We have just spent three days at the hotel, and it is simply outstanding! The rooms, recently renovated, are comfortable and clean. It felt like sleeping in a museum rich in history.

This is a decent hotel which seems to have undergone a massive increase in business recently, and they are not staffed to handle it. The best part of this hotel is that the rooms have an amazing view

The rooms are exactly as seen in the website. The hotel is clean. The decor is weird. It’s sparse and unrelated to being in Naples.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Our window opened to the Galleria Umberto I, but the soundproofing kept out the noise.

Toledo Point has an excellent location in the safe Via Toledo area, so you can explore all the attractions on foot.

My stay at Toledo Point was just one night as a short stopover but it was perfect. The room was spacious and well equipped.

First time in napoli, we stayed here 3 nights.
The location was very good to go by subway. Took 24€ from the airport by taxi.
Their elevator was small and hot, and we needed 20 cents for first using.

We have just returned from a long weekend in Naples and having visited before, this hotel is a real find. Located within easy reach of shops, restaurants and drop off points for excursions.

A great place to stay in Napoli. Helpful and friendly staff great food offerings for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

In May 2025, my wife and I spent a week in Naples. We feel very lucky to have chosen Monteoliveto 33, as it is a gorgeous place to stay. In fact, the reality is even better than the pictures.

Quite simply the best accommodation available in Naples — and with an informative, knowledgeable and generous host like Sergio, why would you stay anywhere else!

Stayed here for three nights in late April. Located right outside the Toledo station, which was extremely convenient — also very central to many other spots in the city.

We got included taxi from the airport to the hotel. The instructions to the get access to the hotel was easy to understand/follow. The staff was nice.

B&B Napoli is a comfortable and stylish place to stay located in the Quartiere Spagnolo.

Great location in Spanish Quarter. Titti was helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations (all of which were good).

Everything was good, they checked us in early. The location was in the Spanish Quarters, the best possible for stay in Naples. Many restaurants, stores and metro close by.
