridors which can be noisy at night, especially if someone is wearing hight heals. We were in room 4 and there was only a set of doors, similar to wardrobe doors, between us and the room next door. We could see light through the doors, hear the alarm and the phone ringing, so overall sleep quality was poor. I would recommend a 'do not disturb' sign for the rooms becuase I don't see the need to replace towels on a daily basis.
