While traveling often, I do not release judgments on hotels because I think they give what they have to…
But the Hotel Cristina in Naples struck me because of the incongruence of the stars declared with the overall service (it would deserve at least one more star).
1) Welcome and staff: Unique sympathy with maximum availability.
2) comfortable and spotless rooms.
3) Excellent and abundant breakfast.
4) Free Garage
5) very correct price.
As soon as you leave the hotel, you will find the various Metro stops that take you to the center in a few minutes without having to spend exorbitant amounts for parking.
In short, for me and my family, the holiday in Naples was also beautiful for this… And we can't wait to go back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great. Too bad the detergent smells a little too present in the corridors and in the rooms, a bit annoying. But strongly advised.

Good location. Clean rooms with gated parking available. You need a car to get to the city centre (20-45min drive depending on traffic). Great breakfast selection as well.

I know this hotel in spaces that devote to training courses held by outsiders. The room is very cozy, luninosa, clean. Clean services. The staff are friendly, professional, attentive to customers.

We stayed during the Easter period and had a great time. Beautiful hotel clean spacious rooms and lovely and friendly staff.

A very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. There was a nice sitting area outside in the back. The surrounding area is somewhat "urban" and the hotel feels somewhat out of place but it was a good bargain and easily met our needs.

It's a nice place. We stayed there maybe some month ago and to put it all we booked with a little advance in order to save money and I must say that we were very well. Very clean and quiet Parking available (if not so it would be a problem because parking in that area is a feat even for those who live there) courteous and smiling staff. Great location Easily reach any point of Naples (perhaps for this is full of tourists the hotel) a few meters from the Coumana.
The advice I can give you and do as I did and play Antipico to save a little something!

Safe, clean and comfortable location to visit Naples. Great protected parking for car. Good reasonable price seafood across the hotel. Grocery store within 150 meters. Metro station 300 meters. 20 minutes to downtown. Modern hotel, great breakfast with attendant dressed for the prt. More like a 4 star hotel… Without a reataurant. You will like it…

Nice modern hotel with nice rooms. They say they are a green hotel, but they ignored our directions for reusing towels. Breakfast was a bit above average. Helpful, bilingual front desk staff. The neighborhood left something to be desired; a nice hotel like this didn't fit in.

The hotel was located in "downtown". It was extremely crazy to get to its location. There is prking next to the hotel, but also parking across the hotel with the same name. Don't go down there. You will have to go up hill backward to get out. I would have given the hotel 4 stars except for two things. One — location is not worth the trouble. Second — they offer limited room service but it was horrible.

Hotel is new and modern. Located close to the metro, in front there is a nice bar with a wide range of sweets. Breakfast is quite good. There is a pizzeria and a restaurant nearby
The restaurant I would recommend them though basic tops. The pizza place I don't know. The most good though is that around leopards. Surprisingly quiet area despite a nice place. If you're not but been to Naples prepare to find trash everywhere and dumpsters scopetchiati as a rule. It seems unbelievable but it's true.

This was a great hotel. Super cheap, but very clean rooms with AC and very polite and professional staff. Me and my wife stayed here in the summer, and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was, given it is on the outskirts of Napoli. For anyone backpacking or on a right budget, there is also a grocery store right down the street.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property using the set Emozione3. We were happy because they have accepted for the reservation we had chosen and was on Saturday before Easter Sunday. The late arrival we were surprised by the courtesy of the receptionist who has really got all the paperwork quickly. With respect to the structure, the rooms are modern and eco-friendly, you notice that the entire structure has been recently updated. The room was very clean and spacious with a minibar stocked with prices quite low compared to competition. Breakfast is typically Italian style with a wide selection of cakes, confectionary, too. Convenient parking is available inside their car. Highly recommended!

We stayed here only 3 days and I'm sorry not to have stayed more. The staff welcomed us very well, and not just us, even the other customers were happy. Mario explained to us the history of Naples and indicated what to see and where to eat. Eros welcomed us at check in and it was the first positive impression that we had, it was understood that we had chosen well. The hotel is NEW, Modern and spotlessly CLEAN! I have not found not even a hair! Everything is perfect! Wifi good! And FREE parking inside and closed! The other hotel wanted to from 24 € on the day, here and Free, it's awesome! Deserves a 4 star not 3! Because the area and quiet! Then we say we found Naples a dangerous one, in milan, I've seen worse! here I have not seen anything dangerous very sincerely! Dinner and breakfast with Cyrus and Nicholas, we were equally very good, great variety and delicious food. Pity that the Hotel Cristina is not a chain extended across europe because if that were prenoterei eyes closed forever, without worry about anything. Thanks a lot guys, Naples, italy, remains in the heart, also because there you were you!

Belissimo hotel! We are very satisfied with our 5 days stay in October 2014. Me and my girlfriend was in Naples for visiting family, and this hotel was perfect for us — not only location, but also with price and quality. The location in Fuorigrotta is very good — short way to the Metro, Stadio San Paolo and Napoli Zoo. We had one day in the zoo, and it was great :) We also was in a football game (Napoli-Torino), and everything is only few minutes walking from the hotel. And we was very satisfied with the quality of the hotel, it seems new and delicat all over. The breakfast was nice. We have decided that we will stay in Hotel Cristina next time, probably in the spring 2015. This hotel is not 3 stars in my opinion, but 4! Keep up the good work!
