Very nice hotel but in works for the moment but not disappointed welcome very friendly staff very nice small breakfast in the top.

Hotel in a very central location a few steps from the Metro Toledo.
The staff was very nice and the room was very small
Breakfast underlie with croissants not up to the Neapolitan tradition.
Only average quality price ratio.
The entrance of the hotel in the building is from a star, dilapidated and unclean stairs, it will not be of direct responsibility of the hotel but it is a very bad presentation.
The hotel is a bit like Naples, overlooked but with a big heart.

Booked this hotel for three nights, left after one night. Worst experience in my life! don't book it! Hotel is on the border of the 'quartieri spagnoli', hidden behind scaffolding. The entrance is literally a hole in a door. There is no signage outside at all that indicates that a hotel is there. After crawling through the hole you enter a patio which is under construction with construction materials all over the place. After going through another door you have to move up two floors through a staircase that looks like social rent in Russia. It has never been renovated! The staff in the hotel does not speak English. We arrived at 1:00 in the night and the guy on the phone could not explain us where the hotel was. Therefore we wandered around the unsafe streets for more than 2 hours and needed help from police agents to find it. We were placed in a very noisy hotel room. As of 6:30 in the morning the staff started preparing breakfast next to our room, with a lot of shouts and sounds of plates and cutlery. The bed was so hard that we could not sleep properly. The next morning I went to reception to tell thim all of this was not normal for paying 120 euro per night. Since we had a wedding we hoped to catch a good night of sleep. They told me sorry, but they could not do anything. I told them we would leave to another hotel and I wanted the money back for the other two nights I had booked with them.

Strategic to visit the city, friendly staff and. Struttira Excellsa. Excellent cleanliness and kindness of the staff.

Located on the central and lively Via Toledo. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a 4 star Palace in Via Toledo you will never find it. There is only one nameplate is on the 2nd floor (high, very high) with the broken elevator. The room "Deluxe" rather small does not have wardrobe (as agreed in the reservation) but a coat hanger with four hangers (maybe five) and a panchettino for suitcases. The receptionist tried for two hours a remote control to make the television work. Safe at floor level to open it lie down on the ground. Lukewarm shower 80% of the holes capped by limestone. First day cool but Miss does not know how to use the fan coil. Hot and puffs of air conditioning alternate for hours. The small balcony, on an alley used as a parking lot, is 30 cm wide and is entirely occupied by two plastic planters from Euro 1, 60 each. Desk lamp switch: risk of electrocution. (I attach Photos)
Nice staff, good quality of sleep (great mattresses and silence), decent breakfast — go early because of excellent and I think a little expensive mini Sfogliatelle there are few and finished those certainly no longer there.
In fact Modesto B&B in a very good position that wants to slyly, it is said in Florence, to marry with dried figs. Absurd price given the quality of the offer.

Naples, Via Toledo, the heart of this extraordinary city. The hotel is located on the second floor of one of the noble palaces of this street, less than 50 meters from the beautiful Toledo Metro stop, on the line that starts from the station GARIBALDI. It was a very nice place.

Great. Very central location In the middle of via Toledo in 2 minutes you reach Piazza del Plebisicito. The staff were very friendly and clean. Very comfortable the underground car park at 10 meters that with 20 euros per day you can leave the car.

We booked the hotel based on the pictures and description from Capital One Travel and had a great stay. The desk staff assisted us with places to eat, how to navigate the city and helped us avoid a metro strike. It was a great find.

Rooms are nice! Showers are a bit lack luster! Staff are friendly.

Great location in the center of Naples. Close to shopping, restaurants, and many sites. A walk down via Toledo brings one to the Royal Palace, Piazza del Plebiscito, la Galleria, and outstanding views of the Bay of Naples. Restaurants, cafés, and all kinds of Neapolitan sweets are everywhere one turns as well as luxury shops. The hotel is a boutique 11 room hotel on the second floor of an old palazzo; somewhat easy to miss, but don't. Go through the Portone and ring the buzzer and be delighted. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is Italian style. The staff very friendly; Roberta is a treasure to help and answer questions. There are rooms with exposed beams of the building that add to the charm of your stay. This one's a keeper.

Great location. Super friendly staff. There breakfast is not amazing, but you wouldn't want to have that anyway with Naples' cafes on the doorstep.

Have done stories on the credit card that I use now for 3 years and I was accepted by two other properties you book at the same time. All for one week after departure leaving me and two other people "walk". I expected more seriousness.
I don't recommend it.

In a 18th century building, in the middle of via Toledo, the location is super and the hotel is nicely renovated. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
