Beautiful structure in the heart of Naples, renovated and modern, beautiful panoramic restaurant on the 9th floor overlooking the whole city.

Perfect welcome excellent room service excellent staff.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great room, great atmosphere. The terrace on the rooftop is a great touch. We arrived after five, did our check in, left the luggage in the room and directly to the terrace. We ended up spending the entire afternoon there, till about 10 in the evening. The bartender, Paola, was an absolute marvel. Friendly and smiling and very helpful. Plus she makes some of the best cocktails I have ever drank. We are surely coming back here next time.

Very clean, staff of every sector very kind, rich breakfast also for us celiacs very convenient location to visit the city and for those who go by car garage under the hotel, terrace on the 9th floor wonderful where you can eat: I would say that you can not ask for more.

A stately hotel in a very central location, a short distance (on foot) from Galleria Umberto, St. Charles Theatre and Plebiscite Square. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Good restaurant on the top floor with great views of the city. You can have breakfast on the terrace. Continental breakfast with rich offer both sweet and salty.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly. Location for us was ideal. Room was clean and breakfast had a good selection. If we come back to Naples would definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

A great location close to the historic areas and Metro. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were always incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, which is also great for lunch and the evening bar.

What a lovely hotel. It was recommended by friends, and we enjoyed our visit. We were upgraded to a top floor suite, so the views were great. A bottle of sparkling wine and tray of pastries was brought to us. It was a very nice treat. Just outside our suite were stairs to the rooftop bar/restaurant/deck, and the night air was perfect. There were even some fireworks. The hotel was a short drive to the port, where we left for a couple of days in Ischia. Very nice staff. Lots of personality at the front desk. I always appreciate that. Highly recommended.

Invited to a buffet, all well organized, with various tastes of good quality and well prepared. Fantastic top floor with fantastic view of Via Marina, harbour and with Vesuvius background. Enjoy the panorama between umbrellas, sofas, or soaking in a swimming pool with jacuzzi.

The hall we rented was very nice an spacious with a zen-like feel. I had the chance to have a look at the rooms which were also very nice. The rooftop patio is also very nice with an interesting view.

The rooms are nice, clean, good service, great breakfast with a lovely view. Unfortunately being renovated, but in short it will end, very friendly staff, the location convenient. The rooms are not big but décor and very cared for and the bed is Kingseis.

Very elegant, clean and nice, spacious rooms and related services. Abundant and varied packaging, à la carte meals for all tastes, exquisite staff. Central and strategic location to reach most tourist destinations, as well as above the Metro Toledo, one of the most beautiful of the recent underground art course.

Great furniture but the entrance was not like an hotel. Also the Air conditioning was not working The food and staff are the best things here.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff at the reception is exceptionally friendly and helps you with everything you need (restaurant suggestions, Taxi, shop recommendations, etc. ). The rooms are cosy and clean. Probably the best feature is the rooftop restaurant/bar. That's where you will enjoy the excellent breakfast and possibly an after-dinner drink while looking at Mount Vesuvius or the bay of Naples. Location of the hotel is excellent too. Right next to a subway stop, and right in the centre of the historic old town so that you can do pretty much everything on foot.

The staff was great. Mini bar prices are semi hidden. The quality of the hotel/room for the price paid left a little to be desired.

We were over New Year's Eve and all around happy with room, service and quality. Concierge very attentive, all restaurant recommendations Super! Room service used the perfect breakfast time to clean up. Waiters and bartenders very accommodating. We wanted a perfect hotel without any questions, without stress, without hassle. That's what we got!
If you want to Kritteln, you can go to the slow Wi-Fi or that fresh fruit was scarce on the breakfast buffet. Otherwise a smooth 1!

Wonderful hotel. Don't let the shabby lobby fool you. Our room on the 6th floor is spacious and elegant. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and is a few metres from both Toledo metro station and Via Toledo itself, so the location is hard to beat. Will definitely stay again when in Naples.

Nice hotel. Great rooms. Under some renovation but thats fine. Decent Continental breakfasts. Only bummer was an ugly ass building blocking the center or mount Vesuvius. The view could have been perfect. Not the hotel fault at all. But that was my bummer.

Lovely hotel set in the heart of Naples and overall mostly an enjoyable stay. Has a great roof top terrace, bar and restaurant and has great views over the city and harbour and has a view of mount Vesuvius, we'll sort of, a tower block obstructs the view but not the hotels fault. Room was fabulous apart from no tea/coffee facilities in the room, not sure why as most budget hotels offer tea/coffee in room, maybe not in Italy? Rang the 24hr service for a hot drink just before midnight but they couldn't offer anything as the bar was now shut, so not really 24hr service. Apart from the little niggle would recommend the hotel as the dinner and breakfast was excellent and good spacious rooms and the fabulous roof top.

Beautiful hotel close to the port of Naples. Great location and friendly staff. The roof top terrace is magical for after dinner drinks and breakfast.

Excellent Hotel! The rooms are very nice, the location is perfect 50 meters from the metro and the staff very friendly! The view on the top floor for breakfast is amazing you can even see Vesuvius.

View from the 180 degrees terrace is great. We had drinks there one evening and it was pleasant. The bedroom is good, recently refurbished, bed is huge and comfy. Windows are very well soundproofed. Large flat TV. Bathroom is good. Shower is good too. Quality of finishing in most areas isn't great and it won't probably last very long (paint, etc. ) but right now it's fine. Only negative points for us were the almost empty breakfast buffet at 10.30 (open until 11.00), and the expensive parking (25€ for 24h). Staff was overall nice and helpful.

Great Hotel The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The big plus of this place is the terrace on the you with view of the city and Vesuvius. The breakfast is very good with various products, fresh and local. A few steps from Via Toledo and the subway station of the same name, this Hotel is very well located.

Hotel very well located for shopping, 2MN Metro Toledo, restaurants and glaciers right next door. Very welcoming staff, the rooms are nice and the big Plus and the beautiful terrace for breakfast and bar in the evening. We will return with pleasure.

I really like this hotel. We stay here whenever we are in Napoli (nearly yearly). Centrally located, near the restaurants by Via. Toledo, comfortable rooms, roof top terrace and restaurant, breakfast included. Easy walk to city transportation and sites. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful.

Yes nice hotel centrally located a haven of peace in what is the storm of Naples. Room was good and staff were friendly and helpful — good breakfast.

When we arrived early, we waited in the very nice skycap lounge while our room was made ready on an expedited basis. When we left before breakfast, a boxed snack was provided. Restaurant recommendations were good. Internet worked well. Guiseppi was especially helpful.

It is close to the subway, it is furnished very elegantly, spacious rooms with large bathroom, equipped with every comfort, good and hearty breakfast, served on the top floor with terrace with panoramic view. Very nice. Staff.

Fabulous staff, beautiful and so quiet large bedrooms, great food with a relaxing rooftop patio/bar. An oasis right In the middle of the shops.
Would recommend this wonderful hotel can't wait to return.

A great quet and comfortable place to stay in Napoli. You will have a great view from the breakfast room. Avoid the rooms on the back because of the non existent view.
