Don´t be fooled by the lousy Piazetta, old and a bit dirty, or the old building door: once you leave the old lift, you will enter a great 4-star hotel: simple without a big lounge, modern and

Lovely modern hotel in a very central, convenient location. The breakfast was good. All the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms can be a little noisy if one is sensitive to sound.

Everything was good, they checked us in early. The location was in the Spanish Quarters, the best possible for stay in Naples. Many restaurants, stores and metro close by.
The noise from the corridor.

We have just spent three days at the hotel, and it is simply outstanding! The rooms, recently renovated, are comfortable and clean. It felt like sleeping in a museum rich in history.

This is a decent hotel which seems to have undergone a massive increase in business recently, and they are not staffed to handle it. The best part of this hotel is that the rooms have an amazing view

The hosts, Raphael and Serafina, are a wonderful couple that goes above and beyond when providing for their guests.

The owners are very kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. They assisted us not only with directions but also recommended amazing local restaurants that only people from the area really know about.

They were amazing!
They answered everything we asked them super quickly and professionally.

We got included taxi from the airport to the hotel. The instructions to the get access to the hotel was easy to understand/follow. The staff was nice.
