Is our hotel in Naples! Has parking for guests and is handy transport for getting to the centre… and is a 10-minute walk from the stadium St. Paul! The breakfast is a buffet. It also has a restaurant open in the evening and spa on the reservation. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Booked a room for three people for two nights, which we never saw. Unsellable, they called it the first day, and they shipped us to a hotel far, close to the airport, promising that on the second evening we could normally stay in the hotel we booked… But they sent us to a third hotel, which, fortunately, was not as distant as the previous one, but still not a pleasant situation. Bad.

The hotel is located in an area where it is very difficult to park, but it is equipped with paid garage. Unfortunately the garage is very cramped and you have to leave the keys to the reception for any displacement with relative risk for the bodywork. The rooms and the furnishings appear requiring, while the staff proved to be kind. The situation is partially saved by a good breakfast varies and with local ingredients of good quality.

Stay at the hotel for business trips, hotels in the norm, polite and attentive customer staff. Good and plentiful breakfast. Clean and tidy room. I didn't try the restaurant.

Sono stato alla spa del hotel con un coupon, leggendo le recensioni non mi sarei aspettato questo trattamento, in quanto molte recensioni sono negative. Invece mi sono dovuto ricredere: la spa è piccola ma ben tenuta, all'ingresso ci hanno offerto telo e pantofole e ci siamo cambiati in uno spogliatoio molto carino e accessoriato. Dopo il massaggio, ci siamo immersi in una straordinaria oasi di tranquillità. Inoltre nonostante il coupon fosse di due ore totali, siamo rimasti anche un po' in più. Il personale è stato molto gentile nello spiegarci la spa e nell'offrirci una tisana. Posto veramente consigliato, sebbene I prezzi senza coupon sono un po' elevati, ma pienamente giustificati dal servizio offerto.

I purchased a package for the SPA and this was my experience. I booked well in advance the private couple spa, call me the day before canceling the appointment to not Specificificati "administrative reasons", postponing the appointment of a month. On the same day of the next appointment, 4h before the scheduled time, I call again to cancel again for "maintenance" and wanted to move another 2 weeks. I got mad and, miraculously, an hour after the phone call, they contacted me to confirm. In the hotel, I notice that the previous appointment was done normally, without cancellation for "maintenance". The SPA facilities were pleasant: Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna; All the other speech was the massage, which I would call rather an energetic smear of creams, quite another thing. In conclusion, I found a great lack of professionalism, especially in attitude. It is not possible to cancel for two times an appointment on such short notice, in addition to "administrative reasons or Maintenance", which are programmed things. The strange randomness led me to think that my appointment would be postponed to encourage other customers/friends. In any case I will not come back anymore, you find much better at the same price, with real massages for more.

Pizzeria and restaurant not pretentious but cared for with a polite and efficient service. Great pizza ' fantastic ' and the Crocche ', to come back to us surely!

The kindness and professionalism of the operators. Simple and elegant at the same time. Easily reachable, also with public transport.

Booked and paid a spa course of 120 minutes, we come to know that it lasts 90 min because — according to the young lady — "There was a mistake, they were wrong to write. You are not the first to complain. " Specifically, the path has actually lasted much less, since clearly the first quarter of an hour it takes to prepare for the spa and then listen to the clerk who shows you the various steps. In conclusion: Paid for 120 min, benefited for 75 min. Many technical aspects to improve inside the small spa, but I can fly over in front of the much more serious tea cup dirty with lipstick. If I didn't do this in place it was just because I was there to relax, but you did well to say so given the final surprise of the duration. In addition it is difficult to relax if outside you chatter aloud, you listen to music from mobiles, you enter without knocking. I would like you to understand that customers who buy coupons at discounted price, are not standard C customers, but people who, if they are well, come back paying at full price and above all speak well to friends/relatives. Clearly this is not the case.

Easily accessible from the Fuorigrotta motorway exit. Highly qualified staff. Comfortable and well cared for.

Nice stay, welcoming staff and good location. Definitely an old style 4 stars hotel, from the moquette to the ugly elevator to the hairdryers from the 50s… they made an effort to modernise the hall. Other than that big rooms, comfortable and clean.

The room was very nice, but the bathroom was very good, the shower was claustrophobic, it also had a broken screen. The TV had its channel guide but was not well tuned, we go that I did not get to see the channel RTVE International the only in Spanish. Now I learned a lot of Italian watching the news on RAI. Another skinny point of the hotel is the inconvenience of having to climb two flights of stairs to access the elevator, absurd thing, so zero accessibility. Another weak point is the food, is to regulate, one thing is that in Italy the pasta is a little more strong than in Spain, and another thing is that the pasta or rice risotto are harder than a log. There were also organizational and replenishment problems at breakfast. We go the first morning that breakfast there I did not catch fruit, I spent more than 5 minutes waiting for them to take bread, the Proscciuto Cotto was finished and did not appear again at breakfast. Organizationally speaking badly. It was a very uncomfortable hotel for me.

Super Positive! Definitely for the location you can easily reach everything, to visit Naples. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, as well as the restaurant. Weekend really spent well and great value for money. Spacious room complete with every comfort.

Good hotel, well located and close to the São Paulo stadium. Should be modernized, especially the bathroom, but I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples. Many thanks to all Hotel Serius staff who made our stay joyful. We arrived way early, they agreed to keep our language and had an opportunity to change from British clothing to fantastic Napoli weather. Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard, bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli. Staff were very helpful each day, one lady directed us where to get the best PIZZA. They were always willing to help us with all we needed. The restaurant staff were equally amazing, very friendly food was always refilled. Housekeeping did their job beautifully. Thank you Serius Hotel for making our stay in Naples amazing. We will be back! I highly recommend this hotel however the young ones and those who enjoy night life might find it boring. Am in my 40s been there done it all, just need a bit of calmness now.

Pleasant stay, breakfast buffet varied and plentiful, staff friendly and efficient, room with air conditioning and always well cleaned. The only downside is the small single bed for an adult.

Had a terrible experience staying in hotel serius. It is very different from what it looks like in photographs. Substandard unwelcoming rooms, impractical washroom design with very small shower cabinets, no space to keep toiletries and a very small ineffective hair dryer which sucks your hair inside. The coincerge services were not very hospitable and the gentlemen at the reception was very transactional and not friendly. My stay in the hotel was a nightmare and on day 2 my friends and I checked out for better options. Poor ironing facilities and very limited breakfast options. Poor privacy since the elevator opens in the direction of some bedrooms. We booked for triple bed but actually got mediocre twin beds with very uncomfortable mattresses. Surprising to know it is a 4 star. Poorly located. Can find much better options with better value for the same amount of money in more central locations in Naples.

Hotel Serius is located in Fuorigrotta, close to the Metro Cumana. It also has a parking lot, a bit small but the staff runs it well. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, it rests really well. The breakfast is really great. The staff is friendly although on arrival I was not given the firings including map which are usually given to guests. Great value for money. The outside of the hotel is not the best but the interior is very nice.

A below average hotel with depressing rooms. Right after check in we asked for early checkout because we didn't like it at all but they said we had to pay for the entire booking. No bathroom slippers, lizard in the room and only one iron to be shared by everyone staying there. I would recommend to look for better hotels.

All fairly modern, well kept, clean. Friendly staff. The front door with some cell repaired, sometimes it is a bit slow to open.

Quiet and convenient for the fair, but in the room the floor under the carpet is irregular (there appear to be holes) and in my room there was a wet spot. Bathroom small and dated. I mean so and so though not disastrous.

A generation, but not great value for money. I stayed with my family. We booked a quadruple room. Perfect. Clean. Suggest you quietly.

I stayed at Hotel Serius for 2 nights: property is a newly renovated common areas are well maintained and pleasant to live. The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly, available to customers. The room was quiet, spacious and very clean, bed comfortable, fast Wi-Fi service and the presence of the full SKY package is definitely a positive note! The breakfast is rich, there is something for all tastes! The property is also very close to the University and to the subway that connects with the station. Really good value for money!

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Staff were friendly and extremely professional. Decent breakfast with an excellent caprese.

Bad hotel. Maid stold several items from my family and I. Many dresses and other items. I would not recommend. I know you are all wondering why I didn't notice before, but she stold the stuff the morning of me leaving. I went down for breakfast as she entered the room to replenish. I had to catch a train, so I didn't have time to realize that things were missing until we arrived in Catania. Stay away from this hotel. Kristen Cooper.

To improve cleaning rooms.

I stayed at hotel serius for a few nights and the hotel I was impressed. Centrally located with easy access to the Centre and to the major tourist areas.
The staff are very professional and nice spacious rooms and common areas treated and well kept.

Went there for business. Good valule for money Suitable for long or short stay both for business and leisure. Well connected, kind and helpful staff; Free Wi-Fi (which is rare in Italy) is a definite plus in addition to well equipped, clean and comfortable rooms.
