Appearance might scare but once inside you find friendly and helpful staff, discreet room, private parking, acceptable breakfast. Room a bit noisy. Overall, excellent value for money.

Its a okay type hotel, poor Wi-Fi, the hotel couldnt provide us normal drinking water for 2 days. The support staffs are very friendly. They arranged our day trips which were Awesome.

The staff is very friendly, Roberto and Enzo on the reception desk. I like this place personally.

Hotel located in an exceptional location a stone's throw from St Paul's Stadium, tangential and Mergellina offers great parking; breakfast room and amenities more than good… to be taken seriously.

The Hotel is located in the area of the Stadio San Paolo/Fuorigrotta) and near the Mostra d'oltremare then convenient to follow events taking place in that area. It has a parking area located within it which is accessed via a ramp. The breakfast did not impress me as quality and variety offered however the room bathroom (with 4 beds) was very large and comfortable with the tub instead of the shower tray. The beds are very uncomfortable because they curl up (I slept on a bunk bed). The staff were very helpful.

I stayed at this hotel last September. Nice hotel with rooms under renovation. Ours was already over. Panoramic terrace full of flowers where you can make a lovely breakfast. It may seem a bit far from the city centre but is connected by buses, railroad and Cumana. It was a very nice and friendly staff.

Very nice and hospitable Hotel, clean rooms and garden on very flowered terrace. The staff is amazing, always at the same time and very courteous throughout. Don't be fooled by the location of the hotel, because you are a bit out of the centre, but there is every type of means to get to downtown, attached to the hotel.

A positive choice. For those in search of a right place at a good price. We stayed in this property with my family. And a couple of friends. For those who have an interest to have a well-connected, at the same time, clean and with friendly owners, this is the right choice.

It's a budget hotel run by very nice people. However, they lack a lot of the amenities we expect. The rooms are small and there is no lobby or sitting area. When were there, they had children running around screaming their heads off at 9AM. The complimentary breakfast consists of heated buns, croissants, and a gooey cake. But the coffee was great, the neighborhood is authentic Neopolitan, and for 50$ a night it was a good enough.

Nice location, just 2 stops from Napoli centre with the "cumana" or with metro im front of hotel. Hotel has a family environment with very kind staff. I was given savory breakfast as requested, otherwise everything is sweet. All places advised for eating and buying were worth it.

Clean room, very hard bedding, breakfast not terrible, hotel in works, there are apartments above the hotel and one is awake by the children who run.

Good value for money. Private Parking allows you to take the train — Metro. Good breakfast.

The only good thing is the parking. The room was very clean and the bathroom was creepy, it was old, dirty and there were black areas of mold on the tiles. I don't recommend it unless you reform the bathrooms. Oh. And they don't change the towels unless you drop them on the floor.

Hotel very old (room and especially bathroom), not soundproofing and street side rooms are very noisy. BUT hotel very clean, buffet breakfast and quality, friendly staff and affordable price.

No complaints about the staff who were very friendly and helpful, breakfast quite OK, all definitely updating.

Guests for one night … Great location; room clean, quiet environment. Convenient free parking and guarded, a bonus really liked. We didn't have time to try the breakfast, but we enjoyed the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. It's not fancy, but great value, location, and staff make it advisable.

We stayed two nights in this hotel from 18 to December 20, 2015, a double enjoyed the warm room mini bar in the right and very affordable prices, tv, bathroom not very big but no worries, the comfortable bed, although we only stayed two nights I think even over time is a good hotel, we did not use the breakfast included in the price but for one simple factor that we couldn't wait to visit all Fuorigrotta and surroundings to which we are very affectionate and have breakfast in the bar area, I am very happy with this stay at this hotel and we will definitely be back as soon as possible, a salute to the staff very friendly and courteous.

Old rooms facilities 0 I gave a riding the saniplast to toilet and I don't know if it was because it was old or otherwise but to wax a stench of feces from public restroom, only positive note the garage and the invoice from the doorman that pointing out the toilet smelling responds "ok next time changed hotels".
Blessed are they who don't need customers.
