We have just spent three days at the hotel, and it is simply outstanding! The rooms, recently renovated, are comfortable and clean. It felt like sleeping in a museum rich in history.

This is a decent hotel which seems to have undergone a massive increase in business recently, and they are not staffed to handle it. The best part of this hotel is that the rooms have an amazing view

Excellent location. Very responsive to pre-check in queries. Traditional hotel in the heart of the pedestrian zone. The street outside is buzzing with people and food.

The rooms are exactly as seen in the website. The hotel is clean. The decor is weird. It’s sparse and unrelated to being in Naples.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Our window opened to the Galleria Umberto I, but the soundproofing kept out the noise.

We have just returned from a long weekend in Naples and having visited before, this hotel is a real find. Located within easy reach of shops, restaurants and drop off points for excursions.

A great place to stay in Napoli. Helpful and friendly staff great food offerings for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

Il Convento truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Stayed here for three nights in late April. Located right outside the Toledo station, which was extremely convenient — also very central to many other spots in the city.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2026 for a city break from the UK. The taxi from the airport (who overcharged us despite us questioning the driver) dropped us at the end of the road,

We got included taxi from the airport to the hotel. The instructions to the get access to the hotel was easy to understand/follow. The staff was nice.

Toledo Point has an excellent location in the safe Via Toledo area, so you can explore all the attractions on foot.

My stay at Toledo Point was just one night as a short stopover but it was perfect. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Hands down, the best travel accommodations I've ever experienced! First, the location was perfect. It's walking distance to museums, monuments, the waterfront, shopping, etc.

Good location to explore Naples — near the historic center with lots of restaurants & bars & sites within walking distance. Easy to reach the train, also. Nice breakfast every morning.

This is an absolute gem of a B&B — lovely rooms and good bathrooms — well placed to see Naples. The team are uber helpful. Online photos do not do justice to the place. Very good vfm.

You can’t get more boutique than this place-only 3 rooms. Great location right opposite the Opera house. Very clean room. Lively welcoming staff.

Great location and lovely B&B. Roberto is a great host and was super helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean. Very central location yet peaceful and quiet. Loads of restaurants in the area.

Lovely little place. Clean and tidy with access to all amenities such as fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Private bathroom which was a decent size and amazing aircon.

Upon arriving at Napoli Class B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor.

The location is ideal. Next to the metro and 10 minutes walking distance to the water and the old castle.

I have some negatives but the people are really nice and helpful so feel torn.
The room was warm and comfortable … bed was nice but they had very old pillows that need to be replaced.

Naplesuite was great! We had a wonderful stay. The location is optimal. Close to all historical sites. Very clean, breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel.
It is centrally located, check-in and check-out are easy, and staff let us leave our bags with the front desk after check-out.

Booked this last minute to escape Vico Equense — Maryy was brilliant, from helping navigate the taxi to welcoming us in! Easy to find and super central.
